Very friendly, great food and facilities
Great time had. Their greatest asset is their staff. All warm and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Remembered me and my drink preference from a year ago! Don’t know how to they do it. Food options were more limited this time. But more space for more guests. Still excellent food though. Room was lovely. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Grounds very clean. Very clean through out. Towels seemed...
We've been to this hotel 4 times now and its always like a home from home, friendly staff and the food has always been amazing, we have tried other places but always come back here.
Food was not as good as in previous visits.
Just back from a wonderful ten days at Los Jameos Playa, so here's my honest review. Let's do the bad stuff first, although it really isn't that bad. There's a fair bit of building works going on but it's being done with consideration to guests, so unless you really look for it then its easily missed. The odd workman here and there and the odd knock of the hammer, but that's really about all. Probably...
We went here in 2023 and it was by far the best hotel we have been to, ever! at the time I had a couple of niggles but they were totally petty things compared to the overall holiday experience I've got to say the hotel and food was beautiful the service, excellent and the location is perfect, and I'm would return in a heartbeat. In lanzarote it's a lovely haven.

Staff amazing. Food decent. Hotel was great for what we needed. Lobby area nice and pool bar brilliant. Location right on beach / promenade loved it.
It was the first time we stayed here i thought the hotel was a little run down time for a refit no kettle in the room and the first time i ever paid a deposit on a plastic pool glass thought that was a bit of a joke the area outside the hotel really good centre plenty of good bars and food probley wouldnt stay at the hotel again would recomend for young familys not couples
We had a nice basic room with Mountain View. The food was very good for us,they served a wide range of food items. The pool area was very nice and the spa good for colder days. The entertainment was enough for us .It is a large basic hotel good value for what we paid.
The location of the hotel is amazing it’s right in front of the ocean. The hotel itself is very big and has everything you need. We had all inclusive, the cocktails at the bar were free. The hotel also has its own spa, hairdresser, gym, sports bar and small shops, so you don’t even need to leave the hotel.
We also went to a club and taxi prices were very low €6-8. The room was quite simple, there were...
Mixed bag.
Rooms very nice & spacious
Location very close to the airport, lots of bars & restaurants about
Food, terrible, all the restaurants in the hotel were well below standard, the So called Bamboo Chinese was the worst followed closely by the burger shop. The main restaurant was very average always something to eat but nothing was more than average.
Pool area was very nice.
We upgraded to All...
The 1st sea room was not the best with a palm tree & car park. Had to ask reception to move rooms as we had paid for the upgrade. Room was tired, lack of amenities, 1 bottle of water. The pool was decent and heated. Many bars to drink at. The food was nothing to write home about, as All Inclusive, we went out and ate. The Italian restaurant food was below par, tasteless sauces. Lunch had pigeons trying...

The accommodation was nice and beautiful, close to various places and convenient for travel.
The only downside was the breakfast; there wasn't much variety, it was repetitive.
For the last two days, my boyfriend and I didn't go down for breakfast.
We ate outside instead.
The resort was lovely, and the staff made the experience even better. As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety at the buffet and how accommodating the chefs were. Beautiful area for walks, and with plenty of activities, we were never bored during our 7-day stay.
Everything was perfect, such a lovely place and pleasant and helpful staff. Throughly enjoyed our visit
The entire Reception Staff were amazingly helpful and efficient. Room cleaner did a good job too. Restaurants were great.
The personnel was always friendly, quickand had a fantastic smile on their face. The restaurant selection was nice.
Front of house staff are exceptional from the second you arrive at the property.
Ocean view room just stunning and very clean.
Several restaurants on site offering delicious options to suit everyone. Entertainment every night.
The spa was so relaxing.
I will be back for sure! Would recommend

We were a family of 4, who booked all-inclusive from the 1st to the 8th of April. The hotel is dated but very clean. A much older clientele but I was expecting that, I actually find that quiet reassuring. The buffet dining was ok, perfect for our children, but fine dining it is not, and that is just what we were looking for. Unfortunately my husband got bad news from home and had to leave two days...
The hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned by competent cleaners especially on floor 3500. Reception staff, waiters and chefs all very friendly & nothing is too much trouble. Hotel entertainment was good to very good and welcome as the evenings this year were very cool indeed. Food was good quality and plenty of choice, best breakfast sausages at a Canary Islands hotel.
Location. Food. Pool. Rooms need updating. Entertainment is better than previous years. This was our fifth time there.
Just returned home from a 2 week stay. Have visited many times and were warmly welcomed back. Although the room we were allocated wasn't to our liking, reception moved us as soon as possible. All the staff are friendly and are a credit to the hotel. Good choice of food, sometimes not hot enough but there is a microwave! The hotel was very busy but you could always find a sunbed round the pool. Most...
This is a big hotel catering for large numbers. Rooms are clean and acceptable. Staff on front desk helpful and friendly. Staff in restaurant sometimes harassed and stressed. Some of the food ok, a lot of it pre prepared and reheated. Salads slathered in mayonnaise. Vegetables frozen and factory prepared. Poor choice of cheese and desserts. Other places offer better.
I have been to this Hotel a few times and love it except for one major problem and one other problem that might or not be considered major for some people.Do NOT accept rooms on corridor 1700 to 1724.These rooms suffer from a mechanical noise all the time and can make sleep difficult . It is like a hand drier in a toilet running in the ceiling all night, sometimes less than others. The hotel are aware...

I'm currently staying at Hotel Fariones has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm and attentive service. The location is perfect—right by the sea, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. Waking up to the sound of the ocean each morning was a highlight in itself.....
We have lost count of how many times we have stayed at Hotel Fariones and we booked a return visit in July on route to the airport for our flight home. This is the best indicator of how good Hotel Fariones is. The hotel, its facilities and its staff are exceptional. You will find cheaper hotels on the island which hold a 5 star rating but none come close to rivalling Hotel Fariones. From the moment...
Our second visit to this hotel and once again it was superb. The food and accommodation could not be faulted and always sun beds available. All the staff were kind and helpful and we were well looked after for our entire stay
This hotel just does everything right. We have stayed in a lot of good hotels on the island but this is number one by far. Great arrival with the most professional and friendly staff, spotless soundproof room with beautiful views and a faultless buffet breakfast. We booked b+b as the area around the hotel is great for meals and drinks. The gardens are exquisite and perfectly kept. Plenty sun loungers...
From the moment we arrived the pure luxury and attention to detail was obvious. This continued throughout our 7 night stay. Staff were exceptional, hotel spotlessly clean with our room a junior suite outstanding. We are so pleased we opted for half board, the food was out of this world. We are lucky enough to have stayed in some grand hotels in the world as we celebrate our important birthdate’s...
Although we were not resident in the hotel, we were welcomed in for lunch in the terrace. The sun was shining overlooking the pool and the sea beyond. We had a really lovely lunch and a bottle of Rosalita (their Rosè). Staff are so nice and very efficient. The hotel itself is truly 5 star. We will stay here on our next trip to Lanzarote.

Lovely hotel, very clean & staff were very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional, so much choice
Great Hotel right on the beach. We liked the more quiet area very much. Not too crowed and still enough cafés and shops nearby. The massages in the spa (Body Care) were amazing. The food was just worldclass and the staff always helpful and frindely. We plan to come again.
The hotel is very nice and very clean, except for the pool terrace in the mornings, as it's always full of water. Unfortunately, the pool water is very cold, and I hardly got to swim during my entire vacation. The bar and restaurant staff are very friendly. A special thanks to Erika, who made our vacation even better. We'll be back next year!
Super location. Welcome was excellent. Breakfast very good. Bar staff seemed to be under duress to make sales, but relaxed after change of shift/manager. Have stayed before and La Geria was great fun, but change of ownership seems to have taken the life out of the place. Like others have said, glasses not collected from room, a small thing but along with no seat/desk and fridge door opening against...
We sadly only stayed for one night for my partners birthday, but we had a great time and would definitely come back. The hotel was clean, the pool was gorgeous and swimmable in November! Staff were super friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The beach is just across the road, great location, only 20 minutes from the airport. The strip is another 20 minutes down the road, well connected by local buses...
Had an amazing stay. All the staff work tirelessly and always with a smile. The hotel is spotless with great entertainment, amenities, food and drink. Thank you everyone for making a very enjoyable first trip to Lanzarote.

We've had the pleasure of staying in this hotel on 5 occasions and never had a single complaint.
A good 3* hotels. Positives: -Rooms are clean and comfortable in size. - Fridge in room. - Massive shout out to Viktor on the reception team, super personable and friendly. - Pizza is great from the restaurant. - Staff will always greet you and you feel welcome. - Lots of sun loungers, no need for towel wars in April. - Hiring of towels was useful. - As an animal lover, lots of cats wandering around...
Nothing negative to say about this hotel, we arrived at 11am but room ready, beautiful spot and yes the furniture is dark wood so dated but the complex is kept so very clean, maid service everyday and food was delicious , 3 pool areas so you can pick lively, bit quieter or quiet, staff all lovely and friendly but a special shout out for RAQUEL, she is so funny, friendly and knows exactly what good...

Just returned from a week here. Yes, rooms could be updated but apart from that there were no other faults. Cleaning staff are constantly cleaning doing an amazing job. I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. I cannot for the life of me work out why it is only 3 star. The staff were wonderful, helpful and happy. The place was immaculate and the location was perfect. I saved for a long time for this holiday and my daughters and I had the most perfect time. I would recommend Hotel Floresta to anyone. Thank you
Our family really enjoyed our week at the Floresta. A big shout out to Johan and the animation team for keeping our kids occupied with activities during our stay. Staff was friendly and entire resort was kept sporless. Keep up the great work!
Dinner choices were fire with lukewarm offerings - lots of fish and pork, not much chicken.
Clean and comfortable rooms and helpful staff, especially the lovely reception team
Staff are lovely. We arrived late evening after the restaurant had closed. They had plated up some cold meats cheeses fruit and bread for us to have once we were settled in our rooms. Pool is lovely but I must say it is full of salt water. Rooms are spacious and clean.
We stayed recently absolutely loved the hotel its self, rooms are huge and clean, food is very disappointing im not picky eater but I really struggled, also evening entertainment wasn't the best would like to see the holiday reps have more on for kids and adults throughout the day, music on speakers after the entertainment would be really ideal, would love to return but only if the food changed and...
Just got back from a 10-night family stay at Hotel Floresta and we had a great time! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very good, rooms were lovely, public areas clean tidy and not too busy, there are plenty of sitting areas and the food was excellent. The location is good, in a quieter area but with bus stops not far away to take you anywhere you want to go.

Excellent hotel,
Staff were amazing, and catered to our needs!
We emailed requesting a ground floor room due to disability, and was arranged,
Rooms are immaculate,

Would def return to this hotel as we enjoyed ourselves so much
Not the best of locations in Lanzarote, and with limited parking just outside the hotel, nevertheless everything else about Aparthotel I union was excellent - the room, the meals, the grounds, and the friendliness of the staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Accommodation satisfactory, clean. Only downside of the apartments complex
Is all the stairs….. not recommended for disability or elderly who struggle with stairs and especially a lot of them.
What to say about the BV Aquarius.
On first arrival we were less than impressed. The complex is large. There are many steps, no lifts, no ramps. Impossible for anyone with mobility issues to navigate.
Our room was a 1 bedroom apartment with a mattress set on top of a sofa in the lounge as a 3rd bed. This seriously impaired the space in the living area. The apartment furniture was basic...

Nice bungalow in a complex and nice breakfast on site. A few problems with a sewage leak, but was promptly fixed. Nice and quiet location.
Beautiful luxurious villas, huge windows with lots of light and looking out to manicured gardens. Had a private pool. Additional €35 per day for heating. Very peaceful and private villa. A walk to the main town but back up a steep hill. Staff were extremely attentive. We can’t wait to return. Buffet breakfast was included with a good variety of items. Two coffee machines would be nice as there was...
BEST OF ALL TIME great buffet I recommend getting a heated pool because we got one . Our villa was 13 and was great lovely staff , especially Alberto who welcomed us at reception and cleaners it's not too small about six people could fit in our one. 100% out of 100%to the pool Best holiday of my life,5 stars xoxo, sarah
A fabulous place to stay my daughter & I were upgraded to a classic villa instead of a room at their sister hotel. The villa was beautiful with its own private pool, we had the benefit of hotel services at a villa. The place was cleaned alternative days & the pool was maintained regularly. It was really quiet too. The restaurant on site is in a beautiful setting & offers a wide range of choice for...

Lovely location,in middle of the strip but not that you would know. So quiet real peacefully. Breakfast something for everyone, cooked and usual cold meats breads juices. Pool was very nice, was 32 degrees so was popping in to cool down regular. Mainly couples. Will be back september for sure. Only thing for me consecrated lounge. It's a glass partition so no privacy it your a night owl.watching tv....
Fab hotel , lovely staff , close to everything, we were there in 2024 and 2025 and hopefully in 2026 , I would like to see the steel wire chairs around the bar and in our rooms with something more comfortable
Stayed at the Barcarola from Feb 17th for 9 nights ( B&B). The apartments are in a lovely setting, with the pool at the centre of this circular complex. There were plenty of available loungers etc to suit all needs. We did expect average weather and packed a case for all occasions but the temp didn't drop below 23, reaching a high of 28. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard with friendly staff...

Nice hotel, clean, located in the back of the southern part of the ***** in Puerto del Carmen, the part where you will find the more lower budget Brittish holidaymakers. Check in was very late, only after 15.30pm. Pool was nice, though rather chilly because of the heavy winds. Even if temperature reaches 24 degrees February is still rather cold, in the evenings temperatures drop very quickly. TIP:...

The hotel itself is in a very good location. Close to all the amenities and yet so nice and quiet at night. Staff in general are very unfriendly and not very attentive. Many times, your ignored or walked past when waiting to be served. Then, not polite when serving you, then they do eventually get around to doing so. Staff appear to be very opinionated and wrongly presume because people are from the...
I enjoyed my stay at Relaxia Lanzaplaya very much. Great rooms with everything you need, supermarkets and other amenities are very close. No tourists tax in Lanzarote, but you need to pay fixed fee of €15 to use safe in your room. Better to bring your own beach/pool towel. However, they are available at reception, €10 deposit will be required. Room service was daily. I stayed on half board basis and...
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel and complex was kept immaculate and I would definitely visit again.
We had an amazing time. Had a few issues with room's to start. Put everything was quickly corrected by the lovely manager and the lady Sonia. We then enjoyed lots of lovely food plenty of choice. All the staff very welcoming, Tania at the pool bar. Franco in the restaurant, I forget the lovely man in the other bar was very nice. And a big thank you to James on the entertainment team and is apprentice...
As hotel seizes goes it was on a much smaller scale which suited us perfectly. We went all inclusive and was worth it. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main strip with a large selection of bars and restaurants to choose from. The food was of very good quality and quite a diverse selection. The apartments were spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly...
All excellent thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing break, all staff are very accommodating, food was great with a wide choice. The only downside was the entertainment or lack-of and when it was on it was shockingly bad. But with that said it did allow us to chat and meet other people, to which we had a great laugh.
