Casas del Sol in Playa Blanca

Beautiful location, apartments are well furnished. Pool is satisfactory. Id say people can go here if they please. The pool is salt water however.

Arrived home a few weeks ago ( April 2026 ) from Lanzarote. We stayed at the Casas del sol villas . This was about our 7th or 8th visit, first since COVID. I had forgotten how nice this complex was. Stayed in villa 2A . Recent reviews stated villa in poor condition. Work as been done on the villa, now clean and tidy. Improvements on going. Staff helpful and friendly. ( Big thank you to Lewis for sorting out our return transport to the airport). Hope to see you again in the future Regards Keith and Kath.

Third time staying at 33A, booked via Lanzarote First. The grounds continue to be well kept and immaculate. Comfortable villa with washing machine and two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower. Towels changed twice a week and full clean after a week for longer stays. Reception close by for any problems or requests. Not far from the bus stop or port area and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and clothes shops. I would not hesitate to recommend Lanzarote First and we have booked to return in September to stay in Villa 1A as 33A was already booked.

Great location by the port but not noisy. Close to the taxi rank if you don't want to walk to the Marina. Atmoshere very respectful, no noisy radios etc. all the "casas" face the sun all day which is terrific if high winds get up and you can't stay by the pool. The cleanliness everywhere that's communal is super, ground manicured by the ground staff, very meticulous. Reception super easy to deal with and good Enlgish spoken. The mini market on site is a Godsend. Large and small waters, still and sparkling, loo rolls, kitchen rolls, fresh bread rolls, dozens of ice creams and fizzy drinks. Our casa had a dish washer, washing machine, huge TV and comfortable loungers. Great value for money. And the pool, huge, best so far in PB. But, it was a little chilly.

We have just returned from our holiday at casa del sol and all I can say it was amazing the location is stunning and the staff are very helpful we stayed in 14A sunny secret over looking the pool beautiful view , what an amazing villa thank you so much to Julie for allowing us to stay and really hope to return at some point.

Amazing 8 night stay at Casas del Sol ,Check in staff are lovely and helpful .Our villa was amazing ,spotless clean and very modern .The villas has everything you need and there was very comfy table/chairs outside along which 2 sunbeds .This is a very quiet resort which is great for us .We had amazing neighbours on each side of us who were very nice and quiet .Cleaners are great although we didnt get a bed change until we requested after night 6 .It wasnt a deal breaker for us and I know all staff for very busy for the christmas period .They did come and replace towels and empty bins also .Between cleans they have excellent facilities onsite for rubbish and recyling for use which is important to us .The villa is right across the road from the ferry and main town and supermarket very close by .You can get water and toilet roll on small shop onsite though which is very useful .We were going to another villa on check out day for a few nights (only because this was not available ) and the guy on the desk was happy to hold our 2 small suitcases for a few hours .Love this place so much we have already booked for our return Christmas 2026 & Christmas 2027 .We are also hoping to come again during the year .We have been coming to Lanzarote for nearly 10 years now and are delighted to find this place .The grounds are a credit to the maintenance staff and everywhere is spotless .Our villa had lovely views of the harbour and nearby Fuerteventura Island ,

Great place, ideal location.

This was our third stay at Casas del sol and we love it here as the staff are amazing and location is wonderful. This visit we booked 17A as it looked lovely. One major requirement for us when booking is that there is air conditioning in the master bedroom and that was specified as being available on the villa photos and in the description. Unfortunately for us when we arrived we discovered the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom had been removed. I reported this to reception who were lovely but totally unaware the owner had made this change. It was so disappointing. They reported it to the owner and we expected compensation of some kind but that didn't happen. I see now that the website has been updated to show that there is now no air conditioning in the master bedroom but that was too late for us. It was such a shame the villa was not as advertised as it was one of the more expensive ones. Just make sure if air conditioning is important to you you check with the lovely reception staff before booking that the air con still exists in the villa.

A magnificent stay at 4b in a perfect location for all of playa blanca to be seen with shops, bars and restaurants only minutes walking distance from the entrance of Casas del sol, the staff are all people friendly and are brilliant at giving information whether it be business times or beyond. The swimming pool is perfect for all and is kept pristine by staff, Juan is the lifeguard and is very helpful to everyone, all staff onsite are brilliant and they ensure you enjoy your stay, many thanks to all staff from Gavin, Kat, William and Sue we absolutely loved our stay😁😁
