I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening.

The hotel was fabulous and we were able to sample the extra restaurants that the hotel has. The piano bar was tremendous with it’s entertainment and selection of drinks.

Great family friendly hotel with lots of activities on site and good food. Only downside is how long you want for a taxi if you want to venture out.

The Staff were all super friendly and helpful and the property was well kept. They also had great activities every day for all age groups. Our 6yr old still raves about the kids club. The Kids Club staff were especially amazing!

Room was great - although we didn’t get the room we requested by email with the hotel at first. We changed to the desired room after two nights. We went here in 2023 and it was by far the best hotel we have been to, ever! at the time I had a couple of niggles but they were totally petty things compared to the overall holiday experience I've got to say the hotel and food was beautiful the service, excellent and the location is perfect, and I'm would return in a heartbeat. Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day. 3 pools and jacuzzis. The all inclusive was brilliant with a variety of food and drink available. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but did require prebooking which was hard to get! excellent hotel, we read other peoples reviews about the hotel, there were complaints about the state of the rooms and the chioce of food at meal times. We found non of these complaints, our room was fresh and clean and the food choice was plenty full and varied everything being constantly topped up on a regular basis so that it was always fresh. This is a big hotel catering for large numbers. Rooms are clean and acceptable. Staff on front desk helpful and friendly. Staff in restaurant sometimes harassed and stressed. I stayed at the resort for a couple of weeks in different rooms. The resort was teaming with athletes and had a great sporting vibe about it. The 25m pool was great, if a bit cold! The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We had one issue with a smoking plug and they fixed it so quickly.

The location is great right on the beach. The accommodations are bright with lots of space, but are starting too show signs of wear. I loved the resort; it's perfect for spending a few days in Lanzarote. The grounds are huge, and your little house is in a square with its own pool. It has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The receptionists and cleaning staff are very friendly. I definitely recommend this resort to anyone who visits Lanzarote.

The room was very large and comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils to make your meals, the pools were very clean. The bed was comfortable but a little old and it sounded as soon as you moved. The bathroom was fine, with always hot water, but the tub was very rusty. In general everything is good, it just needs a few small renovations to make it look like new.

Relaxing stay, lovely staff, good food. Enjoyed an 11 night stay at the Volcan. Staff are lovely, very helpful and attentive. The room could use some TLC in places but was still comfortable. Pleasant surprise when we were given a 2 bed apartment rather than a 1 bed which we booked. Great location for restaurants, bars and beach but far enough away to be quiet. Only annoying thing was the kids water area which went in from 10 am until 6 pm continually even although there were no kids around due to bad weather.
