The hotel's location is excellent, and the breakfast quality is good. The staff are friendly. The only minor issue was the unstable hot and cold water in the shower. Otherwise, I was very satisfied.

We stayed one night in transit here. It was a great location and the staff were really accommodating especially Jenni. Being from Australia we were overwhelmed with things but she was extremely helpful with many things from restaurant selection to hire car collection and parking. Highly recommend. The rooms are really spacious for a big city. Breakfast was included and was really great. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel's location is good, not far from the train station, and both Metro Line 3 and Line 5 are within a 5-minute walk. There's also a Lidl supermarket downstairs. Right outside, there's a small park. I booked 4 nights here, but due to an urgent matter, I needed to check out a day early. For some reason, the hotel refused to cancel one night. The cleanliness was decent.

I am writing this review while staying at the hotel at the moment. The homeless people outside are making a lot of noise as they fight and the building is not soundproof at all, even though I am on the 5th floor. The hotel is close to the metro, but that is the only positive thing about the location. The room inside is not very well laid out. Wardrobe without external doors and not a single drawer in the room. The only mirror in the room has no socket near it, so if you want to straighten your hair you have to guess what you are doing. The ventilation - the air conditioner smells strange. The people at breakfast are not very helpful, we accidentally took a mug from the bar instead of the one we should have and they spoke to us rudely. The gym is not working, only one of their machines works. On the positive side, nice bed and pillows, good thing there is a coffee maker in the room.

That said, the soundproofing is truly terrible. I was unlucky to have a room next to a family who arrived late at night and were quite noisy, it felt almost as if we were in the same room. The next morning was unfortunately similar.
At €140 for a rather small room with a view over nearby buildings, I’m not sure if this is the new standard, but overall the value for money felt a bit disappointing.

The hotel in itself was really nice and cozy, the staff in reception were so incredible and kind, always were there to help, but the reason why i’m not giving it a higher rating is because of the buffet/restaurant being a little bit small for my liking. The staff there was super nice too, but there was this one staff member, female, I am unaware of her name but she always wanted to have things her way, in a way. Regardless of this, I really liked the hotel!
