At the moment we are staying here and the hotel and service are just fine. The reception is helpful and tries to think along with you.
Breakfast is good, although it can sometimes get busy. We don’t eat here otherwise, so I can’t say much more about that. Unfortunately, reserving sunbeds with towels does happen, but in general you can still find a spot. In the evening always two choices for entertainment and the are really great.
The location is great, close to the beach and nice little shops. The rooms are clean, but extremely noisy, which is quite a downside.
My advice would be to try to place families with children under 10 on one side of the building, because your sleep definitely suffers from crying, running, and screaming kids.

Inma, Marta, Melody, Miguel are very good at customer service. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality. You all made our stay very remarkable. Inma was very helpful with drink proposals. Marta made my son feel very welcome. Melody provided excellent services throughout and gave us directions. Miguel was very customer friendly especially during the night shows. GRACIAS

Absolutely amazing experience. I travelled alone with my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday and I have been amazed by everything at the hotel. All staff are amazing and friendly. Marta being our favourite with her beautiful smile with service every day. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough we will hopefully be back in the future!!

Me and my fiancé has the absolute best time here on our little September get away! Not only did I get engaged at the hotel we had amazing service from all the bar team especially Marta she’s a brilliant lady who really cares about everyone she serves she definitely made our time extra special!! The rooms are immaculate and the pool is amazing many sunbeds for all to enjoy and the animation team did fantastic in getting us to join the pool activities we loved basketball and waterpolo, and in the evening it’s a great atmosphere and there’s something for everyone. And the location is perfect not far away from anywhere and there’s so much transport around if you wanted to travel further

I would not recommend this hotel to families.
The food is extremely poor and it’s like a cattle farm in the buffet Resturaunt.
The restaurants on the town are hit and miss so if you go on holiday for nice food I would consider other places
On arrival, my brother — who had requested a low-level room — was given a room on the third floor which is actually the 5th floor . This immediately raised serious safety concerns, as his 3-year-old son could easily open the balcony door and windows, which had no safety locks. Despite raising this with both the hotel and the TUI rep, no safer room was provided. We were told we would be contacted when one became available, but after several days of asking, no alternative has ever been offered, even though many other guests have checked in since.
Things got worse when my 7-month-old baby and my partner were bitten by bed bugs. When I reported this to the hotel, I was simply told to “go to the pharmacy.” There was no concern shown at all. A pharmacist later confirmed the bites were indeed bed bugs. As a hotel and restaurant manager myself with training in pest management, I can say with certainty that changing sheets alone is not enough.
The attitude of the staff and reps has been dismissive and insulting. One TUI representative actually told me that even if my nephew fell from the first floor he would be “splatted,” which was shocking to hear. When I raised my professional knowledge of bed bugs, I was told “we are in Spain, not England – it’s different.” This level of disregard for guest safety and welfare is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the only solution offered was a room change at an extra cost. This is despite us having raised safety and welfare concerns from day one.
Overall, this has been a deeply distressing experience. The hotel and TUI representatives have made us feel unwelcome, unsupported, and unsafe. At this stage we simply want to leave the hotel.

I find it difficult to write a review for this one. It is a “certain kind of holiday” I experience first time. It attracts “all inclusive people” who probably like this. Which is fine, but it’s just not for me. Crowded, packed together at the pool, noise, concrete, queues in the restaurant to get some egg, it stresses me out instead of relaxing.
In the surrounding there is really nothing to do, which - again - is fine if you stay inside the all inclusive hotel boundaries. Luckily we are by car so could go to places at night, if you are stuck here it’s kind of isolated.
What is positive though: super friendly staff 5-stars!, great animation. Rooms fine (we had a family room with sea view, beds good but too narrow) and clean. Noise at night was not too bad. Food is OK. Shows at night in the hotel are good.

The hotel was very clean, very accessible, and family oriented, with a water park on site. the staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. The bar staff were also friendly & helpful and Maribel makes the best cocktails I’ve tasted, she is friendly and helpful and cannot do enough for the customers, she made it feel like home from home. I will be returning to see her again next year. The entertainment was great, Aqua Aerobics was so much fun, who knew I would enjoy that 😂 Aitor was amazing at it and a great all round entertainer, The kids loved it as did us adults, these too staff are a credit to the hotel as are the rest of the staff. Was sad to leave. 🥲

This was our first holiday abroad, myself & 2 teens. Hotel is fantastic, modern, clean & spacious, the staff are absolutely amazing friendly, approachable & always smiling! The pools are great, clean & good size, this was the best bit for us, lots of sun beds although you do need to get up early to secure your bed, there is lots of evening entertainment if that’s your thing. Our room wasn’t quite how it was described on booking, but nevertheless it was a nice, clean room with a great view of the pool & the sea. We did venture out of the hotel, good local shops, would definitely recommend a trip into Calella lovely town, lots of shops/restaurants & a beautiful beach. I really did not want to make any criticism or mark them down a star however the only thing that let’s this hotel down is the food, the hot food counter at the buffet is very hit& miss, the plates were cold everyday but one, which meant by the time you sit down your food is cold, the food is bland, they made paella one night, it was worst I had ever tasted, were in Spain either get it right or don’t bother is my opinion. On a positive note the restaurant staff are brilliant, absolutely run off their feet, but still smiling & making sure service runs smoothly.

Recently renovated hotel in front of the beach and very family oriented in general. The rooms are small but well distributed (and also completely renovated), food is of great quality and the staff is extremely helpful.
The hotel has 4 separate swimming pools: the newest one on the east wing of the hotel (ideal for smaller children), another one on the west wing of the hotel (with sharp edges, so it's advisable to wear swimming shoes), an indoor pool (which felt a bit dirty), and a separate area just outside of the hotel where the water slides are located (suitable for kids older than 5-6, as there aren't any slides for younger kids).
The animation staff is very friendly and organises lots of activities for kids all day long, and also hosts a mini disco show in the evenings. The restaurant offers great quality food (though not very varied), and the hotel is very clean in general (apart from the pool area, which could be cleaner).

This was the first holiday abroad for our children and I cannot fault the hotel. Amenities are great and plenty of entertainment. The waiters and cleaning staff work immensely hard to ensure you are well looked after and everywhere is clean and tidy. Food is good with a good choice. Rooms are excellent and the reception area is great. Beach is directly across the road. Plenty of pools including one indoors for rainy days (outdoor pools are a little colder than I could tolerate). Kids entertainment staff work long hours but still maintain their fun attitude and smiles. All of them are great but a special mention for Selena who is absolutely amazing with the children (really made our kids feel like they were important to her) and gives them so much time and seems to really enjoy what she does. Would recommend for anyone with young children or adults looking for a great time away from the big commercialised resorts. Evening entertainment caters for everyone with an amazing variety of acts throughout the week. The only 2 negatives I have are the weather wasn’t great for half of our time there and not much in the local area but both out of the control of what is a great resort.
