I booked this hotel, after reading the reviews on *******!. This place truly is a gem - for sure, this is a palace - the hotel expands over a very large area on Playa Blanca, Lanzarote!
Entertainment day/night is a bit boring! The hotel does cater for very young children with a mini disco etc. My children are 11 and 12 and have been very bored
I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room
Great family friendly hotel with lots of activities on site and good food. Only downside is how long you want for a taxi if you want to venture out.
Lovely hotel friendly staff and very helpful .. shame we couldn’t swim as the pool was so cold !
Would I come back - for sure - I stayed in Dec 2025, and the daylight hours, similar ish to UK, H10 is blessed, in that the sun will stay across the sea/ocean(there is no real beach) front, during the month of Dec, and also the sun sets to the side of the hotel, around 6 pm (same time zone as UK) - well worth a watch, when you are situated in this hotels Piano bar (main bar) area, which is at least...

We had a great stay! 4th time here, great activities for children. Quality of food really good
Rooms were a good size, shower was superb and lovely pool area. We would def come here again
The room is modern and very clean, the food was great, the staff was very friendly and we particularly would like to thank Fernando, the waiter in the international buffet ' World Cafe' for his professional manner, politness and incredible service! We would definitely go back there
Very well located near the marina restaurants. Staff were lovely, always smiling and going out of their war to help
Every thing about this hotel is of a very good standard ,it’s very peaceful, excellent location ,great pools ,food and staff are excellent, the rooms are spotless, beds and linen are high quality ,shower is superb ,and also the high pressure toilets ! This was our second stay in this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough ,it’s registered as a 5 star ,which it’s not quite, however for all it has going...
The hotel was brilliant, had everything we needed, we especially enjoyed the infinity pool and breakfast options!!

We had requested a high floor and west (sunset) facing room, we were given a high floor but an East facing room overlooking the Children's pools and slides
Highlights include the great staff (smiley and polite), the food in general (special mention to the extensive drinks choices from the all inclusive package), super clean all round, different pools including a great one with slides for kids and bonus for the fact that it was a great mix of nationalities in the resort (Brits, Spanish, German, French
Beautiful room overlooking pool and sea, mini bar, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine and the biggest shower I’ve ever seen! Plenty of hanging space in wardrobes and a huge comfy bed! Pillows were a bit uncomfortable though and nowhere to store your case away was disappointing
The one problem we had with our room was the A/C, it was centrally controlled and we were not able to change the setting to "heat", as it did get chilly in the evenings, but it was permanently on "cool", we did ask reception who said that if we wanted they could supply us with a heater, but we declined their offer, we just turned it off
We were grateful for the fresh chilled water stations, which are available free of charge for the guests to fill their bottles etc, they are positioned on every floor of the hotel
We were offered a "Privilege" room which they kindly showed us so we could choose between the two. The only problem was they would require another 882 Euros for our 21 night stay

Oh, they have a small shop here but walking to the nearest supermarket (300 meters or so) will save you 50% or more. The pools (they have many) are clean and so is the park itself. Did I mention the very friendly staff?
Lucky to get on of the newly refurbished rooms on the beech front. Great location within the complex, next to breakfast (Great selection of hot and cold food). Plenty of pools non of which too busy
But, the service is outstanding and the people are very friendly. It is on the outskirts of Costa Teguise. Hence, a form of transport is highly recommended
They also rent out steps or bicycles (electric or human-powered) for much better prices compared to the city (5o eur for a day versus 15 for an hour)
Stayed as a family of 3 (4 year old daughter) in one of the 1 bedroom apartments
The layout of the resort masks it's size and you feel there are only a handful of people there. Good location with plenty of other bars and eateries near by

I loved the resort; it's perfect for spending a few days in Lanzarote. The grounds are huge, and your little house is in a square with its own pool. It has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom
Very similar to a large hostel with good bungalows (with a kitchenette, kettle, microwave) many children, many small pools on the territory There is a shop on site (prices are above average), a cafe where you can buy breakfast / dinner The disadvantage is that there is no access to the sea-ocean, as such
(there is a certain bay on the territory, more like a paddling pool) To swim you need to go along the promenade along the sea to the beach
The room was very large and comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils to make your meals, the pools were very clean. The bed was comfortable but a little old and it sounded as soon as you moved
I wanted to spend one more day, so I renewed my hotel reservation. The overall feeling of the hotel environment was very good in the first three days, but on the fourth day the front desk was replaced by an older man
I enjoyed the lane swimming and the surrounding area is perfect for running. I also used the gym several times. Shops and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. A shout out to all the staff, you are amazing

The food was of an excellent choice however we found either luke warm or cold on many occasions. Lids on the food would be ideal
We were a family of 4, who booked all-inclusive from the 1st to the 8th of April. The hotel is dated but very clean. A much older clientele but I was expecting that, I actually find that quiet reassuring
The buffet dining was ok, perfect for our children, but fine dining it is not, and that is just what we were looking for. Unfortunately my husband got bad news from home and had to leave two days early
At no point did she offer to take me aside to a separate room. I explained that my husband had to leave unexpectedly for family bad news at home. I explained how my brother was helping me out
Maybe an area made more accessible for people with aids would be helpful for them. The hotel was very busy and sometimes we did find it difficult to get a bed around the pool if we weren’t down before 10
My brother was also holidaying in Lanzarote, with his family, and offered to come get me and my kids so we could spend the day with them, for support, the day my husband left

Food not great all of the time, could have been hotter, had to resort to using the microwave on a few occasions( mainly used for heating baby milk) bungalow was great, own sunloungers so didn't need to go to the pool area, left that to families with children
Entertainment team absolutely fabulous especially amy she is sooo beautiful and friendly ❤️ unfortunately the snack bar man sooo rude not interested in job. Super for the children's.
The show every night is incredible, there are a lot of activities to do during day time. Nice pools and snacks between meals as well . staff are all super friendly and we got clean room everyday
We had beautiful stay here new year was amazing the fire show and variety show was just fantastic the food was the entertainment team made this place they are friendly good but could be better we will be back for sure
Overall a really good family holiday but room for improvement. We went as a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids ages 9-12). The room was ok the bathroom was one that had been brought up-to-date
Kate and Maria from the entertainment were amazing and very friendly and helpful as all the entertainment team. Made the holiday. Good food. Clean hotel with lots of entertainment all day and night

Entertainment was good at night and the team are excellent, communicating with many languages. Reception staff cannot do enough for you. The hotel is clean and everyone who works there is really polite and helpful
Good thing was the fan worked as it was 30 degrees enclosed patio bathroom okay breakfast was okay nice fresh fruit and yogurt which was made fresh
We have visited this hotel twice now over the years. We got home 9th April after a 10 nights stay, we will be going back later on in the year
Massive thank you to the manager who I emailed before we came regarding a ground floor apartment and he made that happen for us. Pool is cold but once you’re in it’s fine
This was because the food was terrible, if you didn’t like pork or chicken and alway Luke warm it was no good. The salad was ok but the same every night was awful and boring same with dessert
The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to help. From checking in to ordering taxis to general enquiries

I went to the staff at reception to resolve this issue as it was extremely embarrassing as I was a solo traveler I paid my bill and also tipped the staff wore lovely people but the guy from the bar didn’t even apologise when he called his colleague to confirm I paid and I was told I could bring the glass
He was also professional as I was finishing up I paid and ask could I get a paper/plastic cup as I had a glass, He said it’s fine go ahead with the glass so on the way back to my room I was physically grabbed a member of staff from the bar accusing me of not paying and telling me I can’t bring my glass
I was extremely embarrassed I was offered 1 drink as there was no manager he’s on vacation I found that extremely confusing as a hotel chain they have no manager on site 3 days ago I reported this every day I went down to see what the update was
Every thing was lovely I was a solo traveler the accommodation was what I expected very clean. Staff always willing to help I had no concerns with the flora whatsoever I would definitely go back to this hotel
My Spanish is below average as he needs to go study English as it’s a tourism industry with majority of people coming to this area are English speaking people
There was an issue with the restaurant as I went into the buffet I confirmed prior to the gentleman that I’m self catering I will be paying cash

Staff are friendly and ate always very busy making your stay a good one. Bad points for us - we had a family suite which was infected with ants when we arrived. It took 3 separate calls to reception before it was sorted
My stay at Hotel Vitalclass was truly wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere is calm, the facilities are very well maintained, and everything is designed to make guests feel relaxed and comfortable
Hotel is great for kids. Rooms are one bedroom apartments. Great size. Nothing fancy but nice. Good size balancy. Food good but not a good children menu in the restuant if you have a plain eater.
A special mention goes to the chef for the quality, creativity, and care shown in every dish — you can truly taste the passion behind the cuisine
The entire staff was warm, attentive, and professional at all times, always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their kindness and dedication made the experience even more enjoyable
Special thanks to manager who has a great team around who are helpful and always smiling. Until next year memories will last. Nice healthy stroll to local bars and shops taxi’s cheap around 5e into resort

We recently stayed for a week, 2 adults 2 kids. The highlight of the trip for us were the Animation Team. They provided great entertainment during the day and every evening, with a variety of events throughout the week
Great place for families plenty food choices but only 1 resteraunt with 2 seating areas pool bar food not great but on all day apartments basic but spacious but the beds are terrible barely slept & kids beds are just sheets and pillow made up on 1 side of a corner couch that was like a play centre material both beds and couch like sleeping on an ironing board we all had sore backs! Didn't need to get...
I witnessed a woman screaming at a life guard because he asked her to take her necklace off on the slide, to be fair if it ripped her head off her body probably wouldn’t notice for a couple of weeks
The staff of the animation team were by far the friendliest and most helpful in the hotel. My kids want to go back and work with them!
Water park is a blast and is far enough from the bar that the Jeremy Kyle rejects can’t be arsed to wonder so it’s relatively quiet unlike their watering hole (pool bar)
Pool & Water Park: The pool area is great, with multiple options for different depths—kids really enjoyed it. The Dino water park is fun, but safety needs improvement

We used the pool bar during the day price were good and the food was really good. We also used the bar arena downstairs a few times for food and drink really nice food and great staff that look after you
That in itself says how much we love the place! If you like clean spacious apartments set around a beautiful, quiet pool area then it’s perfect for you! We love the peaceful location away from the slightly busier areas
A small complex of apartments and bungalows rooms in a quiet area of player Blanca. We upgraded to the bungalow which wasn’t very expensive. The bungalow was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable
These are my only complaints! Check-in was easy and the receptionist, very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Pool towels can be hired for a €10 returnable deposit
Our 3rd visit, nice room, staff were very helpful & friendly as always, just a shame you can’t get a breakfast till nearly dinner time & the pool bar opens at 12 & the shop on site closes early ! Very mixed weather for mid march, booked for next April but not at the palmeras
We found several interesting walks from our accommodation including the extinct volcano immediately behind the resort. It’s a wonderful energetic walk to the top and the views are well worth the effort

This is a family-friendly hotel with children. It has a water park and is popular with many international families with children. The rooms are large, and both bathrooms are also spacious
The animation team makes this hotel above the rest. Anazing with the kids doinv dance lessons on the stage. Simply outstanding.
Every staff member from domestics, reception, bar staff, dining rooms and animation team were superb
This property is well worth the stay. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is a problem. Our accommodation was very clean and well set out. We stayed half board and it suited us perfectly
The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the shower is comfortable, the small balcony has a view of the garden and the distant mountains, and the air is fresh and cool
The hotel was in a quiet location with plenty of parking. Spacious and clean rooms and variety of activities throughout the day. Food choices was great too.

One room was available when we checked in so we were able to leave all our luggage together, use the bathroom, get changed. The children had a wonderful time in the pool everyday
We stayed here as a family of 7, 5 adults and 2 children (5 and 8). My husband and I have stayed in H10 adults only hotels before, this was a first at a family hotel
Food variations every evening. A separate buffet for children if they wanted it. Ice cream and chocolate fountains also available. All inclusive drinks included premium spirits - a first in a long time
The eldest went to the maxi club and had a great time. We played bingo every evening, there was a mini disco and an evening show. The all inclusive buffet was the best we have had in a long time
The staff were very friendly and plentiful. No dirty plates left on tables, floors cleaned when needed. The grounds were immaculate (something which H10 does very well)
The hotel was excellent for all ages, the rooms clean and well maintained. We had 3 rooms which were all next door to each other

- Plenty of pool areas to choose from. - The animation team were brilliant – full of energy and enthusiasm. A weekly timetable can be found inside the main building and there really is something for everyone
A set meal was kindly arranged for 11pm in the main restaurant. We didn’t stay for this though as we had two very tired children 😴 - The staff are fantastic – always friendly, helpful, and hardworking
I did miss this detail but it is noted on the info you receive at check in. Excellent for families – great facilities including slides, a splash zone for younger children, and a sandy play park
- Amazing maintenance team - thank you Jose Luis for helping us with a temporary fix to our new suitcase which arrived off the plane damaged 😅 - Spacious, modern, comfortable rooms each with a large sun terrace
A special thank you to Valentina, Andrea, Omar, Sheila, and Diana and to the ladies on guest relations. - Beautiful, well-maintained grounds with a lovely layout that gives the hotel a unique village feel
Tip - Let the hotel Know if you require a bath or shower specifically as some rooms have either or. Note housekeeping can be as late as 6pm - you can however request a particular time if you so wish

I give tip: walk as far as you want and start shop jumping from there, there is little cheaper prices. Pools: big pool was warmed and get truly nice warm by the day
For me also smaller pool was good because i like cooler water. Another tip: keep your bathroom sink seawer closed when not using, you might get suprise visitor if not
You can also have transferring ordered by hotel nicely. Location is best thing in this hotel. Really near amazing nice beach and two other beaches also and all restaurants and bars and shops are in walking distance
😅 I had forgetted to close it one night and i needed to kill one cockroach. But it was only time i saw cockroach in hotel for two week being there. Rooms: we had seaview apartment and must say that it was worth it
The staff go above and beyond to make your stay special. Special thanks to Tania, Perla and Jacqueline. We are due to holiday in April and have booked for September
Only thing i cant tell about is food because we hadnt any. This area is full of restaurants and room had kitchenette so we wanted to eat different places everyday. Also right against hotel is Dino market
