A hotel with really interesting architecture and solutions.
-Located in center of Sabadell, it is 10 minutes on foot away from the Rodalies train station, and about 5 minutes from FGC train station. There are only seven rooms available, but they are spotless! And they are getting cleaned every day!
-Clear (glass) bathroom wall that separates your room from your bathroom, and doorless entry into the bathroom might feel a bit weird for you at first, but it works perfectly fine.
-Air conditioning as at your disposal, and, by how it works, is maintained regularly.
-Reception works two times per day (8am-11am and 3pm-7pm, if I remember correctly), which might feel a bit awkward, but hotel staff are always a phone call away, if you'll be needing them.
-Breakfast is available, and you'll have great variety of food to choose from (sadly, I didn't take a picture then).
-Hotel also has amenities and equipment for ease of access for disabled persons, although a bit limited (only ground floor).
-If you forget the keycard of your room inside of your room, no worries, you'll also have the PIN code, which can be used to unlock the gate to the lobby and the door to your room.
-WiFi in the hotel is available, and it's super fast.
-Staff are quite friendly, and don't hesitate to ask them if you need anything

Overall, excellent small hotel, and I can only say positive things about it! I'll definitely stay there again, during my next visit to Barcelona

What a gem! Sparkling clean boutique hotel, in a great part of Sabadell, parking across the street, excellent, friendly and helpful staff—what more can you ask for? There are also grocery stores, bars and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay, we will always come back —-as long as they will allow us Book early, as a boutique hotel, there are a limited number of rooms, and it tends to fill up early.

Very clean large room and newly renovated. This is well located and very accommodating hosts with Sergie and Anna. The bed was very comfortable and they offered a simple but tasty breakfast. This is a go to for our future visits to see our family in Sabadell. 10/10

It was nice and the location is good. The communication with the staff was the hardest part because they don't speak english really well and the reception is closed in the afternoon. I didn't need them though, even for the check-out.

I was very pleased with the room and the staff was very courteous and friendly. I was surprised (in a good way) that they make individual breakfast for you and have lots of pastry options and drinks (cold and hot). Great job for not being a hotel chain they really deserve to grow for sure. CHECK THEM OUT THEY ARE GREAT. Even when I asked about an accessible room, they had it available on the first floor, and it was nice and spacious.

Great little hotel!! We were on the top floor, with a terrace. Great!!! Very clean, and impeccable bathroom. Small fridge with free cold drinks. I recommend without hesitation. Paid parking nearby or on the street.

This was a great place to stay and get a feel for local life. It's a ways out of the tourist areas and main city. Getting to and from sights in Barcelona (like Sagrada Familia or Casa Batlló) is a bit of a hassle on public transit.

I definitely wouldn't recommend this if you get lost easily. It's about a 20 minute walk to the metro station and an hour of travel time on the metro to get to downtown Barcelona.

But like I said, we loved the quieter environment and the chance to see things from a local's perspective!
