The man named Roger seemed oblivious to my request and said no
I asked again and he said if you pay another night I will allow it . I only wanted a little time to rest and get myself together to get back to my friend . Roger gave me an extra half hour and I was called from room with 2 sets of luggage and without any acknowledgment to my friends well being or my own . He came across as very rude and arrogant. I was very upset as spending the night in emergencies was very stressful for us both . We did not spend a night at the hotel as circumstances changed with my friend being rushed to hospital
I understand policy but a little understanding and empathy go a long way . As I left the hotel he didn’t acknowledge myself or ask if my friend was ok . The other staff were wonderful , sadly Roger lacked all things to be front of house .
Some staff could have been more friendly.
Nice and easy to log into netflix.
Good view and pleasant surroundings.
There was not much amenities. No toilet brush and much either, had to wait for the cleaning team.
Please improve this small detail next time.
