I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening.

The hotel was fabulous and we were able to sample the extra restaurants that the hotel has. The piano bar was tremendous with it’s entertainment and selection of drinks.

Great family friendly hotel with lots of activities on site and good food. Only downside is how long you want for a taxi if you want to venture out.

The Staff were all super friendly and helpful and the property was well kept. They also had great activities every day for all age groups. Our 6yr old still raves about the kids club. The Kids Club staff were especially amazing!

Room was great - although we didn’t get the room we requested by email with the hotel at first. We changed to the desired room after two nights. As this was our third visit to Dreams we feel it would be a useful option if Preferred Club visitors could know in advance that they are getting the room they want. Something to consider perhaps? We went here in 2023 and it was by far the best hotel we have been to, ever! at the time I had a couple of niggles but they were totally petty things compared to the overall holiday experience I've got to say the hotel and food was beautiful the service, excellent and the location is perfect, and I'm would return in a heartbeat. Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day. 3 pools and jacuzzis. The all inclusive was brilliant with a variety of food and drink available. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but did require prebooking which was hard to get! excellent hotel, we read other peoples reviews about the hotel, there were complaints about the state of the rooms and the chioce of food at meal times. We found non of these complaints, our room was fresh and clean and the food choice was plenty full and varied everything being constantly topped up on a regular basis so that it was always fresh. This is a big hotel catering for large numbers. Rooms are clean and acceptable. Staff on front desk helpful and friendly. Staff in restaurant sometimes harassed and stressed. I stayed at the resort for a couple of weeks in different rooms. The resort was teaming with athletes and had a great sporting vibe about it. The 25m pool was great, if a bit cold! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We had one issue with a smoking plug and they fixed it so quickly.

It is a bit old and weary. But, the service is outstanding and the people are very friendly. It is on the outskirts of Costa Teguise. Hence, a form of transport is highly recommended.. They also rent out steps or bicycles (electric or human-powered) for much better prices compared to the city (5o eur for a day versus 15 for an hour). I loved the resort; it's perfect for spending a few days in Lanzarote. The grounds are huge, and your little house is in a square with its own pool. It has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The receptionists and cleaning staff are very friendly. I definitely recommend this resort to anyone who visits Lanzarote.

The room was very large and comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils to make your meals, the pools were very clean. The bed was comfortable but a little old and it sounded as soon as you moved. The bathroom was fine, with always hot water, but the tub was very rusty. In general everything is good, it just needs a few small renovations to make it look like new.

Although we were not resident in the hotel, we were welcomed in for lunch in the terrace. The sun was shining overlooking the pool and the sea beyond. The accommodation was nice and beautiful, close to various places and convenient for travel. The only downside was the breakfast; there wasn't much variety, it was repetitive. For the last two days, my boyfriend and I didn't go down for breakfast. We ate outside instead.

The resort was lovely, and the staff made the experience even better. As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety at the buffet and how accommodating the chefs were. Beautiful area for walks, and with plenty of activities, we were never bored during our 7-day stay.

It was only a one night stop over but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff very gelpful and hotel was clean our only thing we noticed was the area around the pool was very slippy. Normally a hard brush is used for cleaning the alghi build up but wven to touch you could feel it slimmy.

We really enjoyed our stay it was relaxed and quiet which is what we wanted. The staff were all helpful and courteous, and we found the variety of food to be good at the buffet. The hotel was further out of the centre of Playa Blanca than we realised but we did walk back from the main port in Playa Blanca one day. I think it would be helpful to hire a car.

Great place, just three complains. The slow and un-syncronized elevators can really become annoying, The 17th floor is a missed opportunity for a nice place for drinks and music, instead it is like a cafeteria that has alcoholic drinks. The AC maintains the rooms very cold even in winter, that can be uncofortable for some people like me.

Unfortunately, the pool water is very cold, and I hardly got to swim during my entire vacation. The bar and restaurant staff are very friendly. A special thanks to Erika, who made our vacation even better. We'll be back next year!

Super location. Welcome was excellent. Breakfast very good. Bar staff seemed to be under duress to make sales, but relaxed after change of shift/manager. Have stayed before and La Geria was great fun, but change of ownership seems to have taken the life out of the place. We sadly only stayed for one night for my partners birthday, but we had a great time and would definitely come back. The hotel was clean, the pool was gorgeous and swimmable in November! Staff were super friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The beach is just across the road, great location, only 20 minutes from the airport. The strip is another 20 minutes down the road, well connected by local buses...

Had an amazing stay. All the staff work tirelessly and always with a smile. The hotel is spotless with great entertainment, amenities, food and drink. Thank you everyone for making a very enjoyable first trip to Lanzarote.
