Hotels in Puerto del Carmen

I thought i was going to a prison sell the walk way was grim and found the hotel food to be below par, the towels in the room which are bath towels are thin and very small and brown.

Ok. The hotel was spotless and the staff were all lovely. There were loads of sun loungers and lots of shades so no fighting for space. The bedrooms were lovely too. The downsides of this hotel were the food, drink and entertainment. The speciality restaurants were just different buffets and the main buffet was pretty similar day in and day out. Have just come back from A 8 night holiday here we could have happily stayed another couple of days. Everywhere was spotlessly clean rooms were very nice had a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo. We took our own beach towels but you can do without them as they give you them and you can change them as many times as you like. Just got back from an amazing 10 night's in this hotel. Great location right on the beach. The busy Puerto del Carmen ***** is a short taxi ride away, took about 5 to 10 mins. Never cost more than 5 euros! The hotel is huge, but well managed by the staff. The resturant is busy but plenty of tables available thanks to how quick the staff clear the tables. Amazing hotel! The location, at the quieter end of PDC, 5/10 mins from Airport and only €1.40 on local bus (161). Still besides shops, bars & restaurants but with this being an All Inclusive hotel I never had to spent a cent. We've been to this hotel 4 times now and its always like a home from home, friendly staff and the food has always been amazing, we have tried other places but always come back here.

We went here in 2023 and it was by far the best hotel we have been to, ever! at the time I had a couple of niggles but they were totally petty things compared to the overall holiday experience I've got to say the hotel and food was beautiful the service, excellent and the location is perfect, and I'm would return in a heartbeat. The accommodation was nice and beautiful, close to various places and convenient for travel. The only downside was the breakfast; there wasn't much variety, it was repetitive. For the last two days, my boyfriend and I didn't go down for breakfast. We ate outside instead.

The resort was lovely, and the staff made the experience even better. As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety at the buffet and how accommodating the chefs were. Beautiful area for walks, and with plenty of activities, we were never bored during our 7-day stay.

We were a family of 4, who booked all-inclusive from the 1st to the 8th of April. The hotel is dated but very clean. A much older clientele but I was expecting that, I actually find that quiet reassuring. The hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned by competent cleaners especially on floor 3500. Reception staff, waiters and chefs all very friendly & nothing is too much trouble. This is a big hotel catering for large numbers. Rooms are clean and acceptable. Staff on front desk helpful and friendly. Staff in restaurant sometimes harassed and stressed. Pleasant surprise when we were given a 2 bed apartment rather than a 1 bed which we booked. Great location for restaurants, bars and beach but far enough away to be quiet. Only annoying thing was the kids water area which went in from 10 am until 6 pm continually even although there were no kids around due to bad weather.

Stunning hotel with excellent facilities. We were offers a room upgrade and enjoyed a junior suite. We were on B&B board basis and this was lovely with lots of tasty options. We used the padel court and yoga classes which were fab! Would definitely return

Although we were not resident in the hotel, we were welcomed in for lunch in the terrace. The sun was shining overlooking the pool and the sea beyond. Just returned from our second stay at Hyde Park Lane Suites and we have already booked to come back next year! Cleaning was done nearly everyday if I needed staff were nice never ate the restaurant and never drank at the bar but overall I was happy.

Accommodation satisfactory, clean. Only downside of the apartments complex Is all the stairs….. not recommended for disability or elderly who struggle with stairs and especially a lot of them.

What to say about the BV Aquarius. On first arrival we were less than impressed. The complex is large. There are many steps, no lifts, no ramps. Impossible for anyone with mobility issues to navigate. Our room was a 1 bedroom apartment with a mattress set on top of a sofa in the lounge as a 3rd bed. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Just enjoyed a fabulous 10 days at this beautiful hotel. Very clean, very comfortable and - with art everywhere you look - totally unique. Absolutely loved my stay here. Location was ideal, everything within walking distance. The apartments were fully equipped, extremely spacious and cleaned every second day if you wish. In future I would definitely recommend asking for an upper floor apartment. Half way through the week a family moved in upstairs and could hear the children running and jumping up and down a lot. Had a fabulous stay at Club Del Carmen. Rooms were clean comfortable and well apportioned. The pool area and lounges are clean and very well managed and controlled. The restaurant was well serviced and the food was lovely with a very wide choice of both drinks and food.

All the apartment was spotless. Staff were very helpful.

I stayed five nights and only received two dishwasher scouring pads and one packet of distilled water and coffee. I requested enough supplies for five days, but they wanted to charge extra. The hotel's location is convenient.
