The location is good, convenient for getting around, with buses and subways nearby. The room wasn't large, but the bedding was quite comfortable. The receptionist and other staff all spoke English, which was very helpful.

It was a pleasant stay. I was able to walk everywhere and transportation was also readily available and convenient. The room was nice and clean. The staff were helpful especially a gentleman by the name Steve who worked the overnight shift. His customer service made the stay more pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for others.

It was a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel is in many ways great. Two points of criticism are first of all that the wifi in the hotel was bad. I tried working one day from my room and it was impossible, but also streaming movies on my iPad was often pixeled. Unnecessary.
Second point was the view from my room which was literally on a wall on 1m distance with a AC. So that felt a bit depressing. Otherwise very nice room, very clean etc.

The room was okay, small but sufficient; a 28-inch suitcase could be roughly unfolded.
The bathroom was also quite large, with a modern decor.
There was also an outdoor breakfast area.
However, I want to warn those booking this hotel: keep a close eye on your luggage when checking in after getting off the bus.
Barcelona's security isn't great. My travel companion and I had our bag stolen at the front desk while checking in. The thief simply took her bag and left through the automatic door. We suspect the thief had been following us since we got off the bus.
Since the bag contained my phone, passport, ID, and other documents, it was quite troublesome.
The hotel receptionist, a young woman, checked the security footage and helped call the police, but it didn't seem to offer any other assistance. I told her I was a little worried about the hotel's security because of this incident (concerned about my belongings in the room), and she asked me what I wanted, without offering any apology or compensation.
Well, there was nothing I could do; I just had to accept my bad luck.
So, be aware that there is no security guard in the lobby of this hotel. It's best to choose hotels with lobby security. This is my fourth time visiting Barcelona. It's still a great city, but please be careful with your belongings.

We stayed here during the second step of our holiday in Barcelona. The hotel’s location is not exactly central, but it’s also not in a bad area—we liked it. We didn’t have any issues with the staff; everyone was friendly and helpful.
However, the room we stayed in was quite dark, and there was no kettle or coffee/tea facilities in the room. You could get them from reception if you asked, but I’ve never experienced this before in any other hotel I’ve stayed at—there’s usually a kettle or coffee machine in the room.
Another issue was that we saw insects on three different occasions, both on the ceiling and the floor. In my opinion, the rooms need to be treated with pest control.
As for housekeeping, we stayed for four nights, and when we requested room cleaning, they only made the bed and replaced the towels. The sheets weren’t changed, and the duvet had a tear in it.
Overall, if we evaluate this place based on price-performance (and it’s not exactly a cheap hotel), I’d say it fell a bit short.

This could not have been better for the price. AMAZING hospitality and lovely staff. We arrived early to our booking yet they managed to get us a room 3 hours before original check-in time which was a huge relief so we had more time to discover Barcelona.
The rooms were nice and tidy. It’s located about a 20 minute walk from the shopping street which is really nice, you get to see all the lovely architecture along the way.
When I’m back in Barcelona, I’m back at the oasis.

A great hotel with wonderful service. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and clean. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning makes it easy to sleep through the night. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We recommend spending the evenings on the charming terrace.
