The person in the reception, who made the checkin was incredible unfriendly. It seems that he would not have us as guests!

The guests at our wedding virtually took over one block and their review was very favourable. I stayed for two nights before the celebrations kicked off and I thought the furniture and kitchen utensils were a little dated however the restaurant and bar was very good and there was a very good selection in the buffet. Final conclusion is this venue represent excellent value for money.

Nice location near to the beach

Nice service, nice location. Friendly personnel. Rooms are very clean. The mattresses were outdated and stiff. Breakfast was great, dinner is nothing special.

Lots of noise and people but a good price quality relation. Just 200m from the beach. Not easy to find a parking spot.

We got an upgrade on our room, the staff was super friendly and happy to answer questions at any time. The breakfast buffet was nice and had a lot of options like fresh fruit, churros, a wide range of bread, meat and cheeses, freshly made pancakes or omelet.

The complex is very large. There are several pools. Unfortunately, you can't check in until 4 p.m. Parking is available everywhere, as well as several restaurants, and you can have pizza delivered to your apartment. The kitchen could be a bit more equipped.

It was a self catering 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment / price was good but beware checkin was slow and inefficient and checkout time is very early at 10am.

Last minute booking for one night took 5 minutes to book. Hotel lovely and clean modern furniture choice of room/balcony sizes. Gym spa indoor and outdoor pool did not get to use but look fab. Did not get to have breakfast or night time entertainment but once again looked fab Would definitely say for a longer period.

Super nice location, nice clean hotel, breakfast is extensive and tasty. The only thing is that if you are used to larger beds at home, then the beds for 2 people are on the small side. Otherwise perfect and super friendly staff!

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of July. Hotel and apartment gardens are beautiful and the nearby beach is stunning. There are 5 pools so the place never feels crowded. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was modern and clean with all the necessary mod cons. The apartments did not have a kettle or an iron which is is unusual for self catering. We were greeted by a professional well mannered staff. The apartment is spacious and clean. The housekeeping done every two days. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Amazing veiw of the Atlantic ocean and with an access to a beautiful beach. The pools are very good too. There is a parking spot under the apartment building. The price is on the higher side.

Room is large. Have small bar and have a long arm sofa. Bathroom size is not small. It has a separate bath tub and shower room. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is good, especially in Spain. It's critical. The location is good. We just walk from the Train Station with 15 minutes. Also it is not far away from the old town where there are many restaurants and shops over there.

The hotel is very convenient, on a main road, you can take a taxi or walk. I arrived late, the hotel front desk was off work, but the locker room card was prepared in advance, you can get it by calling. The indoor facilities are complete, the sanitary conditions are also very good, it is worth recommending.

The room suite was also very clean. The hotel staff made a mistake. I had prepaid the room fee on Ctrip. However, the day before check-in, the hotel charged the room fee to the credit card. My husband and I had a wonderful holiday in this very nicely located hotel. Breakfast buffet was very extensive, the entire area is very well maintained, there is a quick access to the dunes and beach, friendly staff and well cleaned apartment.

Very nice hotel. The only thing missing were kitchen towels. Although it's a bigger hotel area it's never too loud. Breakfast is OK, AC is very effective, the view from the balcony and the access to the beach is also good! The sea is wonderful, no problem to go swimming. Staff is nice and helpful. Fantastic place. Only things to improve: the cleaning ladies don't wear masks! As soon as they enter your apartment, they remove it. Really? This should not be. We are still in a pandemic. Wearing a mask is the least they could do. Also, one bed was making lots of noise. Kept me awake all night.

The service was excellent and it is a lovely building and surroundings. In one of the tooms, the socket for the kettle did not work and we found an empty cigarette packet beside the desk! The breakfast was very good and we all ordered a second!

A lovely hotel, water given to you on arrival. Despite the motorway being adjacent to the hotel you don't hear a thing. The rooms are lovely, with tea and coffee, comfy bed and pillows, air conditioning, ceiling fan, shower amenities, tv and great views. Breakfast is included depending on what stay you choose otherwise just go and pay for breakfast after you have had it.

On arrival to the hotel approx 2pm we were told by the reception staff that our room wasn’t ready and that they were unsure when the room would be available. Absolutely tremendous 10 days spent at the Casamaia apartments, the pool area is quiet with plenty of beds available, the room has all you need for self catering and the staff at the Hotel Riwo who deal with the Casamaia were all very pleasant, courteous and couldn’t help you enough, I would not hesitate to recommend the Casamaia and we are returning next year hopefully. A really nice place with food staff and activities everynight such as free Sangria, dinner for 5 Euros snd breakfast for 3 Euros and Pub crawls and also Volleyball sometimes. I recommend going

i thought this resort was either close to a beach or closer to Malaga proper. had to travel at least 20-25 minutes in traffic in any direction to anything of interest. Nice retirement development but not necessarily a place for a vacation visit in my opinion.

Great location and large rooms. But if you are looking for help on restaurants and information about surronding area you are out of luck. They have NO staff on site and you need to call someone to pick up keys and wait for them to deliver. It is NOT handicap freindly.

We loved this townhouse and would definitely visit again. There were plenty of restaurants close by and many places to visit.

The only problems were the inconvenience of lack of an office to check in so you have to call and message a person to meet you with the keys, and our unit needed twice a day draining of a large plastic container for the air conditioning accumulated water, wherein other units had simply extended the drainage plastic hose to the side of the building for automatic drainage with no manual labor and time...

We are three adults staying in a 2 bdrm, 2 bath unit - love the 2 bathrooms (one with shower). Very comfortable for the day we needed a rest from all the walking/climbing we did during the days. The courtyard is beautiful, and the surroundings are great. The location is on the edge of the city, and it's within walking distance to Wanaya Courtyard. We were very satisfied.

The apartment was spacious and clean. A couple of minutes from Palacio de Viana. 20 minutes' walk to the historic centre. Overall very good. Only minus - there is not much daylight in the apartment [but I didn't spend much time in there]

Clear instructions were given for check in, however make sure you have then if you are coming late or during the weekend because reception was closed by the time we went in.Other than that, it was fine.
