Lovely hotel, great staff, great facilities food was fantastic with loads of variety well located for a bit of sightseeing and culture, really enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel for families with plenty of pools, dining options and access to the beach. I would say quality of food is just average and desserts in particular are limited variety. But all in all we had an excellent stay

This is a most beautiful beachfront hotel with every facility you could imagine, yet it's the staff that make it really special. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel and extensive grounds are immaculate. There are 2 large pools and one has a path to the beautiful Barrosa beach, where there are also restaurants. Sunsets are beautiful. There is an extensive choice of good quality food, at both breakfast and dinner, maybe could have had more of the excellent seafood from the local area. Although the weather was rather poor, we had a very nice experience. The staff was extremely friendly and recommended a couple of places nearby we visited. The service was great. The hotel was clean and modern. Got a room on the ground floor with the pool view. Didn't get much sunshine inside the room or on the terrace. The food was delicious, really enjoyed the variety, especially ice cream. The pool was a little bit cold both outside and inside and the sauna smelled a bit poorly. Otherwise the stay was great.

Located was great but during our stay of 5 days we had rain and cold temperatures. This forced most guests to be indoors or around the bar areas. We felt overwhelmed by the amount of guests. Everything was very clean and nice, but the air conditioning in the room didn't work, the dinner was too exotic and we didn't like it, they tried to charge us for parking when it was included in the price and we had to leave a €100 deposit to pay for the drinks and when we left they told us it would take 48 hours to return the remaining amount.

The front desk failed to arrange the reserved room. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the room type was changed back to the booked room type.

Wonderful and top location my compliments to all employees. Wonderful place feels like coming home with all the luxury.

With children, I booked a family suite, which is a duplex room. Upstairs is a normal 1.8-meter double bed, and downstairs is a sofa bed. After the sofa is opened by the staff, it is also a large bed. The room can see the sunset, which is great.

Just spent a week here, and I have to say its a beautiful place. The food is really good lots of choice. The views are absolutely amazing. The room was immaculate and this was kept up throughout the stay . It was so close to the beach I could go for a swim and be back in my hot shower in 2 minutes . Lovely hotel. It's 3 connecting hotels. Entertainment everyday. Staff were always at reception and polite. Reason I gave it 4 stars - the room for 3 adults was not great. Fairly small room and the bathroom is even smaller - which is a shame because from the outside, the building is really nice. I ate in the adjoining sister hotel where I had been advised by other guests that the food was of a higher standard. I was very pleased with the quality and variety of meals. It was however disappointing to see many guests wearing pool-side clothes to dinner.

Great size room for standard. You get a box back in England for the same price. Huge bed and so comfortable. Hotel has a lovely terrace and pool area, although the room is dated and furniture and bathroom are not what you would expect from a quality 4 star hotel.

We could not find one fault with this hotel. Every thing about it was exceptional. Rooms, cleanliness and food were outstanding. But the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. We were greeted with friendly smiles everyday. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, the grounds were well maintained, and everything was designed for a comfortable otdyh. The location by the ocean was a big plus and made it easy to truly unwind. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was good with a nice variety to choose from. A relaxing break in beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, from Florin who took out bags to our room and chatted about the history of the hotel- to the very attentive staff at dinner service.

Beautiful and very professionally run resort and a genuine Spanish/Andalusian upscale experience. Lovely hotel, but the food is very poor indeed if you don’t choose to use the speciality restaurants. The food in the Patio was cold every night (buffet restaurant).
