Friendly & efficient staff at all areas of the hotel , a credit to the training they have received. The breakfast was also of an exceptional high standard and extremely tasty. Would highly recommend the Nh Malaga for all travelers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I had a wonderful stay at NH Hotel Málaga. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located within walking distance of the harbor, shopping streets, and all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is excellent.
A special mention to Alex, who truly made our experience memorable. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and exceptionally informative about the city. From recommending the best places to visit to guiding us on local transport and food options, he went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time in Málaga. His knowledge and hospitality really stood out and made a big difference in our trip.

Fantastic Hotel, a few minutes from the city. All the staff are excellent and so friendly. Juan, Guest Relations was very helpful and managed to navigate the site for the theatre on our behalf and book us the tickets we wanted for the jazz concert. He was efficient, so helpful and friendly. Alex on reception greeted us with a very warm welcome and was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The chamber staff, bar staff and all staff throughout the hotel were faultless and we will return.

We arrived as my husband had just left hospital and Alex was so helpful and understanding of the issues we were having. Every time we dealt with him, he was professional and very competent. We have stayed in several NH hotels and never received such good service and he is always smiling and reassuring.

Loved our stay!
This hotel was perfect! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices, and the lobby is beautiful and welcoming. We’d definitely stay here again!

A really good stay. The hotel is ideally located, only a few blocks from the action but far enough away to be peaceful. The breakfast and front desk staff were friendly, efficient and really helpful! The only criticism I would make is the female bartender was pretty curt and several of our group found her inhospitable. The breakfast was fabulous and the rooms were clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely well situated with the historical centre in 13 minutes walking distance. The pool was not overcrowded and the service was very good. The walls were rather thin so you could hear the noise from the square outside but the terrace area allowed for a nice experience.
The breakfast is overpriced but there’s plenty of breakfast options available just outside the hotel.
