We have returned from our stay at this fantastic hotel. Rooms are large and very clean with sheets changed every other day, bathroom large with a small garden . Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. The only one issue was the pool bar. We ordered a pizza, it came frozen in the middle , we sent it back bar staff just shrugged! Round two, it arrived back, the same pizza just a little less frozen hence inedible and not paid for . The staff are lovely and seem to really care . Would definitely recommend this hotel .

Beautiful hotel, the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Cava on arrival, cases taken to room, turn down service on an evening. Excellent choice at breakfast, varied menu on an evening, always great service. Everywhere was exceptionally clean. I loved the special touches especially the fact that the lady in the bar remembered our exact drinks order after just one night.

From the moment we stepping inside we were made very welcome - the lady on reception 22nd Feb pm was so welcoming and the valet who offered us a welcoming drink and took our cases to our room for us. First impressions very clean tidy and everything organised perfectly. The room was outstanding beautifully clean very spacious with everything we needed - tea coffee lovely mini bar well Stocked for you should you require to use. Also own private outside area with sun loungers and chairs. The shower was amazing. The restaurant where breakfast and evening meal served was outstanding the staff were all very hard working and always at hand to help - it was very clean with plenty of choice and different options in evening. Breakfast had extensive choices. The Kentia gourmet club were we ate on our wedding anniversary was absolutely beautiful the outstanding and the staff exceptional. The pool area and pool bar were perfect lovely pool with spa area and always very clean - sun beds exceptionally comfortable and the pool bar had all the drinks you could want and an ample menu. Got to say every member of staff we met was amazing I had not got one bad word about any of them if management read this you should be proud they are all a credit to you. Thank you for making our twentieth wedding anniversary so special.

We have stayed and reviewed this hotel before, so when it came to booking a small break for my 50th birthday, this hotel was at the top of our list and our stay did not disappoint. This peaceful hotel is stunning, with beautifully manicured gardens, large spacious rooms and amazing views. The hotel is spotless with the team consistently cleaning throughout the day. I have to repeat what I said in my first review, that the staff are by far the biggest asset to this hotel. All the team are very helpful and friendly, always making conversation and making you feel super welcome. On my birthday I had a bottle of Cava and a cake left in my room ( thank you very much ) and all the team I saw that day wished me a happy birthday which was a lovely touch. And i have to shout out again Maria ( Mar ) who works in the restaurant at breakfast. What an amazing person, she made us feel so welcome and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She really did make our stay better than we could have expected. I really do hope the management of this hotel realise what an amazing team they have working with them. I would return to this hotel based purely on how welcoming, helpful and friendly the team are. If you are looking at this hotel for your next holiday, just book it. It really is a small slice of paradise in Puerto Del Carmen and you will not be disappointed. An exceptional hotel. Small, adult only, personal and well located in the more historic part of Puerto Del Carmen with its amazing array of restaurants. Staff are amazing, always willing to solve any small issues and provide advice and guidance on where to visit, places to eat etc. The suites are stunning, plenty of space, comfortable beds, lovely outdoor area, kept spotlessly clean during our whole stay. Breakfast was superb, so many choices on offer. Quality coffee and even bubbles if you fancy that to start your day. Highly recommend this hotel and would struggle to find any downsides. We will be back.

Lovely hotel and amazing staff room was very spacious and comfy. Food was great and selection provided was more than enough for our needs. Pool area and sunbeds available daily although we did witness on many occasions people putting towels down and then disappearing for sometimes more than a couple of hours despite a sign saying not to reserve beds. Didnt spoil the stay though. Supermarket and cafe very close and well stocked selection. Beach is lovely down bottom of hill although we found if you walked just a little further it was much quieter for a dip in the sea. Special mention to Tamara,Soyara,Daniel and Rene who couldn’t have made us feel more welcome each day in the restaurant area. Reception staff all very helpful if we had any question etc. Will most likely look to return in the future.

We have just returned home from our 6th stay at the hotel. As usual, everything was perfect! We love this hotel and always return as everyone is so friendly. The staff are amazing, the hotel is beautiful and everything is very well appointed. The suites are spacious and spotlessly clean. The food and drinks at the restaurants and bars are excellent. Every single staff member we met was amazing, reception, pool staff, restaurant staff, maintenance staff were all super friendly . We feel like we are welcomed into the hotel as family . We will definitely be back. Special thanks to Mar from the breakfast restaurant for looking after us so well each morning . X

We have just come back from a 4 night stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. We went with two other friends as couples to celebrate a 50th birthday. I just can not rate it highly enough. The rooms are so spacious, immaculately clean, so much wardrobe and drawer space. Air-con was fabulous, although it was October we needed it when we came back to our room late afternoon. The staff were all so happy, polite and really couldn't do enough for you. Every member of staff acknowledged you, from the receptionists, cleaners, to pool and maintenance staff. You felt really special when you were there, we all loved it. We wished we'd booked longer but work commitments didn't allow that, unfortunately. However, my husband and I will definitely return next year for a week or more. In fact some other friends are looking to book next March just from out recommendation. Also, the Kentia Gourmet Club that was attached to the hotel was magnificent. The food was exceptional. The lovely wine Sommelier lady served us was wonderful, her knowledge of every wine we asked about was so useful. What we really liked was you didn't feel rushed, we had a lovely, leisurely evening meal in superb surroundings. Don't hesitate to book this hotel!!
