I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. We will definitely be back Elliot Gentles
I booked this hotel, after reading the reviews on *******!. This place truly is a gem - for sure, this is a palace - the hotel expands over a very large area on Playa Blanca, Lanzarote!. Staff are very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. When booking, you have various options on the kind of stay you would like - if you prefer not to venture out, and stay at this 'palace' for your holiday...
Lovely hotel friendly staff and very helpful .. shame we couldn’t swim as the pool was so cold !
Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening.
The hotel was fabulous and we were able to sample the extra restaurants that the hotel has. The piano bar was tremendous with it’s entertainment and selection of drinks.
Great family friendly hotel with lots of activities on site and good food. Only downside is how long you want for a taxi if you want to venture out.

Great hotel. Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help. We went "preferred" which gave us access to a minibar with beer, soft drinks and crisps while also had access to a snack room with sandwiches and other snacks - this was great value for money. Rooms were a good size, shower was superb and lovely pool area. We would def...
We had a great stay! 4th time here, great activities for children. Quality of food really good
The Staff were all super friendly and helpful and the property was well kept. They also had great activities every day for all age groups. Our 6yr old still raves about the kids club. The Kids Club staff were especially amazing!
Food was extremely average. No where near a 5*. Kids pool not heated when others were. Getting a drink
Every thing about this hotel is of a very good standard ,it’s very peaceful, excellent location ,great pools ,food and staff are excellent, the rooms are spotless, beds and linen are high quality ,shower is superb ,and also the high pressure toilets ! This was our second stay in this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough ,it’s registered as a 5 star ,which it’s not quite, however for all it has going...
Room was great - although we didn’t get the room we requested by email with the hotel at first. We changed to the desired room after two nights. As this was our third visit to Dreams we feel it would be a useful option if Preferred Club visitors could know in advance that they are getting the room they want. Something to consider perhaps? Staff were brilliant, breakfast wonderful. Disappointed...

All good. Out room was not cleaned one of the days but no big deal. Good amenities but disappointed that tobuse the warm indoor pools you had to pay even on all inclusive
Excellent hotel. Staff and rooms great. Food well above average for an AI. Drinks great. Overall loved it and amazing sunsets
Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day. 3 pools and jacuzzis. The all inclusive was brilliant with a variety of food and drink available. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but did require prebooking which was hard to get! The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily.
Rooms are dated, especially bathrooms.
Very nice hotel, bit confusing to navigate at first. Not sure why all the serving staff are so unhappy and rude. Barely a smile, a hello or a thank you between them! Also hotel feels really understaffed. Rooms are big and spacious, well cleaned. Unfortunately the room I stayed in had a few niggles, gap in the floor between laminate in the toilet, no covers on the door handles. Just little niggles...

excellent hotel, we read other peoples reviews about the hotel, there were complaints about the state of the rooms and the chioce of food at meal times. We found non of these complaints, our room was fresh and clean and the food choice was plenty full and varied everything being constantly topped up on a regular basis so that it was always fresh. As we were only half board we had to pay for our drinks...
Brilliant. I think staff are excellent. Position of hotel is perfect. The hotel is spacious with plenty of room around the pool. We will book again as soon as we get home.
Absolutely superb hotel , very clean , very spacious , fantastic staff , and above all excellent quality and choice of food , highly recommended. The Japanese restaurant was excellent, my advice would be to book this once you arrive , as it is popular .
This was our second stay at the Princess, having previously visited just after Christmas 2024 and over New Year 2025. We returned as a family group and stayed in both a junior suite and a superior double room. The rooms have been recently renovated and are now very modern, with updated bathrooms and a fresh, contemporary feel. We noticed several improvements since our last visit. The common areas...
We have visited this hotel before, but not for some years. It's USP is location. Pool and grounds are good, loungers fine but basic. There is enough space, although we saw some reserved from first light! The room was good, everything worked and a good choice of tv channels. Some aspects could do with updating. Cleaning staff were best, reception adequate, and dining room seemed permanently harassed...
A very nice place to relax and enjoy quality time with family. The staff is friendly, and cleanliness is well maintained throughout the facilities and the rooms. Overall, the stay was pleasant. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The staff at this hotel are what make it a great place to stay
The food was very good. The staff were also good. The room and facilities are very dated - in urgent need of renovation and not what I would expect from a 5*. Our room had multiple issues including leaking shower and loose bathroom fittings.
The room was spotless and the staff did a fantastic job. However a big tree took much of the seaview in room 3112.
Unobstructed a great view from our balcony
Fine and clean hotel with great views, good food, and a pleasant staff. Ideal for a relaxing break. Our only negative - the sunbeds were wet one morning and remained so during the day. But all else was great.

We were recommended this hotel by some friends and I'm pleased to say it lived up to expectations. Spotlessly clean with friendly, attentive staff. Great stay :) we will be coming back.
We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Everything about it was superb. The location and lovely views of the sea made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing.
It was only a one night stop over but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff very gelpful and hotel was clean our only thing we noticed was the area around the pool was very slippy. Normally a hard brush is used for cleaning the alghi build up but wven to touch you could feel it slimmy.
We really enjoyed our stay it was relaxed and quiet which is what we wanted. The staff were all helpful and courteous, and we found the variety of food to be good at the buffet. The hotel was further out of the centre of Playa Blanca than we realised but we did walk back from the main port in Playa Blanca one day. I think it would be helpful to hire a car.
Very enjoyable stay at the Hipotel Playa Blanca.Having stayed at this facility many times the hotel does not dissapoint.I did think that in certain areas the hotel could benefit from a refresh
Superb hotel for those who enjoy good food, gentle entertainment and quiet.

Honest feedback so people can make an informed decision, depending on the type of holiday they want. We travelled as a family of 4 (with boys aged 11 and 12), all inclusive. We are currently staying at this hotel but reading some of the negative reviews makes me wonder if these people were actually staying here! Just back from there, rooms were nice enough and clean. Pool area was ok but no bar open at upstairs pool. Lovely hotel with a convenient location. The staff were all lovely, and having the pool right outside our room was great. We had a great stay, the bungalow has everything you need, it gets cleaned almost every day, great location, super close to the beautifull flamingo beach at 5 minutes walk maximum. One of the 3 pools pools was heated, plus they have billiards and mini golf in the complex and the kids loved it. We would definitely stay again.
This is our second time at the Limones, and again it surpassed expectations. The place is immaculate, housekeeping is exceptionally good and attentive. What it offers is a wonderful base in tranquil surroundings. You have so much space and it’s such a peaceful environment. We have absolutely no complaints and cannot wait to book again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
Staff I encountered were friendly. Bungalow had everything I needed, yes dated but felt private with a nice terrace. Was clean and the bed was comfy enough. Good value for money, nice and quiet. Cheap and cheerful, would definitely return. Good location too, only a short walk to beach.
The bungalows are quite pretty but the decoration is kind of old. They are clean and spacious. The bedroom is a liitle small but has a great waredrob. It said on the app I booked that they had breakfast for 6 euros but it was 12 euros and the restaurant was closed, only the snack bar was opened. That was really disappointing! Across the street from nice beach. Free parking.
Great value perfect location Fantastic location great local area flamingo beach is perfect! The bungalows are great a little dated but ok very clean but the lack of aircon is hard, but we knew this wrote coming and the price reflects this. The pools no one hardly used so that was great just wish one was a little shallower like 1/1.2m so the kids could play easier. Man on bar was really friendly.
Complex is well maintained. Apartment was dated but clean. Outside terrace was excellent

Enjoyed our stay , room was okay , staff were great , food was average & monotonous and lacked a variety of GF options . Evening entertainment was decent , distance to beach & marina okay ,
Room was spacious and spotless. Staff came in to change bins and make beds every day. Huge complex with things to do for everyone. As a solo traveller I still enjoyed all the amenities. Breakfast buffet was a large area with lots of great choice. Very impressed overall and will definitely return
Overall it was a good stay. The rooms could be a bit more updated as there was a lot of dust and holes in the corners of the room. We had an issue with the bathroom but had the cleaner attend the next day. The pools outside the rooms are very convenient. The staff are helpful and on hand 24/7 to provide advice and guidance.
Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. While the complex is large and has plenty of pools, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, the room wasn't very clean, and I was shocked to find hair on the fresh bedsheets, which is completely unacceptable. We also noticed there were no slippers provided in the room, which added to the lack of comfort.
Staff were lovely and helpful. Room clean although a few mozzies. Air con not on in winter so it was far too hot so bought a fan from Ale hop.
The cleaning staff were very consistent, they all cleaned very well everyday and the towels were changed everyday. I had a nice relaxing 5 days here, I chose the half board and the food was excellent.

Myself and two daughters both full time working Mums and in serious need of a break, had the best time at this hotel. Lovely stay. Hotel fairly quiet during our stay over new year. Pools on the colder side but that was expected. Great place for families plenty food choices but only 1 resteraunt with 2 seating areas pool bar food not great but on all day apartments basic but spacious but the beds are terrible barely slept & kids beds are just sheets and pillow made up on 1 side of a corner couch that was like a play centre material both beds and couch like sleeping on an ironing board we all had sore backs! Didn't need to get...
Everyone says honest review and this is mine some will love it and some will hate it, Hotel: To be fair the hotel is fine, basic and AI food standard with watered down alcohol same old same old, but you can’t pay peanuts and expect champagne like some, Our room was spotless with cleaners coming everyday (who are very polite) we also don’t live like farm animals and kept our room clean and tidy...
Rooms: Rooms were cleaned daily and were spacious enough for a family of four. However, several maintenance issues stood out. The balcony lock (ground/first floor) was not working despite reporting it, the locker safe didn’t function, and there was no exhaust in the bathroom. Basic conveniences like mirrors were missing. Towels, blankets, and bath mats felt worn and in need of replacement. Door locks...
Hotel staff are lovely and attentive, very patient with amount of mess residents make. Food is mediocre, very greasy cooked food but a fresh wide variety each day. All inclusive drinks package is mediocre with basic choices e.g wine, beer, local spirits and machine made cocktails. Animation/entertainment team were excellent and went above and beyond with their evening performances always involving...
Can't complain. Did what it says on the tin. Great for kids, nice complex layout and lots of areas pools slides . Food is what you expect from all inclusive... Good size rooms with lounge area and sofas big balconies with modern bathrooms and fittings... If I did have a complaint, its the beds, they are like camp bed mattresses.. Bed sheet thin and bit tea towel.. We slept on the sofas... But yea all...
Absolutely stunning gardens and surrounding areas. The room we gave a 4 star as we were located in room 204, it was just behind the Hotel washer and dryer area or service area so it was extremely loud from early hours of the morning, If you like being awake at 6.30 to 7.00am every day on holiday this is the room for you. No water or coffee/tea in the rooms on arrival and the mattresses and pillows...

We stayed at these apartments for the Easter holidays we had 2 1 bedroom apartments. Both apartments were very clean and well presented there were good facilities in the apartment we cooked breakfast bacons, eggs ect a few times. The apartments were kept very clean during our stay even the outside areas when we had the sand storms. In the apartments we had there was a small enclosed outside space...
Recently returned from another wonderful 2 weeks at Palmeras Gardens. My daughter and I have holidayed here 2 or 3 times a year for many years. That in itself says how much we love the place! If you like clean spacious apartments set around a beautiful, quiet pool area then it’s perfect for you! We love the peaceful location away from the slightly busier areas. It is an easy relaxing walk by the sea...
Our 3rd visit, nice room, staff were very helpful & friendly as always, just a shame you can’t get a breakfast till nearly dinner time & the pool bar opens at 12 & the shop on site closes early ! Very mixed weather for mid march, booked for next April but not at the palmeras.
Unfortunately this will have been our last visit despite liking Palmeras. My husband's mobility has decreased over the last year so I sent several emails well in advance requesting a level bungalow like we have had the last few years. Only 1 of these was answered and when we arrived found we were up the slopes! We tried to.manage for a few days then had to hire a wheelchair! This was quite difficult...
A small complex of apartments and bungalows rooms in a quiet area of player Blanca. We upgraded to the bungalow which wasn’t very expensive. The bungalow was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable.. There were screens on the windows no mosquitoes, I ended up sleeping on the sofabed because I had a cough. Unfortunately, I found the sofa bed very hard and the pillows uncomfortable. These...

7th time here for us. Just returned home from another lovely stay. Complete relaxation. Fabulous staff. Delicious food. Spotlessly clean bungalow. It was so nice to meet up with other return guests too. This place has such a great friendly welcoming atmosphere. Already planning our 8th trip. Thank you for a lovely week.
I cannot recommend Sandos Atlantic Gardens enough. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to let them know it was my partner Mark’s birthday. What they did with that information truly made our trip unforgettable. When we arrived, our room had been beautifully prepared with a bottle of prosecco, and we were upgraded to a stunning sea view room...
Bungalow has more space than your average hotel room/suite, if your partner snores, bed can easily be moved into the living room. Bungalow has tea/coffee, hairdryer and tv with a few English channels. Roja volcanos just behind hotel, walk to top and around crater. Takes just over an hour. Drinks are ok. What you would expect for a 3 star AI. Wine in a carafe, that does it for me. Entertainment...
We had fantastic stay at this resort to celebrate my 50th birthday from start to finish we had a fantastic time we was greeted with a nice bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival in our room which was an unexpected surprise the rooms were spotless and spacious and cleaned daily and we got lucky with a sea view which was a bonus and very handy to get straight on to the promenade which we enjoyed daily...
Had 10 days at Sandoz Atlantic Gardens, it was all great, our bungalow 312 was newly decorated and very comfortable, it was kept spotless and tea & coffee replenished every day, The restaurant is quite good with plenty of choice and the staff so friendly and helpful. Great pool area with plenty of beds. It was a very enjoyable stay. Every body from guests & staff made you feel welcome.
Our Second trip to Sandos, and won’t be our last. Such a relaxed atmosphere, everyone is friendly. The staff all work so hard, and they’re always cheerful.
