However, this is not a hotel friendly to people who are allergic to dogs.
Dogs are allowed to enter the dining area, and the staff often touches and pets them. After that, the kitchen staff prepares food and handles serving utensils and food.
I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and nieces. On one of the days we went out for a short tour, I left three credit cards in our room. While we were out, I received an alert from my credit card company: a $15,000 charge had just been made.
I immediately reported the fraud and returned to the hotel to request a review of their security footage. The staff were dismissive and evasive. They gave me conflicting information about when housekeeping last entered our room and refused to show me any footage. Their lack of transparency was alarming.
This experience ruined our trip. I no longer felt safe in the hotel, and the staff’s attitude made it worse. I will never stay here again—and I strongly urge others to think twice before booking.
