Please read until the end. I stayed in this hotel with my partner, her mother, and her sister and boyfriend and were celebrating my partners 21st birthday. We checked in mid morning and the receptionist at the time was helpful and kind, offering advice, maps and showed us the luggage storage until we could access our rooms at 3pm. Myself and my partner had a superior double room to ourselves whilst the rest of our group was sharing a 'Master Suite'. Both rooms were fairly clean and had all you needed. Our week started well and we soon felt more comfortable, getting the gist of timings of meals and entertainment schedules. The meals were good, had a selection of options to help yourself too and was always tasty. With a reasonable selection of drinks. However if noise level is important then bear in mind it was very loud and sometimes felt like a school dinner hall. Outside of eating, the main pool area which allows children would vary from loud to quiet and the entertainment team would appear every so often with activities and a routine dance which was good fun. But if noise is an issue, there is an adult pool around the corner which is quieter and ideal for a 'no children feel'. On the Friday evening we ate dinner at the 'A La Carte' restaurant as a celebration for my partners 21st the following day, as the 'A La Carte' is not open on a Saturday. We had a lovely meal and bought the birthday package to receive a cake, a large cocktail jug and decorations. Following that, we went up to the balcony bar, as we had done most evenings. Following an evening of good spirits we went back to our separate rooms. At around 11:30 the other guests in our group, who were staying in the Master Suite, phoned us and in a very terrified tone explained that they had been broken into and robbed. We went over to them and saw for ourselves all their clothes thrown around, drawers open, cupboards and bags searched and unfortunately, jewellery, perfumes, aftershaves, air pods and more had been stolen. Approximately £500 worth of items gone. We brought this up to reception and the receptionist who we had not seen throughout our whole stay before, did not seem to care too much. Security eventually showed up and said the police would be called, they soon arrived and did a brief search of the room and the surroundings but left with the decision that we should make a police report after 7am. The receptionist would not give us any sympathy or much help. He said no rooms were available despite us receiving a new one by 9am, from a different receptionist the next day. Instead he offered to deactivate old keycards and give us new ones. Upon returning to the room, we found an old card and decided to test if he had deactivated the old ones. He had not. We were able to access our room with an old keycard. Showing evidence already for a massive security issue. We felt unsafe but were given no option to stay the night in a room that had been broken into. By the next morning we soon

The holiday was great until the second to last day where we were burgled. 3 master suites including us were robbed and we had £500 worth of items stolen including airpods and jewellery. We were told to make a police report the next day but it would be 24 hours until they could do anything and so they told us to enjoy the rest of the holiday as we were leaving the next day. We knew that the location of the airpods were in Arrecife (from find my iphone) but the receptionist did not seem to show compassion when we said that in previous reviews (October 2025) that it was the same location. Andres the overnight receptionist on the day we were burgled told us that there were no rooms available to move to, so instead he suggested that he could deactive all cards to the room and get new cards for us. At the time we only had 3 cards and thought that we had misplaced the fourth one. When we returned to the room we found the fourth card and tested to see if the old card had in fact been deactivated. This was not the case and the old card did still work to access the room. This is a massive security breach and after asking why the card was still working we were simply met with an “I don’t know” and no solution to this concerning error. Furthermore, the receptionist in the morning after the burglary found a room for us to move to, contradicting the previous nights findings. They also used a device to show how many times the room had been accessed during the burglarly period and this added up to how many times we had accessed it ourselves. Therefore, as there was no forced entry and nobody used the front door, the back door was the only way to enter the building. This door led to the edge of the hotel and we did not have a key to this door. We believe somebody must have a key to access this door. Additionally, they must have known that we were out to dinner at this time as we found this is a coincidence with another room that got burgled. Both of our parties were at the a la carte restaurant (which is registered by your room number) at the same time and both celebrating birthdays in the holiday period. After this experience, we felt unsafe in the hotel and the lack of CCTV and security made this worse.

Rooms: We had a standard room. Beds are hard as nails. It's quite clean. If you wake up and think your have poo your self. You havent. It's the constantly smell if sewers Entertainment: so bad. It's just terrible. Not props just brits getting drunk. I find it weird how the activities during the day include drinking games. Giving brits abroad vibes. Pool: avoid main pool. It's full of people just getting drunk with their kids. It's freezing. Everyone is up early to put towels on the beds and no one says anything. Food:diabolical. It has no flavour. Stale. Taste awful. We went out. The pool bar is just awful with again people just getting drunk and smoking around their kids. Have to wait ages for a drink. Lots of travellers here just getting drunk. I really dont have anything good to say about this place. Just dont bother
