We had a fantastic stay at Eurostars Gran Vía in Granada. The service was outstanding — genuinely warm, super friendly, and always helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a great bathroom and a lovely powerful shower. The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of Granada, making it easy to walk to the main sights, restaurants, and shops.
Breakfast was very decent with good variety, and everything was well organised and fresh.
Overall, a really pleasant experience and excellent value for the quality and service offered. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Granada.

If you're going to Granada then you must stay here. Great central location, spa, rooftob bar with views of the Ahlambra and Sierra nevada , lovely rooms and great value! There's more, the eurostar hotels chain, so im going to book them wherever I visit from now on.. 10/10.

The hotel’s cancellation policy is very bad. I booked from the 12th to the 14th, and I had trains booked from Madrid to Málaga and from Málaga to Granada. I later discovered that all trains to Málaga were cancelled due to an accident, and the trains to Granada were also cancelled because of bad weather. So, on the 10th, I requested to cancel my reservation due to these urgent circumstances. However, the booking was cancelled without any refund!

The hotel has a good location but it has sewer smell through the hotel. It’s situated on the gran via which has all of traffic noice and people walking the streets the complete night .
The room is very tight and the bathroom very uncomfortable for travelers.
The customer service for shows and attractions tickets is no good. They recommend their places not good ones.
I will never recommend it.

Great hotel in superb location.
Located within walking distance of Granada’s Cathedral and vibrant downtown.
The hotel is clean, well organised and has very good and professional staff.
The room was very clean, spacious, and offered excellent views as well as relaxing atmosphere.
I would definitely return to this hotel on any future visits.

The location is great.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
It was also conveniently close to the bus stop.
I was surprised to see the ruins right inside the hotel's main entrance.

They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

I stayed here for one night with my kids. The location is good. There is a small street next to it where you can stroll in the evening or in the morning. There is a tree on the second floor where you can pick fruits.

We were actually looking for another restaurant with good rank, but unfortunately that one was closed due to public holiday. My companies felt tired and picked this one randomly. That was a wrong choice. The black squid seafood rice was salty and doesn't taste good. The grilled shimp were not well cooked. Three of us all agreed to give this restaurant 2 star, and truly not recommended. Change the star from 2 to 1 finally because this restaurant charge 1.2euro per person for service fee, and they don't have any service at all！！！

If you want to taste the paella and a lot of varieties of spanish rices, is probably the best restaurant in Granada. Good treatment from professional people.
