Happy will apartment and amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially as I had a child wheelchair user.

The room was great, the sofa bed a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great in every way. And my congratulations to the housekeepers who do a great job.

Very satisfied and worth going

Stayed in sunset many times in the past , but never this time of year (week before Christmas) a few restaurants not open and just a buffet or a bar snack menu available. Still a lot of refurbishment work going on too. A bit pricey as well even with some of the inconveniences. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay and would return again

Nice hotel on the seafront with nice amount of space, kitchen and bathroom. Parking ok apart from an ***** and rude security guard who let us drive in, perform a very difficult 6 point turn to get out before he finally got off his phone and shouted parking full! Normally they close the entrance off! Overall not too bad but not glowing.

There are no other restaurants in the vicinity so you are somewhat obliged to eat in the hotel cafeteria. The hotel cafeteria is crowded and has bad noisy acoustics. When you can eat outside on the patio it is lovely but when you must eat inside (because they have decided to close it off), it's hell. I don't understand why they would close patio seating when the weather is beautiful and indoor seating...

Great location and nice common areas, but the rooms were in very bad conditions, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, as of Easter Monday, the breakfast buffet was significantly reduced. Items like Spanish ham, guacamole and different kinds of bread were completely removed, even if the breakfast price per person remained the same regardless of the day. This was very disappointing.

The guests at our wedding virtually took over one block and their review was very favourable. I stayed for two nights before the celebrations kicked off and I thought the furniture and kitchen utensils were a little dated however the restaurant and bar was very good and there was a very good selection in the buffet. Final conclusion is this venue represent excellent value for money.

Nice location near to the beach

The complex is very large. There are several pools. Unfortunately, you can't check in until 4 p.m. Parking is available everywhere, as well as several restaurants, and you can have pizza delivered to your apartment. The kitchen could be a bit more equipped.

It was a self catering 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment / price was good but beware checkin was slow and inefficient and checkout time is very early at 10am.

This property was perfect for myself and my two children. Very close to the beach 5 minute walk. There are so many restaurants and shops to go to. Also the train station is 9 minute walk away so very easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay and would def go back. Hotel has just renovated around the pool lots of loungers. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice and staff were lovely.

Initially the welcome was warm. We were given our key card and proceeded to unpack our clothes in our room. As we returned from dinner, we settled in to sleep. My girlfriend had an awful night coughing and could not sleep. Last minute booking for one night took 5 minutes to book. Hotel lovely and clean modern furniture choice of room/balcony sizes. Gym spa indoor and outdoor pool did not get to use but look fab. We were greeted by a professional well mannered staff. The apartment is spacious and clean. The housekeeping done every two days. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Staff polite,patient, friendly and helpful particularly housekeeping, front reception desk and nearly all bar and restaurant staff.Very good housekeeping service , almost daily cleaning which improved the initial noticeable aroma in the room. Every effort made by staff to accommodate our needs around some initial issues around room view which ******* also assisted with.

The room was perfect and very comfortable any member of staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. The only complaint I have is that there would be a discount if you rebook the hotel.

Room is large. Have small bar and have a long arm sofa. Bathroom size is not small. It has a separate bath tub and shower room. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is good, especially in Spain. Nice big apartment with a great view. Staff was great! The only reason why I wouldn’t stay here again are the old-school beds. There were only single beds and those were very unstable and wiggly. Also the sheets smelled like hospital beds but maybe that’s just because they use fragrance free laundry detergent - I’m just very smell sensitive 😊

The hotel is very convenient, on a main road, you can take a taxi or walk. I arrived late, the hotel front desk was off work, but the locker room card was prepared in advance, you can get it by calling. I had a great pleasure staying at the hotel. The location is very convenient for tourists and quiet during the night. There are convenient stores and great restaurants around it, not to mention stops for public transport. The apartment itself is fine. Plenty of space, the key issue is the beds. They are the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on.

A lovely hotel, water given to you on arrival. Despite the motorway being adjacent to the hotel you don't hear a thing.
