Miraflores Beach & Country Club in La Cala de Mijas

Sad very sad, From the current reviews I see still no air con in 2017????????
When we arrived we were given a room at the top of the hill, needed a taxi costing 7 euros to find it? The heat in the room was over a 100 degrees a fan as big as a large plate in the corner. We complained that we could never stay in this room as it was scorching hot, they told us to wait for 3 days as maybe they had another room with air con but they only had 3 in the whole of the complex??? I suffer from high blood pressure, so we decided to leave. We asked Booking.con why was it rated as 5 star with no air con, they were hopless, to deal with, and did not want to know, we left right away, they refused to refund one penny of the £750 for a weeks stay, it was a disgrace they way we were treated and the staff were the worst nasty people I have ever dealt with. Wont ever go back to that joke of a place or book through Booking. Com again.

Total disappointment! smelly rooms...old furniture with holes etc. dirty . Noisy , motorway in the back of the hotel. only good thing was the view
