Just came back from a holiday here. I was nervous about what to expect from reading reviews but honestly I thought the hotel was good. The rooms were exceptional, all the basics you need. Had the most comfiest beds I've ever slept on and the staff were nice. The food and drink prices were pretty much the same as Ireland I though maybe a little less malibu & orange €7 but local beer was cheap.

The big pool below the pool bar and baby pool to the right are slightly heated which was good as we didnt get great weather. It also has a heated indoor pool, gym area but is not advertised so I'm sure not a lot of people know about it.

The shop on-site is reasonably priced and as everything you would need. The fresh rolls are a must! The staff here are all so nice.

There's a small playground, kids club and tennis/football courts at the back which can be seen when walking past at the side of hotel. A games room to the right of reception beside the shop and some waterslides.

Overall, I would stay here again. Myself and 4yo daughter enjoyed it. (She loved the pizza from pool bar) also just want to say a shout out to the lady at reception with ginger hair, she was exceptional and so friendly/helpful like all staff but I just felt like she was a bit more. Thank you for making our stay.

Just got back from this hotel today and we had a wonderful time. Apartment basic, spacious and clean.

One of the pools was slightly heated which made all the difference for the kids in the winter sun.

Staff were lovely, particularly the Irish man on reception. He was always so helpful and cheerful. He was great giving us directions and giving information what’s on and was very knowledgeable of the area.

He even ran over to us one night to assist us trying to take a family photo on a timer on the phone. Such a wonderful helpful member of staff.

Many other staff were also lovely. Would definitely return in the future.

Lovely stay. Hotel fairly quiet during our stay over new year.
Pools on the colder side but that was expected. Would have been nice to be able to take children in the indoor pool at some point during our stay so because of this, we were unable to use it.
Rooms clean and tidy. Cooked a couple of times and all we needed was there.
Nice location with a good size car park.

very comfortable bed. very clean. good kitchen. good position and quiet most evenings. great size room. had to pay extra to use safe and TV so didn't bother.

The location is great, maybe a 10 minute walk down to the beach and promenade. The room was basic but clean. The lighting is atrocious though, no ceiling lights, all wall mounted lights, but in really bad spots, so at night the apartment seemed dark! The bedsheets changed once during our 1 week stay, towels changed 3 times. The onsite shop was very reasonably priced and had everything you'd need! Staff are very friendly, especially Ali at the pool bar, he was such a nice guy. They have kids disco on in the evening until about 9pm or so, then some adult entertainment like bingo. The bar stays open until 11pm. They have a great kids pool area with 2 waterslides. All in all I would recommend Caybeach Sun.

We chose this hotel based on the price and location great for the beach and bars and restaurants they’re just a 10 minute walk away!

The hotel is dated but generally clean on all areas pool is small but great for children with the slides and a smaller one for young children. We always found sunbeds

The rooms again dated but quite spacious and a large wardrobe to fit all our clothes as a family of 4

The staff were friendly when we asked for things and the lifeguards were reasonable allowing inflatables in the pool.

We didn’t try the breakfast or the pool bar but looked ok.

We had a great week away great value for money!

Absolutely the most accessible and family friendly hotel I have been too.
The complex is very hard to beat. 6 poolsx a playground, a teniis/football pitch, a shop, pool bar and a laundrette all on site.

The staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The all u can eat breakfasts was standard but had plenty of options and only 7.50a day of u hadn't booked it.

We met amazing people and made incredible memories. We will always highly recommend this hotel to everyone and I will or sure make another visit.

Playa blamca is also a nice accessible calm and slower paced areax still has all the holiday necessities. Only 10minswalk to the strip,
We had a ball.

Clean and tidy with helpful staff. Very convenient location and even an Aldi supermarket just iver the road ! Even an on site shop if you can't face a five minute walk.

Sufficient sun loungers but always a ten o'clock rush for the best spot.
