Apartaments Els Llorers in Lloret de Mar

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a wowcher holiday, ignore the bad reviews as you get what you pay for here and we were very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel! The staff were very kind and helpful and helped us organise taxis whenever we needed. We didn't use the pool as it wasn't the weather for it but it looks very good for kids. We didn't use the kitchen other than the microwave but there was a bottle opener in the room so we had everything we needed!! I would recommend this hotel to others and would come back here again! Breakfast buffet wasn't the best but it did the job and being far away from other bits it was easy!

My cousin and I take at least one mini break a year but normally city breaks, so this was a bit different and it really didn’t disappoint given the prices we paid via Wowcher Holidays. Had no expectations so we were both very pleasantly surprised with the experience . We flew into Girona and hired a car which took about 50 minutes to drive. We arrived to a lovely welcome from Fran who gave us the great news that we had been upgraded to a sea view room on the 4th floor of the main building. The apartment was perfectly equipped for a 3 night stay, not sure if we’d have managed so well if we were planning to cook in there however. But, perfectly clean, comfy bed, shower gel and shampoo a nice touch but the best by far was the amazing view and sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down. The hotel was very quiet leading up to winter closure so not too many noisy guests or children and the 10pm to 10am silence curfew was well respected. Not a lot open in the resort but we found a few places for food and drink and ate in once, my cousins meal was great, mine not so much but other snacks and things we had were fine. Reduced menu, ie there was lots not available given they are obviously running down supplies. The pool area was well maintained and the kiddies facilities brilliant and they were all having a great time. We found the staff in general were very friendly and approachable except for one receptionist who was not remotely interested in our enquiries and not helpful in any way at all. Having worked in hospitality myself in the past and being in a forward fronted job, you have to be the sort of person who likes to go above and beyond for guests who are spending their hard earned money on a holiday, especially for those with young families. Very attractive girl, unattractive attitude! All in all a really pleasant stay in a great value, unpretentious, well run family business. Not sure I’d want to visit in the height of summer though!

Fabulous hotel so family friendly .deluxe room is fantastic definitely recommend. My little boy has a wheelchair for long distances an this room was perfect as u are straight out the door an at the pool .so clean and staff so helpful .life guard was so nice to my little boy .definitely would stay again .

Me and my family just got back after a week staying here. We had an amazing time, the children had lots of fun and we didnt even want to come home. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was lovely and the place was just a great atmosphere. We will definitely visit again.

Just returned from 9 nights at Els Llorers apartments and what a wonderful time we have had. We stayed in a 2 bed deluxe, the apartment was joined next to reception. We were a family of 5 with 3 teenage girls and we all had plenty of room, 2 big bedrooms, one with a double, one with a twin and me and my partner slept on the pull out bed which was very comfy and absolutely massive. Air con was very cold and in every room, the shower was the best I've ever had. Kitchen had everything and the terrace with artificial grass was big enough for 6 ppl. Plenty of towels and linen, changed every 3 day, we even complimentary toiletries. Some nice little touches included the bus to town which was an amazing service and the towels for the pool. The pools was lovely, slides that even all my kids enjoyed especially the one around the back at the little pool! Hats off to the entertainment team, activities through the day were awesome especially the aqua dance which had us all in, and the shows were great at night.. We are gonna miss the entertainer ay ay ay 😆.. Just a couple of negatives was the walk to town, was OK for us but definitely something to consider if you struggle, as the bus stops at 6 and we all had our fair share of mozzy bites but as me were ground floor next to trees this is probably why. We booked this as a budget holiday but in reality it was so much more than this... Got the kids asking if we can go back already.. Stay at els llorers, you won't regret it

An incredible place to stay. 15min walk from the beach, hourly shuttle bus alongside this. The main pool has a life guard.
