Good facilities and great value for money. Be aware that the roof terrace is adult only. We went with our 4 year old so couldn’t go up there
Beautiful hotel with amazing views from the roof top terrace, we would return just to back to the roof top itself
We would definitely stay again. Although rooms are small it’s cosy and has everything you need ( apart from kettle but can hire)
The balcony was south facing second floor facing the sea and pool always had sun onit. Would definitely stay in 217 again.
The lifts were not a problem as some reviews said never had to que in the breakfast or dinner que again that may depend on the month you visit however we was there when the local Ironman 2024 was happening in Calella so it was busy but we was not affected.
The roof top adults only area is a gem.
We took our own drinks as there is no roof top bar.
Glass elevator running upside the hotel lovely views & the train line does not disturb your sleep at night.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Positive: very clean hotel throughout, rooms are beautiful, wonderful sea view, pool area has plenty of sunbeds, most staff are very friendly and professional, great selection for breakfast, excellent location. I would stay again despite the negative comments because the Positive outweighs negative at this lovely hotel, but would stay on a bed and breakfast basis.
