We have just returned from a week at Barcelona Punta beach hotel After reading a lot of the reviews I knew what to expect.. very Spanish! Jet2 doesn’t explain how big this hotel is..it is huge The rooms are large, some of the furniture a bit dated though, a great big bed,safe,plenty of wardrobe space ( never enough hangers) Bathrooms need updated, who uses a bidet these days!! Magic Room was a great family experience. We've done it last year and we liked it very much, so much we decided to repeat the experience this year. Alba and António were great hosts. The rest of the resort is very clean and cosy. It's the 6th time we've spent holidays here, I suppose that says a lot.

Service could be better from the reception to the overall staff. They divide the restaurants into 2 shifts, so you cant eat when you want, and the second shift you start having lunch at 3 pm. Overall the space is good, its close to the beach, weather is great, they just need to improve the restaurant part.

Just spent a week here, and I have to say its a beautiful place. The food is really good lots of choice. The views are absolutely amazing. Hi everyone...At the moment the hotel is closed, I'm a security guard that does the occasional watch there to help out with days off. The hotel is literally on the beach. It's big with lots of swimming pools. Town centre is a brisk walk away.

The hotel was in a nice location with few mins walk to sea. The rooms were smaller but sufficient for a party of 2. Everything was very clean and nice, but the air conditioning in the room didn't work, the dinner was too exotic and we didn't like it, they tried to charge us for parking when it was included in the price and we had to leave a €100 deposit to pay for the drinks and when we left they told us it would take 48 hours to return the remaining amount.

The front desk failed to arrange the reserved room. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the room type was changed back to the booked room type.

With children, I booked a family suite, which is a duplex room. Upstairs is a normal 1.8-meter double bed, and downstairs is a sofa bed. After the sofa is opened by the staff, it is also a large bed. The room can see the sunset, which is great.

Great place to stay with the kids and perfectly located right next to the beach. Only downside is that dinner is served after 9pm and entertainment is after 10:30pm so if you have young children they might not last fo catch the shows.

The hotel is large, with a nice pool, a variety of snacks, great animation for children and adults, cleaned every day, with friendly and smiling staff. But unfortunately my room smelled musty and bad, I say that as constructive criticism!

A very beautiful hotel. Good views, nice rooms (a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children), great variety of food yeat it seems to be lack of staff on the preparation of food... Contrary to the cleaning of the dinning room: staff very attentive and quick. It could have longer periods for the meal serving, namely at lunch: could open a little early cause with little kids it's difficult to wait and afterwards...

We stayed here to attend an event and both the accommodation and catering were impressive. Clean, confortable rooms with stunning views. High quality and varied food served by caring staff. Top management there to help at any point.

The entertainment was good the food in the restaurant was basic and not alot of choice. The breakfast was the best meal of the day .The Italian restaurant was superb food brilliant best meal all holiday and the waitress esta sorry can't spell her full name she was wonderful great customer service.

This is my 3rd night in this hotel (one week package holiday with TUI- from UK- family of 5). So far (being totally fair and honest) Positives::::: Good staff/services. Good food/drinks (I am only refering to soft drinks)- not much varieties and very repetitive. (dishes don't have proper sign of main ingredients: pork/ham/beef/chicken/seafood. No sign for some dishes and staff sometimes struggle...

My favourite holiday village. Can not wait for it to reopen. Absolutely beautiful. Perfect for the family. Great food and drinks given. Good company from the reps. Thank you.
