excellent hotel, we read other peoples reviews about the hotel, there were complaints about the state of the rooms and the chioce of food at meal times. We found non of these complaints, our room was fresh and clean and the food choice was plenty full and varied everything being constantly topped up on a regular basis so that it was always fresh. As we were only half board we had to pay for our drinks at the bar using a tab system, this we found to not be a problem, also the drinks were relatively priced compaired to some hotels that we have stayed in. The staff were always pleasant and welcoming, we had an issue with the balcony light not going off one night, it was reported and the next day sorted. Would we recommened this hotel definitely.

Brilliant. I think staff are excellent. Position of hotel is perfect. The hotel is spacious with plenty of room around the pool. We will book again as soon as we get home.

Absolutely superb hotel , very clean , very spacious , fantastic staff , and above all excellent quality and choice of food , highly recommended. The Japanese restaurant was excellent, my advice would be to book this once you arrive , as it is popular .

This was our second stay at the Princess, having previously visited just after Christmas 2024 and over New Year 2025. We returned as a family group and stayed in both a junior suite and a superior double room. The rooms have been recently renovated and are now very modern, with updated bathrooms and a fresh, contemporary feel. We noticed several improvements since our last visit. The common areas have been repainted, giving the hotel a brighter and more welcoming atmosphere. The buffet has also improved, with a better variety of food and more frequent replenishment, which made dining much more enjoyable. The entire complex is spotless, and the cleanliness of both the rooms and shared areas is excellent. The bar staff deserve a special mention—they are friendly, attentive, and provide great service. Our children had a fantastic time at the kids’ club, which offered a wide range of activities. It was great to see that older children could also take part in some of the adult activities, making it enjoyable for all ages. Overall, we had a wonderful experience spending Easter week in Playa Blanca, helped by fantastic weather. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again its a really good 4 star hotel and really central location.

We have visited this hotel before, but not for some years. It's USP is location. Pool and grounds are good, loungers fine but basic. There is enough space, although we saw some reserved from first light! The room was good, everything worked and a good choice of tv channels. Some aspects could do with updating. Cleaning staff were best, reception adequate,and dining room seemed permanently harassed because the dining room was always busy. We have had better food in 4* hotels in the canaries, and better organised dining rooms, but there is an outside eating area. We were on half board and ate out a couple of times. This is a decent hotel priced at the lower end of 4*, and you get what you pay for.

A very nice place to relax and enjoy quality time with family. The staff is friendly, and cleanliness is well maintained throughout the facilities and the rooms. Overall, the stay was pleasant. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. First, while the breakfast buffet offers a wide and satisfying selection, the lunch and dinner options feel heavily oriented toward British tastes and could better showcase Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine. Second, some of the facilities feel dated and would benefit from renovation. Despite these points, the overall quality of the stay was good, and we enjoyed our time there.

We had another great holiday at the H10 Timanfaya The stay was very pleasant from start to finish The staff are very attentive , professional and with little care, which really makes a difference. The facilities are good and the atmosphere is pleasant and everything is done to make you feel good and relaxed. We leave again with great memories and recommend this hotel without hesitation. Our room was 501 with stunning views. Thank you all for a beautiful stay. See you all again January 2027. Mrs Doreen Anderson

Nice looking hotel. Rooms clean and adequate. Would prefer shower cubicles. Very tight fit getting into bath for shower, not sure how less mobile would cope. I’m a fussy eater but food was good until our last night when I requested chicken from the grill and witnessed the chef putting raw chicken on the grill and then with the same implement pass me the already cooked chicken! Needless to say I didn’t eat it. Apart from that all was good.

Excellent hotel with beautiful outdoor relaxing areas. Very chilled. A lot of areas to find yourself. Coffee shop is quite popular in mid afternoon. Staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable.

Good food great value and service !

Looking at previous reviews we must have been unlucky, the food was ok but the service was not brilliant. We almost did not go in as every other restaurant in the street was packed and we were wondering why this one had hardly anyone in.
We ordered 4 starters, they didn't serve them all at the same time, we received the first one 15 minutes before the other three. It was a similar story with the mains, three mains arrived and we sat waiting for the fourth persons meal for about 10 minutes.
We asked the waiter where the other meal was as the food was getting cold and he said it was still being cooked, we told him the food should all come out together as it was not ideal for one person to be left eating on their own, we had come out to eat together, he told us he was just the waiter and he served food when it was ready and if we were unhappy we should complain to the chef not him. We told him not to bother with the other meal and we shared the three meals we had received between us. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Great pizza and excellent attentive service, albeit it was quiet when we were here. Massively over ordered; a large pizza is quiet substantial. Average sangria. Spoilt by building work half happening in the background.

The best pizza in the world . I wish this restaurant was on my door step, I would be getting takeout pizza every day they are sublime....the tiramassu was exquisite by far and away one of the best I have tasted. The staff were amazing and we had one of the best meals here during our holiday, would absolute recommend a visit here to anyone and we will be defiantly returning to Lanzarote to visit here.
