Service: Very friendly
That said, the soundproofing is truly terrible. I was unlucky to have a room next to a family who arrived late at night and were quite noisy, it felt almost as if we were in the same room. The next morning was unfortunately similar.
At €140 for a rather small room with a view over nearby buildings, I’m not sure if this is the new standard, but overall the value for money felt a bit disappointing.
Mark was the best customer service young man of all the hotels visited and made our day with his friendliness, positive attitude and superb customer service mindset.
The same unfortunately cannot be said from the guy at reception during evening and night time ! So be aware!
The hotel is in a strategic location surrounded by nice cafes and eateries. But most importantly it is very near of the Sants Metro and rail station .
Room was clean, small but comfortable. The only bad thing is we booked twin beds but got only one master bed. Also towels were not replaced and had to call twice to get them delivered.
I do recommend this hotel as it is clean , comfortable and nearby the metro and rail station in a close to many attractions area.
