Apartamentos Quintasol in Malgrat de Mar

Very basic apartment, with fridge and hotplate. Nice and clean and lovely little swimming pool, was located right on the edge if the beach.

the apartment is very dated small things need attention like some bulbs not working, extra hooks on back of doors would be handy but overall a great place to stay de views are superb its located right on the beach de bed was so comfy and location is spot on for beach (obviously) shops restaurants train station etc and Beach bar onsite with fabulous sounds will definitely return

We arrived at 11:30 PM and there was no one there to let us in, so we called the phone number on the door, a surprised owner answered, I wasn't sure they were expecting us even though it had been booked for a couple of months, and said someone would be there soon. Thankfully a Spanish-speaking man came and let us in, took photos of our passports, and showed us to our room, due to the language barrier we were not told anything else, so had to work out how to use the air-con, TV, cooker, etc. The aircon was just in the living room which was fine as it was rarely needed but worked well. Everything improved from there, In the morning we met and were greeted by the owner, sorted out a kettle, and exchanged the microwave as the one we had didn't work. The apartment was very nice for the price, Our room #206 had an AWESOME view of the beach and sea, it was very spacious with a separate bedroom and nice bathroom, enough pans and utensils, a decent fridge, and lots and lots of cupboards for clothes. The area is very quiet both inside and outside, there is a railway line very near but, We never really noticed the train noise while inside, there are a few small shops for food close by and a bigger supermarket about 30/40 minutes walk away. The shops, bars, restaurants etc are very close just across from the subway you walk through under the railway and road. The only issue during our stay was the bed was very "Squeaky" every time you moved, for the last couple of nights I slept on the spare bed in the living room. So in total, it was a great stay in a nice area with a large beach for a very good price.

Perfect location, right by the beach, 10 minute walk to the railway station which takes you to Barcelona, Calella, Blanes and other seaside resorts. The hotel was clean, apartment spacious and quiet, the staff were friendly especially the lady who does the cleaning. We had a few queries when we arrived and they were resolved straight away, this is definitely an ideal holiday base and we will be back.

Easy access to all shops clubs and bars on the busy Malgrat strip .
If you book the beach facing apartments your sunset and sunrise will be a forever memory.

This is a small apartment complex sitting right on the Malgrat de Mar beach. Apartments are basic, but they have everything you need. There was no kettle but asked at reception and they gave one immediately. Staff are super friendly and on hand to help at any time. Lady who does the cleaning is very friendly and always willing to help out if extra towels, etc, are needed. There is a nice small pool and little bar and seating. I have read mixed reviews, but our group of 4 with 2 apartments loved it and could not complain about anything. We would definitely return.

Located directly at the beach, but the kitchen is very outdated and doesn't work properly. Really good if you just want affordable housing close to the beach.
