My husband and I I just spent 3 nights at this property. Amazing from check-in to check-out! Everyone made us feel really special! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious. The beds are heavenly. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone, with a separate eggs to order to your liking menu. Location is superb, not even a 10 min walk to the center of town. They even offer a turn-down service at night and put those oh so delicious chocolates on your bed, so make sure when you leave your room for the evening to not to leave the no disturb sign on. Can only highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, great location and access to the spa which was delightful. Complementary wine and treats offered in the rooms. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars are 1) the beds were not that comfortable. They were quite jiggly so every time my partner moved, I would feel it (I’m also a sensitive sleeper in general) but this was a particular issue in this bed. I also woke up with backaches due to the mattress. 2) the noise from the street was not zero-the windows could be better sound insulated since they are facing a street or the bar/restaurant of the hotel. My mother & I had a lovely stay at the Palacio de Los Patos. The hotel property is gorgeous and very well maintained. All members of staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Clara, who checked us in, was such a great first impression of Granada. Friendly, professional and kind.
We had an issue with our first room due to noise from the door below, but the team efficiently moved us to a new room and apologized with a bottle of cava - which was very generous & well received.
Highly recommend. Would stay again.

We were so blessed with the Stay at Hospes Palacio de los Patos. The new rooms are. Delight: comfy beds, amazing oversized showers and the staff! Oh the Staff, increíble people from our house keeper to the valet service, reception desks and concierge all incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Big thanks to Barbara who was the 1st one welcoming us to the property. The location of this hotel is perfect with plenty of restaurants nearby for every taste and the cathedral just a few minutes walk! Thanks to the entire team for a great stay and how accommodating you all were to my Service dog and my disable parent.

We loved our stay here. This hotel not only had a great location in the heart of everything, it was also quiet in our room. The room itself was very luxurious and comfortable with many nice touches. What impressed us most was the attentive staff. Javi at check-in personally gave us a walk to our room with tips along the way. We were treated so well and didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back!

Amazing guac and nachos and the atmosphere was great. Cheese tostada left a little to be desired, but other than that, super cozy. Would go again. Great place to buckle down and get work done.

Great place to go and have a coffee with friends or on your own. It has a variety of milks for those who are alergic or intolerant It has Wi-Fi! Great environment and fantastic service! I WILL come back!☺
