Quiet stay in Málaga near Beach
Small comfortable hotel located in quiet residential area, 10 min walk from the beach, 30 min walk from Málaga city centre. Friendly young staff. Recommemded 😊
Nice area. Nice pool but it was very hot and a bit hard to get into. I had a hard time sleeping because you could here everything, like people opening and closing there doors and talking which woke me up several times.
This was our first trip to Malaga so we had many questions related communication in this city, visiting tips and overall information. I appreciate Naomi from amazing Villa Lorena Hotel for her hospitality and support!
Excellent breakfast and service. Naomi was amazed and attentive to every detail. In a beautiful neighborhood close to beach.
very friendly and accommodating, breakfast is specially cooked for you, flexibility in check in and out, and walking distance to beaches.
Naomi on reception was extremely helpful in all aspects during our stay. Unfortunately, although we had booked and paid extra for a room with a pool view some 6 months earlier this was not available as the hotel was ‘fully booked’. The room provided overlooked a car park which is not what we paid for given we deliberately paid extra for a special occasion. Based on our experience I wouldn’t recommend...
Location is good altho locating the building can be a challenge especially for a first timer. Reception sent the apartment access details via WhatsApp when I wanted them sent to my private email. Apartment (#1) needs a bit of upgrade or tlc, Cafes and tapas bar next door (the latter can get noisy late at night till the early morning hours.
Right in the old town. Close to attractions and places to eat. It was right beside a cafe and a restaurant so a bit noisy until midnight in the living room but not in the bedroom. Had a washing machine which was great.
Great apartment for a short stay in Málaga. It had everything we needed for our five nights and was located very centrally, meaning everywhere we wanted to go was only a short walk away.
Very nice and in a strategic place to stay in the historical centre of Malaga.
Apartments equiped with all the needs for a long stay and/or for a family friendly holiday.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Malaga without giving up the comforts provided by a real apartment.
It was a comfortable place with all the conveniences you need. The location is great.
You are right in the center to everything. Accommodations were good. However, if you stay in apt 2, you will hear everything in the court area inside the building at night and mornings because your windows face it. There was an issue with a sofa cushion that I communicated with the owner before checkng out. Tip-don't use the sofa cushions as pillows on the bed. Area itself is safe.
Right in the Centre, surrounded by the best Malaga has to offer. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, very well appointed. Very clean and bright. Impeccable seevice from their office
Very efficient company. Lovely appartment.
What a great accomodation!! I've been so many hotels around the world, five stars, four stars whatever, this is very good place to take a rest in malaga.
We stayed in the 10 bed dorm, and it was good enough. There were some cleanliness concerns if that’s important to you. The bathroom trash was overflowing, crumbs on the ground for days, and it didn’t seem like anyone stopped in to clean more than every few days, if that. The bathroom also frequently smelled of sewage, so they may have some issues with their pipes. The mattress was probably the worst...
Amazing experience when I came I got to leave my baggage before checking in (went to Plaza Mayor some hours) nice rooms but wish there were no water pipes straight over my bed😬 made noise…. But I have ear plugs with me✌️nice people working here and such nice cafeteria! I took some pictures of the cafe downstairs and Laura who worked here🌸🌸
The hostel is honestly super basic. If I’m not wrong, there’s no actual kitchen to cook in—just a microwave.
There is only one window for the entire dormitory, so even though it’s somewhat spacious, it feels really crowded at the same time.
There’s shared bathroom for 10 people, which is a bit of a struggle!
On the plus side, the location is great and the staff working here are really nice. They do...
We visited this hostel/cafe/hotel two years ago. It is in the heart of this beautiful and fantastic city. Overall it was a amazing experience. Clean, good looking cheesecakes, breakfast, coffee and service. Friendly staff etc. The bar next to the hostel was a piece of art. Yes it was a little loud but, we managed this very smoothly and we took advantage of that bar, and we purchased variety of beers...
Great location in the center of Malaga old town. A little loud at night, so earplugs would be handy for anyone sensitive to noise. Everything, including the beach is located within 15 minute walk so super convenient. The cafe downstairs is first class and staff are very friendly. The room is clean and nicely decorated, not massive but comfortable. There is no lift, so not ideal for anyone with mobility...
We stayed in a private room where the Airconditioner did not cool at all it worked more like a fan. The toilet is just too small where its difficult for even 1 person to stand. The door of the toilet did not close at all
It was really good fir a hostel. Having air conditioning on those warm nights made all the difference. There's well equipped kitchen, but i didn't use it. I just wanted a place to sleep and shower and this hostel did that perfectly.
The hotel is located by the sea, near a large supermarket but few restaurants. The room was small but clean; the bed was narrow and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was a bit slow to cool. Fortunately, Spain wasn't that hot in May! The shared toilets and showers were generally unhygienic. The water pressure was decent, but there was nowhere to put clothes, which was a bit awkward. Furthermore...
What a wonderful stay. I stayed in a twin room . The beds were so comfy and the hostel was kept very clean. Great roof terrace! It felt very safe and friendly. Johnny is a legend!!!! Great bus service into Malaga centro and lovely walks and local bars and restuarants I will definetly be back again.
Having never previously stayed in a hostel before I booked this place due to the price and other reviews but still wasn't sure what to expect. I can honestly say this place has given me the confidence to book a hostel again and If I come back to the area I will certainly book here a second time. The whole place is very clean and well maintained. The owner is available for the majority of every day...
A very cozy place. I loved the terrace!
Holidays home... after travelling for long time, this place is just perfect to chill.
