I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening.

The hotel was fabulous and we were able to sample the extra restaurants that the hotel has. The piano bar was tremendous with it’s entertainment and selection of drinks.

Great family friendly hotel with lots of activities on site and good food. Only downside is how long you want for a taxi if you want to venture out.

The Staff were all super friendly and helpful and the property was well kept. They also had great activities every day for all age groups. Our 6yr old still raves about the kids club. The Kids Club staff were especially amazing!

Room was great - although we didn’t get the room we requested by email with the hotel at first. We changed to the desired room after two nights. As this was our third visit to Dreams we feel it would be a useful option if Preferred Club visitors could know in advance that they are getting the room they want. Something to consider perhaps? Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day. 3 pools and jacuzzis. The all inclusive was brilliant with a variety of food and drink available. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but did require prebooking which was hard to get! The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily.

excellent hotel, we read other peoples reviews about the hotel, there were complaints about the state of the rooms and the chioce of food at meal times. We found non of these complaints, our room was fresh and clean and the food choice was plenty full and varied everything being constantly topped up on a regular basis so that it was always fresh. We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Everything about it was superb. The location and lovely views of the sea made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing.

It was only a one night stop over but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff very gelpful and hotel was clean our only thing we noticed was the area around the pool was very slippy. Normally a hard brush is used for cleaning the alghi build up but wven to touch you could feel it slimmy.

We really enjoyed our stay it was relaxed and quiet which is what we wanted. The staff were all helpful and courteous, and we found the variety of food to be good at the buffet. The hotel was further out of the centre of Playa Blanca than we realised but we did walk back from the main port in Playa Blanca one day. I think it would be helpful to hire a car.

The location of the Mirador is a bit far out from the Marina and Playa Dorada beach. It's also a distance from Papagayo beach. If you are able to walk 30-40 minutes along the path on the cliff front you are fine. Tjwre is a shuttle bus from the Mirador to the Yaiza twice a day, and a taxi one way is about 4€. This a great base to look around the island, or just laze the days away by the pool and on the deck chairs. It seems a quieter hotel, as the area is away from the centre of Playa Blanca. We had a great stay, the bungalow has everything you need, it gets cleaned almost every day, great location, super close to the beautifull flamingo beach at 5 minutes walk maximum. One of the 3 pools pools was heated, plus they have billiards and mini golf in the complex and the kids loved it. We would definitely stay again.

This is our second time at the Limones, and again it surpassed expectations. The place is immaculate, housekeeping is exceptionally good and attentive. What it offers is a wonderful base in tranquil surroundings. You have so much space and it’s such a peaceful environment. We have absolutely no complaints and cannot wait to book again. Staff I encountered were friendly. Bungalow had everything I needed, yes dated but felt private with a nice terrace. Was clean and the bed was comfy enough. Good value for money, nice and quiet. Cheap and cheerful, would definitely return. Good location too, only a short walk to beach.

The bungalows are quite pretty but the decoration is kind of old. They are clean and spacious. The bedroom is a liitle small but has a great waredrob. It said on the app I booked that they had breakfast for 6 euros but it was 12 euros and the restaurant was closed, only the snack bar was opened. That was really disappointing! Great value perfect location Fantastic location great local area flamingo beach is perfect! The bungalows are great a little dated but ok very clean but the lack of aircon is hard, but we knew this wrote coming and the price reflects this. The pools no one hardly used so that was great just wish one was a little shallower like 1/1.2m so the kids could play easier. Man on bar was really friendly.

Overall it was a good stay. The rooms could be a bit more updated as there was a lot of dust and holes in the corners of the room. We had an issue with the bathroom but had the cleaner attend the next day. The pools outside the rooms are very convenient. The staff are helpful and on hand 24/7 to provide advice and guidance.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. While the complex is large and has plenty of pools, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, the room wasn't very clean, and I was shocked to find hair on the fresh bedsheets, which is completely unacceptable. We also noticed there were no slippers provided in the room, which added to the lack of comfort.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room clean although a few mozzies. Air con not on in winter so it was far too hot so bought a fan from Ale hop.

The cleaning staff were very consistent, they all cleaned very well everyday and the towels were changed everyday. I had a nice relaxing 5 days here, I chose the half board and the food was excellent.

Hotel staff are lovely and attentive, very patient with amount of mess residents make. Food is mediocre, very greasy cooked food but a fresh wide variety each day. Can't complain. Did what it says on the tin. Great for kids, nice complex layout and lots of areas pools slides . Food is what you expect from all inclusive... Good size rooms with lounge area and sofas big balconies with modern bathrooms and fittings... If I did have a complaint, its the beds, they are like camp bed mattresses.. Absolutely stunning gardens and surrounding areas. The room we gave a 4 star as we were located in room 204, it was just behind the Hotel washer and dryer area or service area so it was extremely loud from early hours of the morning, If you like being awake at 6.30 to 7.00am every day on holiday this is the room for you. We stayed at these apartments for the Easter holidays we had 2 1 bedroom apartments. Both apartments were very clean and well presented there were good facilities in the apartment we cooked breakfast bacons, eggs ect a few times. Recently returned from another wonderful 2 weeks at Palmeras Gardens. My daughter and I have holidayed here 2 or 3 times a year for many years. That in itself says how much we love the place! Our 3rd visit, nice room, staff were very helpful & friendly as always, just a shame you can’t get a breakfast till nearly dinner time & the pool bar opens at 12 & the shop on site closes early ! Very mixed weather for mid march, booked for next April but not at the palmeras.

7th time here for us. Just returned home from another lovely stay. Complete relaxation. Fabulous staff. Delicious food. Spotlessly clean bungalow. It was so nice to meet up with other return guests too. This place has such a great friendly welcoming atmosphere. Already planning our 8th trip. Thank you for a lovely week.

I cannot recommend Sandos Atlantic Gardens enough. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Bungalow has more space than your average hotel room/suite, if your partner snores, bed can easily be moved into the living room. Bungalow has tea/coffee, hairdryer and tv with a few English channels. Roja volcanos just behind hotel, walk to top and around crater. Takes just over an hour. Drinks are ok. We had fantastic stay at this resort to celebrate my 50th birthday from start to finish we had a fantastic time we was greeted with a nice bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival in our room which was an unexpected surprise the rooms were spotless and spacious and cleaned daily and we got lucky with a sea view which was a bonus and very handy to get straight on to the promenade which we enjoyed daily...

Had 10 days at Sandoz Atlantic Gardens, it was all great, our bungalow 312 was newly decorated and very comfortable, it was kept spotless and tea & coffee replenished every day, The restaurant is quite good with plenty of choice and the staff so friendly and helpful. Great pool area with plenty of beds. It was a very enjoyable stay. Every body from guests & staff made you feel welcome.

Our Second trip to Sandos, and won’t be our last. Such a relaxed atmosphere, everyone is friendly. The staff all work so hard, and they’re always cheerful.
