The food is probably a highlight. There was so much choice. For breakfast every day there was the usual english fry up bits, then usually something like omlette or pancake. There was fruit yoghurt, cereal, pastries, cold meats etc. Lunch, again loads of choice and same at supper.
Snacks everyday (pizza -bit dodge, vegetable spring rolls, hotdog and nachos all lovely) outside in the afternoon and ice lollys all day.
3 pools. One kids and 2 others. A terrace with sunbeds too. We never struggled to get sunbeds but its the end of oct so not sure what it would be like in summer.
The main negative point was the Wifi. It was very patchy and struggled to connect.
Location is brilliant. Es Canar is lovely. Popeyes is a brilliant bar 2 mins walk with entertainment every night. Charlies also good towards the sea, maybe 5 min walk.
Top tip. Pay the extra for a pool view room.
Only positive vibes from us. From the moment we walked in, the hotel was immaculate, spacious and light. The young lady on reception was friendly, very knowledgeable and was quick to answer any questions we had. There was an incident where the fridge was broken in our room, and some of my medication need refrigerating. It was quickly reported by reception and within 10 minutes, they arrived with another fridge.
The food was great. There was a variety each day, and we l oved the salad bar. The AI snacks were a great addition. The restaurant staff were welcoming and the Manager made my Sons day by giving him lollies!
We have honestly never received such a great atmosphere when staying in a hotel before, nothing was too much for them, they helped in anyway they could.
Location is perfect. Shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and beach a 10 minute walk away.
I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Ereso for a great time and making our first holiday abroad, very enjoyable! ☀️
