Happy will apartment and amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially as I had a child wheelchair user.

Very satisfied and worth going

Stayed in sunset many times in the past , but never this time of year (week before Christmas) a few restaurants not open and just a buffet or a bar snack menu available. Still a lot of refurbishment work going on too. A bit pricey as well even with some of the inconveniences. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay and would return again

There are no other restaurants in the vicinity so you are somewhat obliged to eat in the hotel cafeteria. The hotel cafeteria is crowded and has bad noisy acoustics. When you can eat outside on the patio it is lovely but when you must eat inside (because they have decided to close it off), it's hell. I don't understand why they would close patio seating when the weather is beautiful and indoor seating...

Great location and nice common areas, but the rooms were in very bad conditions, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, as of Easter Monday, the breakfast buffet was significantly reduced. Items like Spanish ham, guacamole and different kinds of bread were completely removed, even if the breakfast price per person remained the same regardless of the day. This was very disappointing.

The guests at our wedding virtually took over one block and their review was very favourable. I stayed for two nights before the celebrations kicked off and I thought the furniture and kitchen utensils were a little dated however the restaurant and bar was very good and there was a very good selection in the buffet. Final conclusion is this venue represent excellent value for money.

This property was perfect for myself and my two children. Very close to the beach 5 minute walk. There are so many restaurants and shops to go to. Also the train station is 9 minute walk away so very easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay and would def go back. Hotel has just renovated around the pool lots of loungers. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice and staff were lovely.

Initially the welcome was warm. We were given our key card and proceeded to unpack our clothes in our room. As we returned from dinner, we settled in to sleep. My girlfriend had an awful night coughing and could not sleep. It was only when I switched on the light to attend to her when I noticed that her pillow case was entirely stained with black spores resembling to mould. The smell was horrific...

Liked central location close to bars/restaurants across the road from the harbour and beach.

We could check in 3 hours early. The room was lovely and big and spacious. The beds we're very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the view was spectacular and the rooms and property are extremely clean and well managed. It is close to restaurants, shopping and we enjoyed roaming the backstreets as well as taking in the processions during Samana Santa. One of the best holidays we've had and we highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of July. Hotel and apartment gardens are beautiful and the nearby beach is stunning. There are 5 pools so the place never feels crowded. We were greeted by a professional well mannered staff. The apartment is spacious and clean. The housekeeping done every two days. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. A clean, VERY BASIC apartment. ******* says property comes with “Private spa tub - unwind in your own luxurious private space”. WOW, THAT WAS AN OVERSTATEMENT! Staff polite,patient, friendly and helpful particularly housekeeping, front reception desk and nearly all bar and restaurant staff.Very good housekeeping service , almost daily cleaning which improved the initial noticeable aroma in the room. Every effort made by staff to accommodate our needs around some initial issues around room view which ******* also assisted with.

The room was perfect and very comfortable any member of staff we interacted with were polite and friendly. The only complaint I have is that there would be a discount if you rebook the hotel.

We had a great stay in Hotel Patagonia Sur. It's close to restaurants, the beautiful Cathedral, the historical centre of Córdoba and the sea. Breakfast is really value for money. Good communication with the staff makes it easy for us during our stay. Everything came together for us during, so we have had a great stay in Cadiz!!

Having stayed in the hotel last year we returned with friends and stayed in apartment 203. Room is large. Have small bar and have a long arm sofa. Bathroom size is not small. It has a separate bath tub and shower room. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is good, especially in Spain. Spacious apartment with nice view of the marina. A lot of restaurants in the vicinity, but you should check the open hours before. The nearest small beach is just 10 min by walk. But if you plan to visit bigger beaches or supermarket you need a car. The only thing I didn’t like was odour coming from the street at night (I suspect it’s from nearby treatment facility).

The hotel is very convenient, on a main road, you can take a taxi or walk. I arrived late, the hotel front desk was off work, but the locker room card was prepared in advance, you can get it by calling. I had a great pleasure staying at the hotel. The location is very convenient for tourists and quiet during the night. Very nice hotel. The only thing missing were kitchen towels. Although it's a bigger hotel area it's never too loud. We have been many times to tarifa and was first time in a hotel. We were very happy with our stay. The hotel is super well located if you kitesurf and staff was very kind. The food at their restaurant was surprisingly good. Especially their mojito who were the best we had during our stay. Definitely highly recommend, we found it much nicer than staying in the city.

Location was very close to the mosque in Cordoba actually the main gate of the mosque is opposite of the door of the hotel so room was tidy Clean .The service was excellent overall it was good experience.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and just less than 20 steps from the entrance of the hotel to the entrance of Mosque Cathedral. Some people mentioned about the sound proof problem but tbh I don't hear anything while I sleep but only heard it while I was awake.
