We've been to this hotel 4 times now and its always like a home from home, friendly staff and the food has always been amazing, we have tried other places but always come back here.

Food was not as good as in previous visits.

Just back from a wonderful ten days at Los Jameos Playa, so here's my honest review. Let's do the bad stuff first, although it really isn't that bad. There's a fair bit of building works going on but it's being done with consideration to guests, so unless you really look for it then its easily missed. We went here in 2023 and it was by far the best hotel we have been to, ever! at the time I had a couple of niggles but they were totally petty things compared to the overall holiday experience I've got to say the hotel and food was beautiful the service, excellent and the location is perfect, and I'm would return in a heartbeat. The accommodation was nice and beautiful, close to various places and convenient for travel. The only downside was the breakfast; there wasn't much variety, it was repetitive. For the last two days, my boyfriend and I didn't go down for breakfast. We ate outside instead.

The resort was lovely, and the staff made the experience even better. As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety at the buffet and how accommodating the chefs were. Beautiful area for walks, and with plenty of activities, we were never bored during our 7-day stay.

We were a family of 4, who booked all-inclusive from the 1st to the 8th of April. The hotel is dated but very clean. A much older clientele but I was expecting that, I actually find that quiet reassuring. The hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned by competent cleaners especially on floor 3500. Reception staff, waiters and chefs all very friendly & nothing is too much trouble. This is a big hotel catering for large numbers. Rooms are clean and acceptable. Staff on front desk helpful and friendly. Staff in restaurant sometimes harassed and stressed. Although we were not resident in the hotel, we were welcomed in for lunch in the terrace. The sun was shining overlooking the pool and the sea beyond. The hotel is very nice and very clean, except for the pool terrace in the mornings, as it's always full of water. This is a great budget hotel - lots of places are out pricing stays in Lanzarote, especially during the Xmas and New Year period, but these apartments were value for money. Lovely location,in middle of the strip but not that you would know. So quiet real peacefully. Breakfast something for everyone,cooked and usual cold meats breads juices. Pool was very nice,was 32 degrees so was popping in to cool down regular. Mainly couples. Will be back september for sure. Only thing for me consecrated lounge. It's a glass partition so no privacy it your a night owl.watching tv....

Nice hotel, clean, located in the back of the southern part of the ***** in Puerto del Carmen, the part where you will find the more lower budget Brittish holidaymakers. Check in was very late, only after 15.30pm. Pool was nice, though rather chilly because of the heavy winds. The hotel itself is in a very good location. Close to all the amenities and yet so nice and quiet at night. Staff in general are very unfriendly and not very attentive. Many times, your ignored or walked past when waiting to be served. Then, not polite when serving you, then they do eventually get around to doing so. I enjoyed my stay at Relaxia Lanzaplaya very much. Great rooms with everything you need, supermarkets and other amenities are very close. No tourists tax in Lanzarote, but you need to pay fixed fee of €15 to use safe in your room. Better to bring your own beach/pool towel. As hotel seizes goes it was on a much smaller scale which suited us perfectly. We went all inclusive and was worth it. All excellent thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing break, all staff are very accommodating, food was great with a wide choice. The only downside was the entertainment or lack-of and when it was on it was shockingly bad. But with that said it did allow us to chat and meet other people, to which we had a great laugh.
