2nd year going and another amazing trip. Rooms were perfect spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Food was absolutely amazing and choice is fantastic. We are already planning our trip back for next year . Quiet but perfect if all you want to do is switch off, relax , read and sunbathe. The perfect burnout recovery destination

First impressions were that it was a lovely hotel however appearances can be deceptive. Firstly we had booked through TUI and I had paid extra for a sea view room. That’s not what I got. My room overlooked the pool and dining room which was not that pleasant as the noise from the dining room was really too much as I really wanted a quiet holiday. My daughter and her partners room was not great as the shower curtain kept falling down and other things were broken. They managed to change rooms. I also have some mobility issues and the lower pool and beach was inaccessible to me as it involved walking along long corridors and three different lifts to get there. The upper pool is better but extremely difficult to get in and out of as they only have wobbly metal ladders and at the shallow end there is a steep step but no handrail. We managed to have a reasonable time but not what we were expecting for what we paid. We wouldn’t go back.

We stayed in this hotel for one week half board my honest opinion it’s in the middle of nowhere and it’s got a really bad atmosphere. I’ve never seen nothing like it in my 40 years Holidaying other guest will not look will not speak. Even the waiters don’t wanna talk to the guest it’s like their day cause they’ve got to be there. The rooms is big empty and cold with no heating. It got really cold at night as this is October. We told reception we was very cold and they offered us extra blanket it did help but the the cold was terrible when we went out on the balcony it was warmer at night in the room. Hard to believe but true please don’t stay in this hotel unless it’s summertime or they get heat at night. It’s very expensive for what it is for drinks, hope this helps.

I think it was my 8th time at the Royal Palm hotel. Which I would say is evidence enough that I really like it. Its a great week away from busy hectic London. The hotel is wonderfully spacious bright and clean and has great views over looking the beach. The beach goes for miles and is great for long walks and getting the steps in ,and of course sunbathing. Cafes are dotted along the beach so handy for a refreshing coffee or beer. The guests at the hotel seem to be mostly German, Dutch and Swedish there are very few English. The food in the main restaurant was excellent as always and a good reasonably priced wine list. The Spa is a must, I didn't get a massage this time but it really is worth treating yourself if you do use the Spa. The gym and classes all look worth doing. So although a restful place there is enough to do. Its such a good place to recharge the batteries. A few of the staff remember me from previous visits which is a nice touch , Although they are not intrusive in any way and very professional. I highly recommend it.

Lovely location right on the beach. We stayed just above the lower pool but this time mosquitoes were a problem in the room. Our 7th visit having never previously seen 1 mosquito so was totally unprepared. Again half the hotel bars are never open probably due to high drinks cost and people not prepared to pay. As a couple if you just want water with diner its nearly 8euros. The lobby bar closed. Sports bar closed and the other bars half full even though it was a full hotel when we were there. Looks like they have now reclassified side sea view as sea view which look over rocks so that's another thing to consider. The lobby staff on arrival and departure are not the most friendly and welcoming. It used to be very welcoming with someone taking your luggage to your room whilst you check in. Not anymore. Food is OK. The main reason for going back is plenty of space at the pool and its right on the beach. If you have mobility issues and want to party don't go there.

This was the best hotel I have stayed in yet. The rooms were beautiful. Very clean with sea views. The food was higher quality than any other buffet I have tried. I loved the freshly cooked meat, salad, bread etc. Nice touch with cava at breakfast most mornings. Also loved the Inspiro fitness team that came in and did classes. Loved the roof top yoga in particular. The beach was stunning and we saw fishes, crabs and little chipmunks! The best part was the hospitality though. The hotel management were extremely accommodating and generous in meeting our hotel room needs. This was so much appreciated and made the holiday the best experience it could have been. Thank you so much to the team. I would love to return to this hotel.

The Royal Palm hotel is definitely recommended. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the hotel is very clean. The view of the beach is amazing, and the food is delicious. A big plus is the fitness classes offered by two enthusiastic instructors, ranging from yoga and pilates to aqua jogging. Greetz Fatima

Lovely stay at Royal Palm. Plenty of sun loungers available and the 3 pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor) came in handy with changeable weather. You have to pay and book a spot for the spa but I enjoyed doing it for one afternoon. Food selection was good and varied so we had different dinners each night for a week! Staff were friendly. Room was nice! I would stay here again however the hotel is kinda in the middle of nowhere so you can't quickly walk into a local town really. However it does have access to a beach at the front and there is a Mercadona 20mins walk away if you want to stock up on any Spanish snacks! My main critique was that check in is quite slow and there are only 2 desks and if you want the reception for just something quick sometimes you had to wait a while. I also did a fitness class but I was only the only English person and the rest of the class was German as was the teacher and a bit of warning that the class was going to be in German would've been appreciated.

We had a fab week stay at Royal palm, the hotel is kept lovely and clean. The exercise classes put on were great Pilates, body sculpt with Denise and yoga with a guy(can’t remember his name,sorry!) The house keepers did a fab job in the room daily. Reception staff always friendly And welcoming when you pass them. The food was a great selection in my opinion- each night diff meats being cooked / fish area salads veg potatoes., breads, soups, cheeses. The desserts were fantastic probs the best desserts I’ve had in a hotel for a while. The hotel is quite remote we did walk to nearest shop which was a mile each way. But the beach walk is lovely and pure sand. Overall we have a fantastic relaxing week in a comfy clean and friendly hotel.

We didn’t have the best experience here albeit a beautiful hotel, check in took a long time car parking was a treck to the hotel with your bags. We stayed in a pool view room which did have beautiful views however it was extremely noisy and especially at night where we could hear the people in the next room using the toilet. Also the doors slam automatically behind you when you enter the room so we were woken whenever anyone around was going to and from their room. You need gps to get around the hotel as it is not very well signposted for such a large hotel you need to get multiple lifts from different areas to get to your room. Swimming pools do not cater for those who cannot swim or are anxious swimmers as all three pools are deep at 1.6m or above but you need to look closely at the description to know that before you arrive. Entrance to the beach needs some upkeep as I had a slip on the way down on the uneven steps. Staff were friendly , buffet breakfast was nice with plenty of options. Adult only hotel so no kids splashing about which is a bonus. Hotel is very much out of the way so if you don’t like walking you would need to have a car or pay 12 euro plus on a taxi into the main area , you can walk via the beach when the tide is out which took us 1 hour it was a beautiful walk. The beach is a beautiful beach and safe for swimming
