I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. I cannot for the life of me work out why it is only 3 star. The staff were wonderful, helpful and happy. The place was immaculate and the location was perfect. I saved for a long time for this holiday and my daughters and I had the most perfect time. I would recommend Hotel Floresta to anyone. Thank you
Our family really enjoyed our week at the Floresta. A big shout out to Johan and the animation team for keeping our kids occupied with activities during our stay. Staff was friendly and entire resort was kept sporless. Keep up the great work!
Dinner choices were fire with lukewarm offerings - lots of fish and pork, not much chicken. Clean and comfortable rooms and helpful staff, especially the lovely reception team
Staff are lovely. We arrived late evening after the restaurant had closed. They had plated up some cold meats cheeses fruit and bread for us to have once we were settled in our rooms. Pool is lovely but I must say it is full of salt water. Rooms are spacious and clean.
We stayed recently absolutely loved the hotel its self, rooms are huge and clean, food is very disappointing im not picky eater but I really struggled, also evening entertainment wasn't the best would like to see the holiday reps have more on for kids and adults throughout the day, music on speakers after the entertainment would be really ideal, would love to return but only if the food changed and...
Just got back from a 10-night family stay at Hotel Floresta and we had a great time! Check-in was easy ,we arrived on an early flight so our room wasn’t ready until late afternoon, but we were able to store our cases in the luggage room and enjoy the day around the pool, which worked out really well. The hotel was very clean, and our 2-bedroom apartment was spotless thanks to daily cleaning. It also...

Just came back from a holiday here. I was nervous about what to expect from reading reviews but honestly I thought the hotel was good. The rooms were exceptional, all the basics you need. Had the most comfiest beds I've ever slept on and the staff were nice. The food and drink prices were pretty much the same as Ireland I though maybe a little less malibu & orange €7 but local beer was cheap. The...
Just got back from this hotel today and we had a wonderful time. Apartment basic, spacious and clean. One of the pools was slightly heated which made all the difference for the kids in the winter sun. Staff were lovely, particularly the Irish man on reception. He was always so helpful and cheerful. He was great giving us directions and giving information what’s on and was very knowledgeable of the...
Lovely stay. Hotel fairly quiet during our stay over new year. Pools on the colder side but that was expected. Would have been nice to be able to take children in the indoor pool at some point during our stay so because of this, we were unable to use it. Rooms clean and tidy. Cooked a couple of times and all we needed was there. Nice location with a good size car park.
Location of the room facing the sun
very comfortable bed. very clean. good kitchen. good position and quiet most evenings. great size room. had to pay extra to use safe and TV so didn't bother.
The location is great, maybe a 10 minute walk down to the beach and promenade. The room was basic but clean. The lighting is atrocious though, no ceiling lights, all wall mounted lights, but in really bad spots, so at night the apartment seemed dark! The bedsheets changed once during our 1 week stay, towels changed 3 times. The onsite shop was very reasonably priced and had everything you'd need! Staff...

Every thing was lovely I was a solo traveler the accommodation was what I expected very clean. Staff always willing to help I had no concerns with the flora whatsoever I would definitely go back to this hotel
The room was spotless, The reception staff couldn’t have been any more helpful they are very professional. There was an issue with the restaurant as I went into the buffet I confirmed prior to the gentleman that I’m self catering I will be paying cash. He was also professional as I was finishing up I paid and ask could I get a paper/plastic cup as I had a glass, He said it’s fine go ahead with the...
Spacious, clean & tidy room. Breakfast was great with wide selection of options
Very clean room, pool was nice temperature, breakfast was nice and a wide variety of food.
Everything's fine, cleanliness could be improved a bit, otherwise there's nothing to complain about.
Stayed here many times, never disappoints. Great spacious rooms, clean, quiet. Would recommend

Pleasant surprise when we were given a 2 bed apartment rather than a 1 bed which we booked. Great location for restaurants, bars and beach but far enough away to be quiet. Only annoying thing was the kids water area which went in from 10 am until 6 pm continually even although there were no kids around due to bad weather.
Clean large apartment in a good location just up from the main *****.
Excellent complex, good location in new town, really comfortable modern apartment.
Apartments are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Unfortunately there is no heat in the cold winter evenings so we were cold at night. The pool area was nice with entertainment during the day - I really enjoyed the saxophone player. The pool is not heated. The food from the pool bar was good. The hotel is in a good location. A couple of minutes down the hill to the main ***** and beach and a couple...
Lovely place to stay just up from the ***** - hotel itself immaculate with 2 good looking pools  Room I stayed in was a studio with a twin bed bedroom and balcony with seaview  2nd time I’ve stayed here and would definitely recommend to others

We stayed for a week on an all-inclusive basis, and I can honestly say the food was the best we’ve ever experienced on an all-inclusive holiday. The staff should be extremely proud of themselves—they work incredibly hard, non-stop, all day. During our stay, my son, who is always running around, accidentally ran into a sign near the canteen area. Before I even had time to react, a member of staff was...
Do not read negative reviews, enjoyed our stay everywhere kept clean and tidy, food plentiful and tasty lots of choice even for fussy eaters. All staff pleasant and always ready to help, location wise its 5 mins walk to taxi and bus stop, but only 10 min pleasant walk to the town. Excellent value for the money.
This isn't my first time at the hotel, and I'm always impressed by the entertainment staff. Marco and Eva aren't just entertainers; besides keeping guests happy, they take care of their stay, recommending destinations on the island, suggesting restaurants, and checking to make sure everything is alright. It's not just about the activities and entertainment, but about making you feel at home, and they...

Saff are very hard working and friendly Entertainment team try there best but not enough Entertainment on through the day .Food has gone down hill breakfasts are ok, lunch, and dinner in our eyes could be a lot better, but we do understand it's a 3 star. It was clean but really needed an update needed more plug sockets couldn't use kettle and microwave at the same time. Short of utensils not even a decent small knife no mugs only small cups. No instructions on how to use the oven
Cleaning was done nearly everyday if I needed staff were nice never ate the restaurant and never drank at the bar but overall I was happy.
Accommodation satisfactory, clean. Only downside of the apartments complex Is all the stairs….. not recommended for disability or elderly who struggle with stairs and especially a lot of them.
What to say about the BV Aquarius. On first arrival we were less than impressed. The complex is large. There are many steps, no lifts, no ramps. Impossible for anyone with mobility issues to navigate. Our room was a 1 bedroom apartment with a mattress set on top of a sofa in the lounge as a 3rd bed. This seriously impaired the space in the living area. The apartment furniture was basic...
Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Having just returned home, I thought I'd give my opinion on the Sirocco hotel. The hotel is very nice, set in lovely, well maintained gardens. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Excellent position on corner of pedestrianised area directly across from beach. Lovely rooftop terrace & pool, reasonably priced pool bar. Breakfast exceeded expectations & was as good as any higher rated hotel.  Definitely would recommend this hotel & would stay again.
Great Hotel and location. Main problem was that the hotel does not have central heating in any rod the rooms.  Rooms get cold in the winter. This should be made apparent in their brochure of the facilities. If I had known there was no heating I would not have booked this hotel
The hotel is modern and well located across from the (closed) beach. Reception and all other staff are pleasant and helpful. Okay for a budget holiday. No aircon, would imagine it would be difficult in the heat of the summer. Apartments cleaned regularly and plenty of staff, very friendly. Stayed in a refurbished apartment and wasn’t disappointed Very modern and well presented Great position just a stroll to beach and bars Nice bar restaurant not bad prices Definitely be coming back again
Great place and so easy to deal with, from booking to leaving everything was so easy the rooms as to be expected for a spanish apartment same as you get everywhere for that price. I took my wife and step daughter and I will definitely be back as the location is great and cardiac Hill isn't as bad as they say. A 5 minute walk to some great restaurants and bars, thank you and see you all again soon
Very surprised these are only 2 star, Absolutely spotless clean beds are comfy,Very spacious,Staff are very friendly, lots of pools to choose from , Very happy with our stay Only down fall is the hill but taxis are very cheap just 3euro. Will definitely come again great value for money.
We stayed here for 10 nights in early Jan 26, we had a huge recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartment, in the upper pool area, away from the big pool whi8is also the noisy area. I would ask for rooms in the 500s or 600s , 500 rooms are ground floor and better in my opinion. 600s are 1st floor room's with a small balcony which doesn't always get the ☀️. We had a great stay, the bungalow has everything you need, it gets cleaned almost every day, great location, super close to the beautifull flamingo beach at 5 minutes walk maximum. One of the 3 pools pools was heated, plus they have billiards and mini golf in the complex and the kids loved it. We would definitely stay again.
This is our second time at the Limones, and again it surpassed expectations. The place is immaculate, housekeeping is exceptionally good and attentive. What it offers is a wonderful base in tranquil surroundings. You have so much space and it’s such a peaceful environment. We have absolutely no complaints and cannot wait to book again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
Staff I encountered were friendly. Bungalow had everything I needed, yes dated but felt private with a nice terrace. Was clean and the bed was comfy enough. Good value for money, nice and quiet. Cheap and cheerful, would definitely return. Good location too, only a short walk to beach.
The bungalows are quite pretty but the decoration is kind of old. They are clean and spacious. The bedroom is a liitle small but has a great waredrob. It said on the app I booked that they had breakfast for 6 euros but it was 12 euros and the restaurant was closed, only the snack bar was opened. That was really disappointing! Across the street from nice beach. Free parking.
Great value perfect location Fantastic location great local area flamingo beach is perfect! The bungalows are great a little dated but ok very clean but the lack of aircon is hard, but we knew this wrote coming and the price reflects this. The pools no one hardly used so that was great just wish one was a little shallower like 1/1.2m so the kids could play easier. Man on bar was really friendly.
Complex is well maintained. Apartment was dated but clean. Outside terrace was excellent

Myself and two daughters both full time working Mums and in serious need of a break, had the best time at this hotel. The food was consistently good, with plenty of choice and quality throughout our stay. I don’t eat meat and was very happy with the fish, vegetables...

Recently returned from another wonderful 2 weeks at Palmeras Gardens. My daughter and I have holidayed here 2 or 3 times a year for many years. That in itself says how much we love the place! If you like clean spacious apartments set around a beautiful, quiet pool area then it’s perfect for you! We love the peaceful location away from the slightly busier areas. It is an easy relaxing walk by the sea...
Our 3rd visit, nice room, staff were very helpful & friendly as always, just a shame you can’t get a breakfast till nearly dinner time & the pool bar opens at 12 & the shop on site closes early ! Very mixed weather for mid march, booked for next April but not at the palmeras.
Unfortunately this will have been our last visit despite liking Palmeras. My husband's mobility has decreased over the last year so I sent several emails well in advance requesting a level bungalow like we have had the last few years. Only 1 of these was answered and when we arrived found we were up the slopes! We tried to.manage for a few days then had to hire a wheelchair! This was quite difficult...
A small complex of apartments and bungalows rooms in a quiet area of player Blanca. We upgraded to the bungalow which wasn’t very expensive. The bungalow was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable.. There were screens on the windows no mosquitoes, I ended up sleeping on the sofabed because I had a cough. Unfortunately, I found the sofa bed very hard and the pillows uncomfortable. These...

7th time here for us. Just returned home from another lovely stay. Complete relaxation. Fabulous staff. Delicious food. Spotlessly clean bungalow. It was so nice to meet up with other return guests too. This place has such a great friendly welcoming atmosphere. Already planning our 8th trip. Thank you for a lovely week.
I cannot recommend Sandos Atlantic Gardens enough. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to let them know it was my partner Mark’s birthday. What they did with that information truly made our trip unforgettable. When we arrived, our room had been beautifully prepared with a bottle of prosecco, and we were upgraded to a stunning sea view room...
Bungalow has more space than your average hotel room/suite, if your partner snores, bed can easily be moved into the living room. Bungalow has tea/coffee, hairdryer and tv with a few English channels. Roja volcanos just behind hotel, walk to top and around crater. Takes just over an hour. Drinks are ok. What you would expect for a 3 star AI. Wine in a carafe, that does it for me. Entertainment...
We had fantastic stay at this resort to celebrate my 50th birthday from start to finish we had a fantastic time we was greeted with a nice bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival in our room which was an unexpected surprise the rooms were spotless and spacious and cleaned daily and we got lucky with a sea view which was a bonus and very handy to get straight on to the promenade which we enjoyed daily...
Had 10 days at Sandoz Atlantic Gardens, it was all great, our bungalow 312 was newly decorated and very comfortable, it was kept spotless and tea & coffee replenished every day, The restaurant is quite good with plenty of choice and the staff so friendly and helpful. Great pool area with plenty of beds. It was a very enjoyable stay. Every body from guests & staff made you feel welcome.
Our Second trip to Sandos, and won’t be our last. Such a relaxed atmosphere, everyone is friendly. The staff all work so hard, and they’re always cheerful.

Gorgeous view right on the beach. Good sized balcony. Spacious twin room. Nice, plentiful cooked and continental breakfast. Lots of restaurants and shops just steps away from the hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Arrived early and there was no problem getting early access to the room. Very helpful staff.
Great position, right on the beach
A charming, peaceful hotel with a view of the ocean. Nearby there are many cafes and restaurants where you can eat well and drink delicious Spanish beer or colorful drinks. Hotel service at the highest level. It is very surprising that the hotel has only 3 stars. The hotel is worth recommending but I recommend booking rooms with a view of the ocean
Good location, staff are friendly, I enjoyed the stay.
Very normal… don't expect anything impressive. It's pretty fair.
