Very mean [insert swear word that Google won’t let me post here] server loudly accused my brother, who is a child, of stealing because he wanted to take some chocolate powder for later. This was a small, individually packaged chocolate powder from the breakfast buffet THAT WE HAD PAID FOR. Instead of informing us that no food was allowed outside the buffet, he decided to scream at a child and accuse him of stealing. They’ve said we were told “multiple times”. That’s only true if by that they mean that he repeatedly shouted in my brother’s face because apparently he felt the need to not only be rude, but to further humiliate us by loudly repeating it. Of course it’s also possible this poor man suffers from face blindness and was under the impression that he had previously scolded my brother when he had actually scolded someone else. I doubt it though. Sadly, we didn’t get this person’s name, some mid 50’s-early 60’s generic looking white guy, seemed to be in charge at the moment. Whoever was working the entrance at the breakfast buffet for tour groups at around 7:25am on Friday, August 9, 2024. That guy. I wish him nothing but the worst. For the record, this was not a language barrier issue. We’re native Spanish speakers and the interaction occurred in Spanish.

Edit: Now they’re trynna gaslight us like we weren’t literally there. They must really like this employee. Maybe he’s a bundle of joy otherwise and was just having a bad day! I kind of doubt it, but in the end we can all just be happy we’ll never see each-other again.

Oh and reading other reviews it seems like their standard reply is to go “well sir you may feel that way but we’d like to let you know we’re actually great and upon further review we concluded: nuh uhh you’re biased and wrong ok byeeee”. Great PR team y’all got there lol
