I really like the location of the hotel. It’s nearby to all the shops, restaurants, and all the tourist spots esp the Sagrada Familia church. The room is tidy and everyone is accommodating. I’d like to thank Cris and the other guy (who is usually in at night and dawn), great service from my check in time until I checked out. Really recommendable.

Excellent location. However, apartments themselves are very tiny. Can hear absolutely everything due to very thin walls. Not helped by having a group staying above us. Complained about the noise as kept us up until 5am but nothing done about it and carried on for the full 4 nights of our stay. Reception and service generally poor. Have to check in and out at the hotel so reporting anything a pain. Beds were hard and very small. WIFI was average. Apartment very close to metro and Sagrada Familia but trading off this to offer a sub par experience.

A good apartment. Very close to metro and bakeries, so location is great. The apartment is big with plenty of space. however the sink is very tiny, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the lift is small. Also there is only one mirror so it is difficult for a group of ladies to get ready. There are a lots of items like cutlery’s, iron, hair dryer given to us which was helpful. Overall, i think this apartment is good for the value of money.

Stayed here with family in Room 61. It was easy to find and only a few minutes walk from the hotel. It has free WiFi and many amemtiies inside such as a microwave, fridge & freezer, kettle etc. There is no oven though. The apartment is also very compact but okay for a night or two. The decor is nice and it's a combination of modern and rustic. The place was nice and clean, the shower was lovely and there's two TVs in the room. There is also a beautiful view of the Sagrada Familia out of the window. Only complaint is that the couch was ripped, from a family a few weeks ago. They also require a €400 deposit (or your card details) before your stay because if incidents like this...

Nice apartments with all you need for a short stay, but the walls are thin and there are no pads on the chairs, so...you either get lucky with the neighbors...or you don't. If there's a party at 3am, that's your problem; the hotel don't want to know.

From Manager to Receptionist, extremely rude.
We got lost trying to find the other hotel to check in and pick up the keys despite informing them we had a long 15hour flight. The ladies that pick up the phone was very rude.
On getting to the check she tried to blame us for not reading the direction which we showed her on the phone. After a bit of back and forth i was exhausted from talking i just wanted the keys.
On checking in we found dirty underwear in our room which we immediately notified them to sort out and clean the room, they replied but never sent anyone to clean the apartment.
We found that heating was not working in the apartment, i emailed them and they promised to send someone over to rectify the issue. We spent our days in the hotel without proper heating. We did not make much fuss as we spent most time outside sightseeing.
We checked out 30mins late and they tried to charge me for it. Which is understandable considering the horrible service we had.
I made sure i got my full deposit, something that did not go down well with the manager as they try everything possible not to refund you deposit.
I will never stay here not will recommend this hotel to anyone.

Be prepared for the lift more especially if you have kids and luggage. There lift is just big enough for 1 obese person or a slender family of four either way you'd better hope no one farts in there. Apartment is very nice though and very centrally located.
