We've been to this hotel 4 times now and its always like a home from home, friendly staff and the food has always been amazing, we have tried other places but always come back here.

Food was not as good as in previous visits.

Just back from a wonderful ten days at Los Jameos Playa, so here's my honest review. Let's do the bad stuff first, although it really isn't that bad. There's a fair bit of building works going on but it's being done with consideration to guests, so unless you really look for it then its easily missed. We went here in 2023 and it was by far the best hotel we have been to, ever! at the time I had a couple of niggles but they were totally petty things compared to the overall holiday experience I've got to say the hotel and food was beautiful the service, excellent and the location is perfect, and I'm would return in a heartbeat. We were a family of 4, who booked all-inclusive from the 1st to the 8th of April. The hotel is dated but very clean. This is a big hotel catering for large numbers. Rooms are clean and acceptable. Staff on front desk helpful and friendly. Staff in restaurant sometimes harassed and stressed. Some of the food ok, a lot of it pre prepared and reheated. Salads slathered in mayonnaise. Vegetables frozen and factory prepared. Poor choice of cheese and desserts. Other places offer better.

Although we were not resident in the hotel, we were welcomed in for lunch in the terrace. The sun was shining overlooking the pool and the sea beyond. Pleasant surprise when we were given a 2 bed apartment rather than a 1 bed which we booked. Great location for restaurants, bars and beach but far enough away to be quiet. Only annoying thing was the kids water area which went in from 10 am until 6 pm continually even although there were no kids around due to bad weather.

The accommodation was nice and beautiful, close to various places and convenient for travel. The only downside was the breakfast; there wasn't much variety, it was repetitive. For the last two days, my boyfriend and I didn't go down for breakfast. We ate outside instead.

The resort was lovely, and the staff made the experience even better. As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety at the buffet and how accommodating the chefs were. Beautiful area for walks, and with plenty of activities, we were never bored during our 7-day stay.

I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. I cannot for the life of me work out why it is only 3 star. The staff were wonderful, helpful and happy. What to say about the BV Aquarius. On first arrival we were less than impressed. The complex is large. There are many steps, no lifts, no ramps. Absolutely loved my stay here. Location was ideal, everything within walking distance. The apartments were fully equipped, extremely spacious and cleaned every second day if you wish. Great place and so easy to deal with, from booking to leaving everything was so easy the rooms as to be expected for a spanish apartment same as you get everywhere for that price. I took my wife and step daughter and I will definitely be back as the location is great and cardiac Hill isn't as bad as they say. A 5 minute walk to some great restaurants and bars, thank you and see you all again soon

Very surprised these are only 2 star, Absolutely spotless clean beds are comfy,Very spacious,Staff are very friendly, lots of pools to choose from , Very happy with our stay Only down fall is the hill but taxis are very cheap just 3euro. Will definitely come again great value for money.

We stayed here for 10 nights in early Jan 26, we had a huge recently refurbished 2 bedroom apartment, in the upper pool area, away from the big pool whi8is also the noisy area. I would ask for rooms in the 500s or 600s , 500 rooms are ground floor and better in my opinion. 600s are 1st floor room's with a small balcony which doesn't always get the ☀️. This is a great budget hotel - lots of places are out pricing stays in Lanzarote, especially during the Xmas and New Year period, but these apartments were value for money. They are fully self catering so be aware they do not provide toiletries or dishwashing soap - Mercadona is only a few mos walk away and great value for money, or take some small bottles with you. Great Villa, exactly like the photos. Pool was better than expected. It is well furnished with all you would need. Staff are very helpful and kind. Location is close to bus stops and supermarket ( 5 mins walk) and about 10 mins walk from beach.

Nice bungalow in a complex and nice breakfast on site. A few problems with a sewage leak, but was promptly fixed. Nice and quiet location.

BEST OF ALL TIME great buffet I recommend getting a heated pool because we got one . A fabulous place to stay my daughter & I were upgraded to a classic villa instead of a room at their sister hotel.
