We have had a lovely weeks stay at Aparthotel Nereida. We arrived late at night and when we initially got into our room (one bedroom apartment), we thought the electrics didn’t work as we couldn’t get the lights to switch on. It seems that the wiring is a bit of a maze and once we worked out which switches turned on which lights, it was fine. The air conditioning is fine, it only works when the patio doors are shut which I think is pretty standard. The WiFi was temperamental at the start of the week but worked well in the latter half of our stay. We also had 2 ceiling fans which we utilised. The rooms are basic but clean. The staff are all lovely, cannot fault them. The pool area is great with a beautiful sea view. The sun terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a drink. We stayed bed and breakfast so cannot comment on the all inclusive, but we found the breakfast to be really good. Daily fresh pastries, fruit, fresh baguettes, freshly squeezed orange juice, sausages, bacon, meats, cheeses etc. The location is also really good if you want a quieter stay in Ibiza, it’s around the bay from the main club area but there are lots of bars and restaurants to visit and lots of the usual shops. All in all, we have had a great time and would definitely come back. I was sceptical when we arrived as I had seen some negative reviews, but honestly we have had no cause for complaint during our stay.

Great little hotel, we stayed here at the End of June this year, we were out there for a wedding so didnt really spend much time in the hotel, however the little we did it was great and just what we wanted and needed. The food was lovely, the drinks were great, the rooms were spacious with good views and always clean, the staff were also great. Would definatly recoomend this place for a cheap and cheerful hotel. Hotel was right on the beach, whilst it was rocks there was a jetty and stairs intop the water.

Not in San Antonio Bay! Be prepared to walk if you stay here. Very basic even for a 3 star. Air conditioning is essentially ceiling fans - there are also very noisy air conditioning units but seem to lack any cold air coming from them. Rooms only set up for two, so although they take bookings for four in a room, there are only two balcony chairs and only two chairs in the dining area. Poorly maintained accommodation. Pool is very deep so beware if you are with kids.

nereida aparthotel… what can i say. we checked into the nereida early afternoon on june 26th. on arrival, you could tell the hotel was quite dated, just based on the way reception was. the staff were okay, didn’t seem too care too much about any issues you had. there was one lovely lady who sounded like she was from Australia on the bar a couple of times, she was really lovely so shout out to her! so anyway, we checked got our key and were told how to get to our room. we were in room 511 i think it was? a ground floor room, right in front of the pool area, meaning that everyone out there could see us and everything we were doing. we checked out the room and just kept noticing cleanliness and maintenance issues… smeared hand prints on the door, stained bathroom shelves, a faulty shower curtain rail that looked like it could snap any second, and hairs on the floor. not great at all!!! so i went and spoke to reception and he said he could not do anything today but to come back tomorrow and he would move us, not good enough really! then he sent 2 cleaners to our room, we showed them the issues and all they did was mop the floor again then leave, please explain how this helps? as nothing was being done about the room that day, we decided to make the most of things so we went to the pool area. the pool is good, could do with maybe some more sun loungers but all good other than that. we were half board (breakfast and dinner) so that evening got ready and headed to the buffet for dinner, but if i’m being honest, the dinner selection was not great at all, really not much option! so we did in fact eat out every night due to this (i highly recommend kumharas, a cocktail and street food sunset bar, amazing!). breakfast selection was good. on our 3rd day, we went out on a boat trip and got back at around 5pm, our room had not been serviced so no fresh towels/toilet roll/made beds, so i went to reception and the lady just said ‘well the cleaners didnt leave a note so i don’t know why’, no offer to get our room serviced for us asap. basically, all in all, if you just want a base where you sleep and shower and that’s it, then it could be okay. but i would not recommend to eat there or spend your days there.

This is the second time we have stayed here & I think if we didn’t think it was great we wouldn’t have come again,so don’t understand negative reviews.When you arrive I do think the hotel reception is really dated but that’s not a true reflection of the hotel& it would be great to have a ramp or some platform lift to the luggage room its steps up & while only a few a bit difficult .The rooms are fine & cleaned well,we only stayed b&b the choice was great & plenty and liked that it was open a bit later than others we have stayed at.The pool area is a little crammed at times but there’s so much coming and going with people we got loungers every day without a problem, the pool is lovely & a great size,access to the beach at the bottom of the pool area & you can get into the sea by the wooden pathway there - I would say that could be improved as there is a section that you have to step onto the rocks then back on the path that can be quite slippy,maybe a handrail but nice to get into the sea,using the same path at the back of the hotel you can get a water taxi just a short walk away maybe 10 minutes we went into San Antonio about€4.I think the resort itself is a bit run down but there were places to eat & had good meals out ,our days were by the pool & ate out at night it worked ok for us, it’s a shame we came to the bay a few years ago and it was a busy thriving resort,hopefully will pick up in the future.I would recommend & will probably stay again, it’s also not too long transfer from the airport.

This hotel is amazing, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by all the staff. The rooms are very spacious, and the views from the balcony were second to none. As a fussy eater I always found food to eat which was lovely. Always sunbeds available as people come and go during the day. Also booked up to come back in September.

The hotel itself was gorgeous, amazing views, very clean. However one of the women on reception was super rude!! We asked for a bottle of water and she refused? She also was very condescending when we wanted to book taxis. Although this was a friends holiday, we weren’t loud or annoying. Apart from the women at reception the hotel staff were great and very chill ,they let us play our music and have a good time. I would stay again at this hotel!!

Just came back from a 5-night stay at Nereida, there were some good things, bad things and awful things to contend with. The good things: Sea View room with a large open plan terrace which also had probably the best sunset view I've ever seen. The hotel location was pretty good. Sun bed availability was decent. There is a Spar shop less than 50m away. The breakfast food was good and hot. All-inclusive bar had branded soft drinks. Easy to get a taxi nearby. The bad things: The air con didn't work in room 218. There was a lot of dirt, hair, dust everywhere, crumbs left from previous occupants and despite having our room cleaned, these things just didn't get picked up on. Arrived at midday to be told we couldn't check in because the rooms aren't ready, but I could pay €50 to check in early, and miraculously the room was ready once I handed over the money.. The awful things: People kicking ashtrays and throwing things off their balcony so lots of broken glass and vape pods on the terrace by the day bed we paid extra for. The terrace was not cleaned whilst we were there so seagulls and birds had left their marks on the beds and floor and it was just left in the 30°c heat to sit there. All in all, very mixed feelings but not bad if you can get a cheap price and use it as a base but I wouldn't recommend if you're looking to be here for an actual holiday.

We stayed in Nereida as a party of 3 and it was perfect for us! The apartment was a big enough space for us all and there was good cooking facilities and a dining area for when we were self catering. The bathroom was also lovely and big and the shower had really good water pressure. The balcony was also a lovely size for us all and there was a rack available to hang wet towels and clothes. We had a breakfast-only option and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! A big buffet with a huge variety that was regularly topped up and kept fresh. We enjoyed eating here every morning. It is a really good location in san-Antonio as there is lots to explore in the area and it’s also easy to get to other parts of the island via bus or taxi. For the price this place was perfect and I would definitely recommend

We arrived at the Nereida about 9.30pm and were give keys to a corner ground floor room, on going onto the balcony we were surprised to see an open type ditch in front of us plus lots of old parasol bases, not something you would want to look at whilst sitting out. I went to the reception and spoke to the younger receptionist, then the older lady spoke and said you have a sea view room, and didn’t pay for it, you will like the room tomorrow, so rude. Next morning I spoke to a young gentleman and he with no hesitation gave us a much better room. Hotel was fine, we were only bed and breakfast, breakfast was plentiful and the staff were lovely. Thought the area around the Bay was a bit run down but we either walked or got water taxis over to San Antonio, also had had a day in Ibiza Town, ended up having a great week despite having first intial
