We have used this hotel twice now as we pass through Lugo. Good location, clean,convenient and comfortable.

Quiet cozy place, good breakfast, excellent WiFi

The only negative was that we could hear all the noise from the hallway..the main door had a huge gaps. The personal is very nice, helpful, speaking English, and they also did have gluten free sweet options on the breakfast buffet and lactose free milk what was great! There is a coffee bar with some food options inside.

Friendly staff, good location (8 minutes walk to town), great breakfast choice, good bedroom, does the business

No extra toilet paper in bathroom, no instructions on how to contact the reception on the interphone, no room for suitcase in a standard double room, no amenities in the bathroom, no electrical outlets near the bed to recharge phones, not a bottle of water in the room, extremely slow elevators and overwhelming perfume smell in the whole reception area. Could do better on customer experience.
