Food/Drink - Firstly we could not fault the breakfast this was the best meal of the day without a doubt - loads of options including cereals, fruit, toast, “fry up” cooked options, sweet pastries, donuts, biscuits and more! Lots of hot and cold drink options from the many machines as well
Snack wise throughout the day not much to choose from other than plain crisps and nuts from the main bar plus stale single sandwiches…sigh, but drinks wise options of hot/cold drinks available all day so we made the most of that at least
Myself and my partner have just returned home from our 6 night all-inclusive stay at this hotel. We arrived to a bad start - the receptionist didn’t speak much English and couldn’t answer many of our initial questions
Faultless! However lunch/dinner options were very repetitive with not a lot of “main meal” options to choose from, leading to us having the same things to eat most lunch and evenings
The first room we were given we had to request to be moved due to stains on bedding, bad smells from bathroom area and pictures on the wall literally hanging down/falling apart
Unfortunately though we had a really poor view of literally nothing to the front of the hotel other than a big tall lit up Burger King sign and a couple of souvenir shops

The experience in this hotel has been good, the hiring with tri I have to say that on the part of the company, there was a computer error, and we hired for 3 people, with the all-inclusive and once the reservation and payment was made, they sent us the reservation and only 2 people appeared, having paid the same amount as for 3 people, I am waiting for them to refund me the amount that I had to pay...
Just spent a week here, and I have to say its a beautiful place. The food is really good lots of choice. The views are absolutely amazing. The animation team work there socks off, never stop entertaining
My daughter loved the mini club and never wanted to leave. The activities were so much fun for her. For the adults, the aqua Zumba sessions were amazing. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are really comfortable
Rooms very spacious, cleaned daily, lots of storage. Animation staff are absolutely fantastic, they work so hard all the time. They are friendly and lots of fun and very inclusive, especially Chechu
The wristbands are a bit annoying for opening the door locks and I would prefer a normal pillow to the long ones but other than that I would return. Good variety of food and games by the pool
All of the staff are amazing and work really hard, they are always cleaning around the pool and restaurants. The hotel has lots of activities for everyone, especially children
In fact, you can get a QR code strip at the front desk of the hotel and scan it for free. There is a Malaga outlet 6 kilometers away from the hotel. If you want to shop, you can go there
Basic enough room in saying that everything we needed was there , very very clean, housekeeping were excellent, the best we have encountered
A very well-located hotel on the Costa del Sol, with pleasant rooms and beautiful sea views.
The hotel has three beautiful pools and offers exciting entertainment.
Busy hotel the restaurant is very busy self service with queues at peak times, big open room really noisey and not relaxing atall , on the other hand there was a veranda adjacent to the main dining room which we thought was amazing, relaxing and more to our taste, the food was tasty with a large choice of everything, themed nights tasty treats and SWEETS! We all loved the sweets 😍
Amazing hotel !
Great location - literally on the beach. Surprisingly friendly staff - even when you stay as a last person on a breakfast or a dinner - they will be supernice - that rare
Sunbeds are constantly “reserved” with towels for hours, making it nearly impossible to find a free one. Most concerning, my hotel door was left open after cleaning - a serious safety red flag

Fresh towels daily for the pool, maid service tidy room daily, you can't find fault. we had a great holiday definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking
Lovely hotel, great staff, great facilities food was fantastic with loads of variety well located for a bit of sightseeing and culture, really enjoyed our stay!
Great hotel for families with plenty of pools, dining options and access to the beach. I would say quality of food is just average and desserts in particular are limited variety. But all in all we had an excellent stay
Good: Great for kids, decent food, mostly well kept grounds, comfortable rooms
Bad: Noisy at night, particularly on Friday night when the party happens. Pools aren't heated like advertised
There's very limited seating in the main bar so everyone spilled into the reception area before they opened the nightclub for somewhere for people to sit
Really nice facilities, well maintained, food and drinks were good, excellent service and easy access to the beach.

Forget local options, you can have ballantines with cola or gordon/beefeater with tonic. 8+ different coctails, coffee and tea available from 9:00 to 00:00. Very impressed with quality provided, enjoying my stay!
Breakfast gave a great selection to choose from. Jose on reception was amazing, attentive and helpful. Location was great giving access to the promenade and beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel
Every single staff member was polite and friendly. The food was amazing, the hotel grounds and facilities - beautiful and our room was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed
We had an excellent time celebrating my big birthday. I cannot thank the hotel enough. We received a great welcome in the early hours from Juan
The room was spacious. The grounds are well maintained
I've also checked 5 different cakes, I don't even like cakes, every single one was delicious. Choice of alcohol bevarages on all inclusive option is far above average
Thank you and well done to all the team at the Occidental torremolinos playa 🤩

Perfect
Great hotel. Clean and big room. Amazing sea view. Lot of playground and swimming Pool. Beautiful garden. Great staff. Perfect for family holidays.
Fantastic Holiday
The hotel has everything you could wish for for a family holiday lots of swimming pools fantastic food and an amazing kids club. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely go back there again.
This hotel is AMAZING! We have been here 3 times already and we love it! It is so clean and family-friendly, the food is amazing, etc. We loved that spa, service, and accessibility to the beach
There was plenty of entertainment for the kids during the day and in the evening which was appreciated. Grounds and pool were clean at all times. Don't understand why small inflatables are not allowed in the main pool
Another great little break at Costa Ballena. Despite the long queues at check in, the staff worked through the lines promptly. Food at the buffet was ok, has been better in the past, same with the pool restaurant
Great stay & beach access
Beautiful resort. Worth the stay. Easy beach access

Breakfast was great - plenty of choice, although could have been hotter. Location is really good & 5 mins to shops bars etc, bus stop, the beach. The Marina area is great, so many bars and eating places to choose from
The hotel was spotless, we had a really lovely end room, double aspect with a large balcony and sea and marina views
The rooms were clean, beds comfy, had a kettle and a small fridge, a strong shower, BBC1 and 2, ITV and channel 4 on the TV, staff we engaged with were all pleasant and helpful, the grounds were attractive and well kept
Delicious food with so much choice, they even offered gluten free options, with a dedicated gluten free area with my own toaster for cross contamination purposes
Really comfy beds, coffee making facilities and fridge in the room with an amazing shower!
Thank you to everyone at the hotel, we will definitely be back!
All the staff were so friendly and helpful, from the waiters, who work so hard, the bar and entertainment staff, down to the cleaners

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff. We had another year of memorable family experiences in this outstanding hotel. The staff were universally welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay unforgettable
I would have liked to have gone to Jerez , Cádiz and Seville but wasn’t able to. Hotel Valentin in Novo Sancti was fantastic just two minutes from the beautiful beach. The hotel had a beach bar / restaurant and sun beds
Other hotel staff (Manuel and Claudia at the reception desk, Cristina at the buffet, Rafa at the bar, Isa and Raquel at Mercado del Sur restaurant) deserve special mention
Any free parking in the streets around the hotel is now in an orange charging zone at €6 per day for the summer which has to be paid via an App
Manuel Gómez was outstandingly helpful and attuned to our family needs, going out of his way to make our stay absolutely perfect
The only downside is the parking, onsite underground parking rates fluctuate through the year and peak at €30 per day in summer

The pools were lovely, with more than enough sunbeds, creating a relaxed and cozy atmosphere despite the size of the resort
I spent one night at the hotel this past weekend, and it was by far one of the best experiences I've had in years. The location is absolutely stunning, with direct access to wild, expansive beaches
The hotel features three outdoor pools, a spa, beautifully maintained gardens, an indoor pool, and a wide range of activities for all ages. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay
Surrounded by nature and just a short walk from the village of Conil, it offers the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience. There’s plenty of free parking available right next to the hotel
Great hotel lovely pool area.
Staff Great 👍.
Buffet breakfast and dinner Great lots of choices.
In a good area 5 minutes to the beach
Great resort to travel with the family. The shows and the kids club were very appreciated by the little one. The hotel faces a lovely beach with bars and entertainment. I would definitely come back.

The pool and sun-lounger area was absolutely fantastic with no problems at all — just be prepared for a very ice-cold pool!
All in all, we absolutely loved our stay at the Best Sabinal and would definitely recommend it
Lunch and dinner had live stir fry cooking and that was a particular hit. Normally on all inclusive holidays I eat out every 2/3 nights as I get sick of the food. We didn't go out at all here, which tells its own story
Sea views are incredible and very peaceful. We had many a night sitting on the balcony with a bottle of all inclusive red wine. I almost dropped a star on account of a few rude staff members in the restaurant
The spa facilities themselves were fantastic, and the staff at the bars were very generous with the drinks (so much so that we even had to ask for *less* alcohol!). Our room was stunning, with a beautiful view
The food was good, although a little repetitive at times, so we did choose to eat out on a few occasions despite being all-inclusive. One of the chefs especially deserves excellent credit for his hard work
I don't give many hotels 5 stars so it goes to show how good this place is The food, as some mentioned was quite samey at times, but there were that many options overall, it didn't bother us
Just spent a wonderful 2 week stay in this hotel, everything about it we totally enjoyed, beautiful Seaview from our balcony (room 2217)
The holel is all right, we had superior rooms with balcony and see view, however, most of the rooms have a sea view here. Very kind, profesional and helpful stuff st the reception
We had a generally pleasant stay. The sea view from our balcony was amazing and definitely a highlight. The food was repetitive but plentiful and satisfying. However, be aware that check-out is strictly at 12 p
Food section is alright, but expect some past it's durability time, like been there for days. All staff seem nice with welcoming vibes. Walking distance to beach is around 1 minute
There are very few umbrellas by the pool, and people start lining up two hours before it opens just to get a spot. The elevators are also old and very slow
Overall, one shall not be let down staying in Puente Real Hotel, at least we were truly hapoy! 😉
Once again BIG THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE STUFF AND THE WHOLE WORKING CREW IN THE HOTEL!
WE APPRECIATE YOUR HARD WORK AND ALL EFFORT S TO MAKE OUR VACACIONES HAPPY! 🙏🙏🙏

We were three adults in an junior executive suite, which was spacious and we loved the large balcony with great views of the sea. Property was modernised, food at breakfast was good, and the beach area was great
Perfect beach locale
Good location across the street from the beach. Rooftop pool/bar nice as well. Not in downtown Malaga so you'd have to cab into old town area
We have just returned from 4 nights at the Meliá Costa del Sol and absolutely loved the whole experience. The location is great for both beach access and strolling to other parts of the town
And, 2) you have to pay €1 every time you want to exchange your beach towel for a clean one. I get being ecofriendly and eliminating people leaving towels around and constantly getting new ones
I'd much rather pay €5 more on the room then being charged every day for a clean towel that should be standard at a beach hotel. They don't dry overnight when they've been wet with saltwater
But, not automatically having a clean one for each day at the beach was rediculous and felt cheap

Special shout outs to Emma who worked around the pool, Nathaniel from Anaya restaurant, Harry at Seasons, Vasilis at Fresco, Ioanna at Flavours, and Eleni at Ouzo
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Fatima, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She handled our check-in with such care and professionalism, it was the perfect start to our holiday
Literally they have every food you might want, deserts loads, fruits, vegetables salads, everything you might want, all included! The service is insane; staff proactively take care of everything, even cleaning the rooms up to four times a day
A special mention also goes to Laura from the crèche, who was absolutely fantastic with our daughter. Ellie adored her, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in such caring and capable hands
The team there is simply amazing. The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained, relaxing, and incredibly family-friendly. The food and service at every restaurant were outstanding,
Lots of pools to choose from and plenty of sun loungers, pool service easy via a bar scan code on sun umbrellas, as well as very attentive pool staff

Sunbeds snd tables, no popping towels down to save places which was refreshing , I had to clean down tables with wipes a few times as they don’t get wiped or cleaned
anyway it has a nice sea view with nice walking area at the beach
Stayed her in October the weather was brilliant and hot day and evening. Sleep was good hotel is the adult only side to the complex group beds were large and orthopaedic
So the pod machines on the web pages must be in other rooms? We walked for a coffee most mornings in the centre we enjoyed the walk and the coffee out. The position of the hotel for the beach is excellent
We opted to eat evening meals away from the hotel as it wasn’t as relaxing as we had hoped. Good food at times excellent other times the odd poor day but we could always find something delicious
Breakfast fresh omelette a plus. Tea making facilities in room forget it, late flight so would have loved a hot drink no water for kettle no uht milk

The first couple of days we did go down to the pool at 9am to grab sunbeds and umbrellas but with 4 of us we needed to make sure we had some shade and could all sit together
Restaurant does get busy , but we always found somewhere to sit. Highly recommend the pedalos, although they are only open depending on the wind. Loads to do outside the hotel if thats what you're after
As long as you're down by 10am, it shouldn't be a problem, it does get busy though!. The staff are very friendly and polite, if you need anything, you just have to ask
Great to have a fridge , especially as we liked to make a tea before going to bed!. We will miss hotel best as its been the 'best holiday
Entertainment is more spanish oriented but you're in Spain! Bizarre how people complain its too spanish!. Very spacious, and comfortable
We had a fantastic all-inclusive stay at this hotel in Almería. The entire property, including the pool area, was very tidy and well maintained, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere

Please place more sand in the beach volleyball court
There are 3-4 pools , golf court, tennis courts, children rooms for entertainment, bars and so on. The room we were in was relatively clean and spacious and had almost everything (but not bedstands) you'll need
There needs to be more staff at the lobby bar, or another bar for the evening. The queues are too long in the evening. Obviously more staff could mean higher price but it would be worth it
We had a really good stay at the hotel this week to start with. There were some cons but let's start with the pros. The hotel is really spacious and has a lot of things you can do
The whole entire staff, from the concierge, valet parking to the guy working late in the gift/store were polite, professional and accommodating to say the least
Overall a great hotel with very good facilities. Staff were always very helpful with great communication. Just a couple of points to improve the experience at the hotel
Good location with the beach If you like not leaving a complex this is the place for you, if you like to go out and about I wouldn’t recommend Rooms clean and tidy loads a space could do with a refurb Wouldn’t say it is a 4 star resort more a 3 star
Pool areas are nice and clean however there is no food aloud around the pool and as ti be eaten at the pool bar are restaurant nothing major though
Just came back from Estival Islantilla. This is amazing hotel, right on the beach. Staff all with hands free radio communicating in Busy time in raestaurant make sure you been seated
Pretty hotel, swimming pools and sun beds are many, Food is nice different each evening with a theme. Pool bar burgers are a big dodgy and under cooked
The beach is accessible from a gate at the back of the hotel and you need your room pass to exit and enter which is a great idea
Firstly every member of staff here need all the praise in the world [minus the useless lifeguards who spent all day blowinf whistling at absolutely nothing are too busy chatting amongst them self] however all others work so extremely hard and for long period of times super helpful and so friendly
They are working hard, but it seemed like the staff at Royal Andaluz was enjoying their work more :)
Pool area:
- the aqua fun pool for kids is located at a place that stays in the shadow in the morning and the water is super cold
- it's only allowed for height between 80 and 150 cm, so parents with toddlers are not invited, which is a bummer for toddlers who most probably won't go on a ride by themselves...
Entertainment for kids:
- although there was some program for kids under 3, in reality it just meant the kids could join the older children, but the actual activity in the calendar started 30-40 minutes into the scheduled time
- sometimes it seemed like the staff couldn't handle so many kids who sometimes preferred playing on the playground instead of joining the games they didn't understand
- there...
That must be very stressful for the staff and people must wait in lines
- the waiters must walk kilometres during one shift
- we had a couple issues with having a wrong price and items on the bill
We've had a chance to stay at another Iberostar hotel, Royal Andaluz, prior to this and because of that, our expectations were high and we were slightly underwhelmed by the staff's attitude
The waiters were keen to help, the reception made up for the issue but one time they forgot to submit our claim and we had to double check the invoice to make sure it was corrected
Instead, they rushed Estrella to go into the backstage. It was quite demotivating andade our little one sad as we had a better experience from a different Iberostar hotel

Pleasant service, a clean room (cleaned every day), and tasty food. One thing wasn’t great — drinks for lunch and dinner had to be paid for separately (including water, coffee, tea, etc
walk), the food is diverse and good, in an open buffet system (we had half board) and although we paid for a standard room they were kind and accommodated us in superior rooms with a view of the sea and the garden with swimming pools (theoretically they were more expensive)
Every evening they organized live music shows, magic, flamenco dancing and others. It is located very close to the sea and the cliff (max
) and there was no kettle in the room. Very nice sea view, and I don’t know why people say the hotel needs renovation — in my opinion everything is fine
A very pleasant experience, a hotel with a beautifully landscaped exotic garden, with an added charm and funny decorations inspired by Halloween (I was accommodated at the end of October)
Great hotel handy to town
Great hotel lovely rooms and the food was lovely, just this time of year is full of spain pensioners who take over the bar that has the entainment in it not a space or seat
This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and we had another lovely short break. We had a pool facing room which was lovely
Some of the bar staff could be kinder. Lovely reception staff. All inclusive was very basic. Overall it was ok though. Lovely area, 10 min walk from sea front.
The staff are courteous and attentive, and there's plenty for kids to enjoy. Conveniently located near amenities, it features a beach shuttle bus and an all-inclusive beach bar
The resturant food was excellent, plenty of choice and The La Gioconda resturant was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed it. We frequently used the cafeteria La Griego. All the staff are friendly and make you very welcome
A little gym, a small library and a lovely coffee bar. Decent size swimming pool where we found a sun lounger most afternoons. Well done and thank you to all hard working staff members for making our holiday so enjoyable
