Overall room wasn’t very clean, the worthy thing that there wasn’t internet in the room
The apartment was nice, clean, and check in was easy. The breakfast was good and near to town. My only one minor complaint was there was not any wifi in the apartment. I only stayed for one night, but this would have been a problem if the stay had been longer. Overall would recommend this hotel.
For a short stay had everything we needed.
It had lovely large swimming pools with beautifuly kept gardens . The view we had was amazing
Family holiday not couples
We chose the wrong hotel, itveas the first time we stsyed in apartment and there were so many children there, it was very noisy, but the staff were very helpful the place was clesn and the beds were comfortable
weather was goog, location perfect

Easy to check in and great breakfast
I liked the budget hotel especially the lobby, breakfast, staff and atmosphere. 🤗 Just expecting at least a kettle in the room or hot water for flask's or something similar.
Appreciate the complimentary bathroom extras but couldn't identify what was within the bottles? Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion?
Overall great 👍 economy hotel, comfortable bed and large room.
Great hotel, good staff, good facilities, very comfortable bed, powerful shower, clean, amazing breakfast/brunch 10/10
Great hotel but wish we had a balcony.
Buffet breakfast / brunch excellent choice.
Clean and comfortable.
Prices in hotel bar reasonable.
Central to square, bus stop and train station. About a 15-20 min walk to beach.
It’s ok. Location is great for the party life but the view from the room was not exactly holiday dream.
Simple and elegant hotel with great service. The staff very helpful and happy. The quality of breakfast/brunch is great. Lots of shops around.

Room fine, no coffee, tea facility in room, when asked l was told l had to rent a kettle !!!!!
Spacious rooms, great beach side property, pool available.
Limited light in the room, phones not in working condition, limited amenities.
Room was spacious and clean. Shower was good. Bed comfortable and some great views from the balconies
great location, big room with sea/pool view. Only disappointment was that you had to “hire” a kettle from reception for your room.
Hotel and the people were lovely friendly helpful and very tidy hotel noisy at sometimes with the Roof garden parties which we wasn’t allowed up on the roof while the parties were there which was a shame because I thought we could go up there at any time and they did go onto 1 o’clock in the morning, which I think was a bit late Especially for the people on holiday but wanted to get to bed early so...
Property is in great location, and i would stay again. However although I dont mind entertainment and music at the pool and bar area through out the day, i found this to be far too loud. Especially in the bar/dining area.

The hotel is lovely and clean, room are good in size. Staff are friendly but have limited English so brush on your Spanish it would be helpful. The entertainment team are great, one doesn't speak English but the rest do. Great hotel - with excellent service, especially from Jonathan in the Bar who was very friendly and great at his job and made the whole experience even better!!

Only there for a few days, but was clean, as were rooms, never ate in the hotel and never used the pool either, but liked the location n staff were helpful.
This hotel was superb for a three star I couldn’t really fault it .
The only downside is it’s at the top of a very steep hill. So if mobility issues might not be the one for you unless you can afford taxis.
Overall a very good three star and would recommend.
Great travel and accommodation
Great hotel! Comfortable room with a nice balcony! The food is good and the pool is great! I highly recommend it!
This is a 3 star hotel but should be 4 star. The rooms are clean, bathroom without any mould and a great shower. Beds comfortable

Rooms need some renovation, but in general is quite decent. Lobby and common areas are large and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and have great ocean views
Large hotel, probably the largest in Matalasçanas. The rooms are modern and everybody seems very friendly. The breakfast was delicious - good choice including eggs, cereals, bread and good coffee. The hotel is a very, very short walk (stone's throw) from the beach and the hotel's pools are also good. There is also a lifeguard there. All in all a good choice. Lovely break
Had a wonderful break here. Reading reviews about ants I bought spray on my first shop so it wasn't too bad a problem despite being ground floor. You need a car if you stay in this hotel. It's located in a steep hill away shops and restaurants. From the map, the beach looks like a few minutes walk from the hotel, but because it's on a hill, the road is snaky and the walk back is a serious hike. We didn't know this so we had to use Uber every day which costed us a fortune.
Apart from that, the apartment was good enough. Don't expect daily cleaning...
Everything is fine, except for a high deposit (€200) and an extra €5 per night for parking inside.

We immensely enjoyed our time at Hotel Ritual. We stayed for 6 nights and we mostly impressed. The location is excellent, the spa facilities are lovely, and the rooftop pool was bliss. The staff were accommodating.

I enjoyed stopping here. Poolside vibes, nice chilled atmosphere. There's a barber shop at the hotel and you can book through a QR code. My hotel room had a shaving pack which was a nice touch... i'll definitely come back again.
Great sea view from all the rooms. Easy access to the *** beach.
Great hotel, sea view, pleasant staff, excellent short access via lift to the beach.
Spa is good, however should be included in cost of the room.
The location is fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and always helpful. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired—there was noticeable dust on the furniture and quite a bit of hair on the floor. A little more attention to cleaning would make this place much better !

Great place to stay in Granada if visiting by car. Close to the ring road with cheap parking (& often free street parking available). Quite a distance from the city centre but a taxi costs less than parking in the centre and there are buses.
The room is bright and has the essentials (but neither a safe nor a fridge) and the heating (for a winter visit) is outstanding. Early check-in is good value...
The locations was perfect for exploring Granada (10 min walk to the bus, which takes you straight into the city and the main attractions). It was easy to find parking on the street as well, although the hotel offers parking for 7 euros per day in their own parking. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the room service food: very tasty and healthy. The breakfast could use a few improvements...
Clean room, nice personnel, good location.
The hotel presents an average experience overall. While the service is acceptable, the room lacks some essential amenities, such as a mini-fridge and complimentary water or coffee. Furthermore, the restroom is missing basic toiletries.
Therefore, I would rate the hotel as average, and I do not anticipate returning.
Great for what we needed and exactly what you would expect. Good price and clean.
Restaurant food at night wasn't the best. The fish was littered with bones and the pasta portion was small for the money.
Staff are nice. Maybe the TV could incorporate a few more English language channels as you are a,tourist international hotel.
As the saying goes, it's an Ibis, so you get exactly what you pay for. The room was perfectly fine for a short stay—it was clean, though a bit on the small side. My main issue was the strong cigarette smell coming from the bathroom, which was really annoying. The staff experience was a bit weird; some were lovely and super welcoming, but others seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else. I skipped...

Brilliant location, close to all interesting sites. Only disappointment was the cooked breakfast I.e scrambled eggs/bacon etc were not very warm, which was a shame because there was plenty of it. Everything else was great.
This hotel is a converted monastery, so it might be a bit old, but it has a really great atmosphere! The staff at the front desk were also very friendly! The only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far; you have to walk for about 10 minutes with your luggage 😅 If you're staying here, I suggest getting out of your car on the main road in front of the entrance to drop off your luggage first, because...
Rooms are nice but a bit on the small side. Located next to elementary school, so noise can be an issue. Overall good, not great.
The hotel is housed in a former monastery; the complex includes a church with an active congregation, and next to it, on the same grounds, is a school with various sports facilities used daily by the school and presumably also by clubs – yet there was no significant noise disturbance, neither in the mornings nor in the evenings. The hotel building's interior has been rather blandly renovated, and the...
I highly recommend this place for its friendly service and excellent value. However, please note one essential point and one drawback. The essential point is that you must book a room with a terrace to fully appreciate its charm. The drawback, of course, only applies to those traveling by car: there's no parking. There's a good parking spot within five minutes, but as of November 2025, it costs 24...
Great Location! Nice but small rooms with modern showers. Don’t expect to be greeted with open arms. At dinner, they ignored me and fed everyone but me. Since tourists are not allowed in many big cities in Spain, I belive this hotel offers the comford and easy access to all main attractions in Sevile. Very friendly staff. Including breakfast in your boking is recommended as they offer a perfect meal.
Amazing, generous size, roof pool.
Rooms are spacious and I was greeted with a small bottle of Cava wine. The lobby is big and the corridors and hotel are nicely scented. The breakfast (english) for 15 eur (in 2025) is convenient but probably not worth since there are plenty of restaurants with typical Spanish food less than 3 min walk from this hotel's location.

Overall a great experience. The room was spacious, had a good desk and was in a central location.
Cute location, but noisy and no shades on the windows which face the apartments, so someone could literally look right in as you shower. Breakfast was okay but there are also vending machines which is nice. Close to most notable tourist locations and plenty of nearby restaurants.
Perfect location, great prices and the staff at the reception was extremely professional and give us lots of informations. Only thing that can be better will be more choice and quality for the breakfast.

Any review over 3 stars is an exxageration of quality for sure..!! Rooms are extremely small. We spent 3 months traveling Japan and only " thought" we had seen small until we arrived here. If the rooms get any smaller we will be in a closet..!! No space to open luggage. Had to put the suitcases next to...

The location is really great and the room heats up well. The bed was comfortable, which I appreciated. The only thing that really bothered me was the shower head—it was moldy, and I’m quite picky about little hygiene details like that.
Breakfast was okay for me, I didn’t have high expectations, and it filled me up. The only downside was the coffee, which was unfortunately quite bad.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was nice as well, but what really stood out was the staff: incredibly helpful, polite, and genuinely welcoming.
We lost our power adapters, and they immediately offered us a couple to use. When we weren’t entirely sure about the room we had booked, they kindly showed us another option without hesitation...
I booked this hotel for a one-night stay to see the Alhambra, and the location is great. Despite being a three-star hotel, it's incredibly clean. I highly recommend it.
Hotel was at center of Granada and all the attractions are accessible within 30 minutes walk. Staff was really helpful and guided us briefly.
Location was great and room looks like the photo. The main issue of this hotel is the breakfast. I paid extra to get breakfast but they only start the breakfast from 8am so I couldn't get them in both days. Alhambra opens at 8.30am so there are tourists need to leave hotel earlier. I have travelled a lot but haven't seen any hotels offering breakfast only after 8am. This was a big waste of money.
Very happy about our stay. #1 the location was spot on! It was a quick and easy walk to centro but was not loud at all from the street noise. AC in the room was cranking so that was very nice to be able to comfortably sleep! Staff was super friendly and for the price the rooms were excellent. Would definitely recommend.
