It's within a 10-minute walk from many of San Sebastian's most fun bars! It's also a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal to the airport!
The rooms were clean, and I'd definitely stay here again if I visit San Sebastian again.

Spectacular room, guests services and amenities. The location is perfect on the river for old town, new town and Gros. It is a very quick and easy walk if you are planning for time on the beach as well. I walked with a chair and bag and was at beach in 5 minutes. I would choose this property again over a property just to be directly on the beach. The rooms were very spacious. We were surprised at the prices in the hotel bar (1 drink 24 euros) compared to the 5 star restaurants we enjoyed. But it does not change the amount of stars I give this hotel.

I was asked a good ten times if I was a guest of the hotel because it was during the film festival. I felt like I was disturbing them because I was there as a simple guest and not as a guest of the festival. Or they must not like my face... When you pay twice as much for a hotel as normal because of this festival and you feel like an intruder who is constantly being spied on... you tell yourself that the hotel should have closed its doors to "simple" guests for the occasion.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The surprises they had prepared for my birthday were truly thoughtful and added a magical touch to our trip. The luxurious rooms, impeccable service, and attention to detail made it a memorable experience that exceeded all expectations. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking to enjoy a perfect stay in San Sebastián. Five stars all the way!

I really like the hotel and enjoy everything except that there was no toilet amenity and when we asked for it, staff came to bring us… but quite stingy… 2 ladies for 1 tooth paste. Common, the rate is over 1000 Euro a night … it is not cheap guest house. (The hotel even charge nearly 50 Euro for parking, so you understand what I mean and I am Bonvoy member).
Beside that incident, I like everything and thank to the hotel manager.

Within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. So close to the beach. You can use their bikes to explore this beautiful city. Concierge is super helpful for restaurant reservations and advice. Beautiful rooms! Amazing breakfast.

The service from the moment we stepped into the lobby was incredible. Our room was beautiful, spacious and so comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious and I loved that you could order additional items aside from the buffet. We loved our stay here and hope to be back some day!

Tsi Tao has a nice ambiance with a spacious well kept dining room. The hostess is welcoming. So there were 5 of us. The soup was very good. The sushi was fresh with very generous portions. The noodles were salty. The chef's recommendation on the menu offering crispy ribs was a let down. Good wine list.

I was there last Friday with some friends to celebrate a couple of birthdays. I asked the male server (white beard, tall one, don't know his name!) about what dishes are the most popular, he said: "you are old enough to know what you want." Then, I kindly replied: Can you please let me know which one your customers pick?; he said: "I don't know all is f*** great!" He told me that in a very arrogant and unpleasant manner, which I did not like at all. This review goes to all people that have some interests to go, but mainly for the manager of that place: I believe this male server does not treat well your customers. This guys is just an idiot trying to be funny on someone else. Please don't allow people do that in your place. Food is good though.

Lovely experience. The owner (?) greeted us warmly and meticulously explained and translated to English the prix fixe menu, which naturally set us in the right mood for a great dinner. The food that followed did not disappoint and most dishes were creative and most importantly fresh and well-prepared. The available wine choices were very good, and they were re-filled on demand - very uncommon.The service was just excellent - professional, friendly, prompt and not intrusive. To top it off, the restaurant is full of art works and art books from some of the great artists of all time, which contributes to a great atmosphere for a nice, romantic evening or any quiet dinner. For a very fair price, such an experience also presented tremendous value. Highly recommended and will definitely return.
