We stayed at these apartments for the Easter holidays we had 2 1 bedroom apartments. Both apartments were very clean and well presented there were good facilities in the apartment we cooked breakfast bacons, eggs ect a few times. The apartments were kept very clean during our stay even the outside areas when we had the sand storms. In the apartments we had there was a small enclosed outside space off the kitchen with a washing line so that you can dry items outside without them being all over the balcony. We used the pool bar during the day price were good and the food was really good. We also used the bar arena downstairs a few times for food and drink really nice food and great staff that look after you.

Recently returned from another wonderful 2 weeks at Palmeras Gardens. My daughter and I have holidayed here 2 or 3 times a year for many years. That in itself says how much we love the place! If you like clean spacious apartments set around a beautiful, quiet pool area then it’s perfect for you! We love the peaceful location away from the slightly busier areas. It is an easy relaxing walk by the sea into town or a short bus or taxi ride to the marina. Those with walking difficulties may find the location a little prohibiting but it is perfect for us and we will continue to return to our favourite place for many years to come.

Our 3rd visit, nice room, staff were very helpful & friendly as always, just a shame you can’t get a breakfast till nearly dinner time & the pool bar opens at 12 & the shop on site closes early ! Very mixed weather for mid march, booked for next April but not at the palmeras.

Unfortunately this will have been our last visit despite liking Palmeras. My husband's mobility has decreased over the last year so I sent several emails well in advance requesting a level bungalow like we have had the last few years. Only 1 of these was answered and when we arrived found we were up the slopes! We tried to.manage for a few days then had to hire a wheelchair! This was quite difficult for me to manage due to the bungalows location and the state of the paths. I felt that as loyal previous guests one of the ladies on reception was quite dismissive of our request , will miss our annual visit with our friends but cant risk the same thing happening next year !

A small complex of apartments and bungalows rooms in a quiet area of player Blanca. We upgraded to the bungalow which wasn’t very expensive. The bungalow was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable.. There were screens on the windows no mosquitoes, I ended up sleeping on the sofabed because I had a cough. Unfortunately, I found the sofa bed very hard and the pillows uncomfortable. These are my only complaints! Check-in was easy and the receptionist, very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Pool towels can be hired for a €10 returnable deposit. The on-site bar/café was excellent value and the food really nice. We ate there several times during our stay. Also the little supermarket was reasonably priced and open from 11 o’clock each morning with lovely fresh crusty rolls available. The nearest beach was only five minutes walk away, but it was very stony both in and out of the water. We didn’t use it, but my husband swam every day at a sandy Beach about 15 minutes walk away. There were several restaurants and cafés within a five minute walk of our accommodation as well as plenty more a 15 minute walk away. We found several interesting walks from our accommodation including the extinct volcano immediately behind the resort. It’s a wonderful energetic walk to the top and the views are well worth the effort. There is a bus stop immediately behind our accommodation but we didn’t use the bus system. It’s only €1.25 to travel and I believe they accept debit card payments. Although it is cheaper to get a prepaid card. We have done most of the tours on Lanzarote on previous holidays so we didn’t do any this time but did do a lot of walking along the 3 1/2 mile promenade. Highly recommend this accommodation for a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Mixed experience here so would not return based on this. Apartment was very spacious, clean but limited utensils in the kitchen e.g. no grater. Cleaning and new towel schedule was very random despite receptionist saying there was a rotation. No lights on around the complex so had to ask. Paths around complex need re surfacing. Local shop doesn’t open until 11am so if you don’t have something in it’s a 20 minute walk to another supermarket. They want a deposit FOR EVERYTHING. Beach towels, extra key - even a €1 deposit for your plastic cup by the pool. (Bit OTT when we were the only ones by the pool!) Worst of all was the receptionist - rude. She didn’t care about making you feel welcome, didn’t want to help you, came across that we were just an annoyance to her when asking her simple / straight forward questions. HARD WORK! With all that aside, it didn’t ruin the holiday. It’s 3 star, you pay for what you get. The experience of staying here could have been made better by a friendly receptionist.

Anka, Emilio and Cecilia in reception were so helpful with every request and made the stay a pleasure. The apartment was spotless all apartments ha e a terrace facing the sun all day. It was a fantastic stay. Shop and bar serving food on site was really handy. Definitely be back.

A great place for a chilled break, we travelled as a party of 3....., 2 adults, 1x16yearold, she loved the chilled atmosphere of the small complex, great bar on the grounds, small supermarket, with another supermarket near by, 3 amazing restaurants and a chill out lounge, 200 metres to the right of the othe entrance... Tried all three restaurants and was really impressed, Sebastyans(greek), being my favorite, reasonable prices too. We love the Rubicon Marina , and the main strip never short of places to visit. The bungalow we stayed in was large very clean and peaceful, well maintained and the cleaning was done 4 times in the week we stayed, frankly I would return tomorrow if I could, loved it so much. Would highly recommend the little gem of a place.

Our favourite place to stay in Lanzarote. This apartment hotel is well equipped, a d clean, with friendly staff. It is a 3km walk from the harbour along the paved coastal path. The pool is quiet and clean, with plenty of sunbeds, a bar, and a small, shallow pool for children. The Arena bar is a friendly place to go, there are a few good restaurants nearby, on the coast path, and many others in the town. There is a bus stop right behind the hotel, if you want to get a bus into Playa Blanca or to Rubicon Marina. We prefer to book direct, as the rates are preferable & it's easy to do, as their website offers different language options.
