I had a nightmarish experience at this hotel! The front desk clerk, he’s name Anthony, rudely knocked on my door late at night and very impolitely informed us that someone had complained about noise from our room. However, the truth was that my husband was already asleep, and I was just looking at photos on my phone. I told him that we weren't being loud and that he must have made a mistake. But this clerk had an extremely rude and arrogant attitude, insisting that we were the ones making noise. Due to his terrible attitude, I asked to speak with his manager, but he threatened me, saying he could call the police. When the police arrived, he immediately went up to them and spoke a lot in dialect. Since the police didn't understand English, what I said to them... What I said was completely ignored by the police, and I was detained for a day and a night! The next day, I learned through my lawyer and a translator that a staff member named Anthony lied to the police, claiming he witnessed me arguing with my husband and that I slapped him, which is why he called the police... Oh my God, this is completely fabricated! I was inexplicably detained for a day and a night, causing my entire schedule for the next day to fall apart (all the tickets and tour fees I had booked were wasted), and I had to pay a fine of three hundred euros to regain my freedom. In the end, I saw that the reason for my detention was because I had refused to comply with the arrest... This is truly absurd and a result of the staff member's mishandling of the situation. This is truly an inexplicable disaster caused by the staff's mishandling of the situation! After going through all this, the staff member Anthony confiscated our car keys and forced us to pay for the rent! But I spent the whole night in the detention center! I have traveled around the world for nearly fifty years and have never encountered such arrogant treatment of customers, nor have I ever heard of it! A terrible store with a rude and arrogant lying staff! Please stay away from this dreadful place!
