Wide and comfortable apartment, very clean and provided with everything you need for leisure or while attending a professional event... The check-in process wasn't too easy but a guy from the staff made every effort to help me. The geographical environment is convenient, but when I entered the room, I found that the hair dryer was broken, but I had to wait until tomorrow to replace it. The service staff's attitude was not positive.

the apartment is spacious and clean, the only flaw is the reception that closes at midnight and they write that the check in can be done online but it is not true and they send you to the other side of the city to another hotel to do it if you arrive after midnight

Boutique hotel apartments, it's very well located with easy access to public transportation. The surrounding areas have most of the amenities one would need for a visit to Barcelona. The room we had was small and the bathroom required some caution to use. But with a small kitchenette and spacious living room, it is worth the price.

We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment. It was huge with 3 toilets 2 showers. 3 of the bedrooms led onto large balcony. There was also a balcony off of the 2 lounge windows. 2 seating areas and 2 large sofas and a chaise long so loads of places to sit and relax. Kitchen was very well equipped too. Stayed here for 3 nights, the room & toilet was clean which is reasonable for the price as it was also close to train station. This property is located in a quiet area not next tourist attraction. The staff was friendly. Hotel was clean but I would consider it a 3 star hotel. Why I will not be back again or I will not recommend this hotel because they only give you for the first night coffee pods/tea otherwise they are €3 each pod, the money we paid for a 4 star hotel but then don’t except that

I love this small hotel. Quiet and super easy to navigate to and from all our destinations in Barcelona. They are great at communicating and helping you out if you need it. If you're looking for a nice family apartment in Exaimple, Splendom Suites is really nice. There is lovely decoration, modern kitchen, every day cleaning service, etc. In the neighbourhood nice cafes like Cup & Cake, Cake & Brunch, eco grocery store, cheese shop, butcher's, Italian restaurant, sushi bar, etc. And the best, you can easily walk to the downtown, less than 1kms to Plaza Catalunya.

One room was extremely small, and the mattress kept sliding down, making it difficult to turn over. Check-in was only possible at the adjacent 62 Hotel, and the apartment was completely empty. I recommend not booking an apartment.

The unit is a two-bedroom apartment. The building's elevator is quite basic and small, only fitting two or three people at a time. However, the apartment itself was very clean and tidy. Room was alright but very dusty. The handle in the shower that controlled between the different shower heads was simply missing. Overall not terrible for the price but could use a bit more attention to detail.

Even though our room didn’t have windows, the wall papers made it feel very open, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom shower was great. We just spent one night for an overlay flight, but we recommend. Pretty close to La Sagrada Familia and great restaurants around.
