Lovely hotel, great staff, great facilities food was fantastic with loads of variety well located for a bit of sightseeing and culture, really enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel for families with plenty of pools, dining options and access to the beach. I would say quality of food is just average and desserts in particular are limited variety. But all in all we had an excellent stay

The food was amazing, good variety. The design of the rooms are beautiful a and the bed were comfortable. However, we could not use the spa or book any massages. The room was dusty. One of the glasses used broke and my sister ended up with a piece of glasses

We loved that there was so much to do for kids and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming.

Good: Great for kids, decent food, mostly well kept grounds, comfortable rooms Bad: Noisy at night, particularly on Friday night when the party happens. Pools aren't heated like advertised. Food was good but not great if you don't eat meat. Nothing else to do in the area.

The service was great. The hotel was clean and modern. Got a room on the ground floor with the pool view. Didn't get much sunshine inside the room or on the terrace. The food was delicious, really enjoyed the variety, especially ice cream. The pool was a little bit cold both outside and inside and the sauna smelled a bit poorly. Otherwise the stay was great.

Located was great but during our stay of 5 days we had rain and cold temperatures. This forced most guests to be indoors or around the bar areas. We felt overwhelmed by the amount of guests. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel and extensive grounds are immaculate. There are 2 large pools and one has a path to the beautiful Barrosa beach, where there are also restaurants. I ate in the adjoining sister hotel where I had been advised by other guests that the food was of a higher standard. I was very pleased with the quality and variety of meals. It was however disappointing to see many guests wearing pool-side clothes to dinner.

I had the most incredible treatment at the Rock Spa. It was called Wrap Remix and was a combination of body scrub, massage and facial and I have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life! Best hotel in Marbella! The overall quality ensures you’ll have a wonderful stay. From perfect rooms with sea view, to wonderful food across the different restaurants and buffés. Just perfect. Everything was top notch from the rooms, the fixtures and fittings, and the beds with a choice of pillows and the best week of sleep ever! The staff were attentive and efficient. All the interior of the hotel was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and just felt great to be there. The food was amazing every day. Quality entertainment if you wanted it but plenty of other spaces...

Whilst this hotel is in a beautiful location. Stunning scenery, find hotel food lacking especially in the evening can be crowded and bit of a bun fight. Difficult to catch attention to get a drink with meal. Lunch time meal excellent fresh salads etc. Room has a wonderful view. Staff I've encountered are all friendly and attentive. Only been here a day and they started closing pool bar at 08:00pm...

This hotel and staff were excellent from arrival to departure. The room we had was very nice and overlooked the estuary and sea. The only downside was no light on the balcony, but this is a minor moan Food was presented very well and always plenty of variety, I love seafood, so i was in my element , breakfast also had plenty of choice. Peaceful, relaxed, the hotel gives spa vibes! Very much an older audience and a higher end experience. Comfortable beds, large stylish rooms. If you want hustle bustle, this place isn’t for you. I’m baffled by some of the reviews about the food - there are different meats, fish, seafood every night. Beautiful salads and potatoes, different breads and cheeses. All the spirits at the bar are branded...

Third visit and still a fantastic hotel.Food is delicious,plenty of room to sit/lie outside round the pools and staff very friendly and helpful.Special mention to Carlos on reception who helped us upgrade even when hotel was almost full and to Julia in the dining room for her friendly and efficient service.

We have just packed to go home in the morning.This is our second time we have visited this hotel it is amazing from the staff that greet you to the cleaners waiters and top marks for all the chefs in the kitchens the food here is amazing so much chose all well cooked and displayed lovely. The drinks are reasonable 3.60 euro for a glass of wine which is very nice. We used to have our meals further...

Good basic hotel, beautiful swimming pool, staff very pleasant and helpful. No facilities for making a hot drink in the room but everything else good. Just across the road from the beach.

A great hotel - rooms a little tired but undergoing refurbishment later in 2025. The swimming pool is great and you can use the water park over the road as well. The food was plentiful and well cooked - lots to please everyone. Staff - great and helpful. We had three generations and ten people and everyone had a great time and felt welcome - we all want to come back again

Great hotel for the golfing community, or if you want somewhere quiet. A fantastic pool area, or if you prefer sea and sand, it's a stones throw from the sea and some great beaches. Within easy walking distance of fantastic restraunts, though car parking can be a pain. Modern comfortable rooms, excellent dining facilities and friendly helpful staff.

Rooms were dated and not very clean. Previous occupants nail clippings and eyelashes were on the bedroom floor! Lobby and restaurant are much better, food was tasty but usually only lukewarm. Staff were very helpful and mostly English speaking, but bear in mind if hotel entertainment is important and you're English, it's all Spanish. This didn't bother us too much because we went out.
