We had a wonderful stay at Vincci Selection Aleysa. The service and hospitality were truly excellent — very welcoming and fantastic throughout our stay. The staff made us feel comfortable and well looked after, and we will definitely visit again.
The food was nice and well prepared, although having more options to choose from would make the dining experience even better.
Overall, a great hotel with outstanding service, and highly recommended.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff and service were a perfect 10/10—genuinely some of the most attentive and professional people I’ve encountered. We made a very last-minute booking near malaga airport due to our flight being cancelled , and they handled it seamlessly, making the whole process completely stress-free, ensuring we could check in extremely early. From start to finish, everything felt effortless, and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Staying here was an absolute breeze, and the service truly couldn’t have been better.

Absolutely fantastic stay!
We have been coming to this hotel for many years and it has never once disappointed us. The standard of customer service is consistently excellent — every member of staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with top-quality facilities that make each stay comfortable and relaxing.
It truly feels like a home away from home, and we look forward to returning year after year. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed a really high quality stay at the Vincci Aleysa. Everything about the hotel is truly five star, food, service, location, room, aircon, WiFi, spa and pools. Sometimes even the best of properties have one or two areas that are less than perfect, but not Vincci Aleysa or it’s incredibly professional and friendly operations team. Just perfect.

From checking in to leaving everything was excellent, definitely go back again .

Perfect location overlooking the sea and promenade just a few miles from Malaga airport, with the local train station a short bus ride away. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and always smiling in this beautifully presented clean and quiet hotel. The immaculate rooms all face the sea so there is no road noise, and with fresh and salt water pools to choose from, an on-site spa, and plenty of sun loungers, everyone is catered for. The restaurant service and food was first class, and with a few odd allergies mentioned to the chef I was able to enjoy virtually all the menu choices without any concern. Definitely a hotel to return to, and it was interesting to note that many of the guests during our stay were frequent visitors there.

The Aleysa Hotel completely blew us away. The warm welcome from Sophie was truly unique, and the surprise for our babymoon was just so sweet. The room was luxurious and stunning — the perfect place for a holiday. Everyone was very friendly as well. And the breakfast with that view was simply stunning!
The attention to detail is incredible. For example, at checkout our car was already brought up and there were two bottles of water waiting inside. It doesn’t get any better than that.
We can truly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Málaga area.
Kind regards,
Marc

Simply the best! A favourite place of ours which we dropped in to for a light refreshment most days. We also dined here one evening on the beach with family and friends and had a fantastic night watching the sunset whilst the kids played football on the beach. Both the food and service was 1st class and the prices were very reasonable. If we find ourself back in the area this is definitely one of the first places we will return to.

Staff not pushy and fish selection superb. So good we are returning for dinner. Dont know why would anybody choose a burger with the seafood on offer.
