Acora Ibiza in Santa Eularia des Riu

We had a very bad experience with our booking. After a delayed flight, we called the hotel (twice) to communicate that we were arriving, but late in the evening due to the delayed flight. The hotel answered they were indeed expecting us. When we arrived at midnight the night guard (!) who did not speak english told us there was no booking/room. After 15 minutes the "manager" of the hotel arrived telling us there had been a double booking - no room was available. We ended up looking for accomodation ourselves (!) and left Acora around 1 in the morning. I would not recommend this hotel. Very unpleasant experience.

Because of Covid we couldn’t go to the hotel. After at least a dozen emails, asking only for a proof of cancellation. I received a voucher from the hotel. Now I tried to use the voucher and again the hotel is not emailing back, on the phone the lady said they she doesn’t know if the hotel is open. Again I asked for an email with just a confirmation that the room is cancelled, she said she would do this. I’m waiting for a week now, and again no email back. I’m very upset that I just can’t receive a simple email stating that my room has been cancelled.
