Excellent！ No more other words except Muy Bien!

Everything was very clean and nice, but the air conditioning in the room didn't work, the dinner was too exotic and we didn't like it, they tried to charge us for parking when it was included in the price and we had to leave a €100 deposit to pay for the drinks and when we left they told us it would take 48 hours to return the remaining amount.

The front desk failed to arrange the reserved room. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the room type was changed back to the booked room type.

Wonderful and top location my compliments to all employees. Wonderful place feels like coming home with all the luxury.

With children, I booked a family suite, which is a duplex room. Upstairs is a normal 1.8-meter double bed, and downstairs is a sofa bed. After the sofa is opened by the staff, it is also a large bed. The room can see the sunset, which is great.

The hotel is amazing and ideal for relaxing for a weekend.

Wonderful hotel and wonderful grounds too. I would highly recommend. We had a deluxe room which was great, with a small garden almost to ourselves. Make sure you take a walk out of the hotel and go into the ‘old’ town to experience the locality. However, this is a great place to stay.

Our room type was incredibly comfortable and spacious, a one-bedroom apartment with a very large living area. The king-size bed was also super comfortable. We were lucky to be on a high floor, offering stunning panoramic views of Seville. This hotel is excellent, and the breakfast was decent too. The staff were warm and attentive. Very satisfactory hotel, hardware facilities and view are all 100 points, you can walk everywhere, turn left from the hotel and cross the bridge to a long-distance bus station. So, I extended it for another 2 days, and I will definitely choose it next time I come to Seville!

The location is just OK. However, prices in Spain are low and taxis are available anytime. Prices are cheap. You can take a taxi to every attraction. The top spa and bar have great views. It overlooks the whole city. The price-performance ratio is relatively high.

Second time staying here and room is spacious and well designed. Facilities are a bit aged but well maintained. Swimming pools are clean and not crowded in February. Plenty of restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Friendly staff and decent services.

The place is good. The rooms are comfortable and the facilities a good for kids and families. It is a distance away from central Marbella which is both good and not-so-good if you don’t have your transport. Taxis could be good option if you’re not renting a car (which we did). Parking is free for guest which is a big bonus.

A splendid hotel in a splendid location. The gardens in which the pools sit are excellent and very well maintained. The food is uniformly good and the staff are happy and helpful. Great facilities but rooms looking tired and in need of renovation. Staff were top class. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet also excellent.

Overall the hotel was okay. The room had spectacular views and a nice balcony. The downside was a severe sewer smell in our room. The hotel stay was as helpful as they could be by spraying something for the smell, which temporarily helped. Also, the room layout was weird for our group. Really enjoyed my 7 night stay, my room and the whole hotel was really clean all the time. The facilities were great, loved the olympic size pool and the pool area in general. The staff are very helpful and do a great job with making your stay comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families, couples and solo travellers alike.

Nice hotel but definitely not a true 5 star hotel, let down by poor gastronomy in its restaurant and 3 star breakfast. Coffee is terrible. Food service overall is not up to standard with both poor quality and poor options available. Staff lacked basic English speaking skills and for a 5 star hotel this is just not good enough.
