Hotels near sea shore in Lanzarote

I booked this hotel, after reading the reviews on *******!. This place truly is a gem - for sure, this is a palace - the hotel expands over a very large area on Playa Blanca, Lanzarote!

The food was very good in both restaurants we used. We cannot comment on the three restaurants where reservations are required as we actually prefer buffet arrangements and have never used the waiter service restaurants

I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room

Would I come back - for sure - I stayed in Dec 2025, and the daylight hours, similar ish to UK, H10 is blessed, in that the sun will stay across the sea/ocean(there is no real beach) front, during the month of Dec, and also the sun sets to the side of the hotel, around 6 pm (same time zone as UK) - well worth a watch, when you are situated in this hotels Piano bar (main bar) area, which is at least...

The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. We will definitely be back Elliot Gentles

Bermuda shorts, trainers and shirt buttons undone down to navel level is not the done thing. We even had one gentleman (And I'll use the phrase loosely) who wore his hat whilst seated

There are a couple of areas of the hotel still to open at the time of writing, including a children's area, additional bar and shops, but again, nothing that had any impact on our holiday in any way, shape or form

The pool bar is excellent, although we did encounter some queuing for service on several occasions

We've been to this hotel 4 times now and its always like a home from home, friendly staff and the food has always been amazing, we have tried other places but always come back here.

A couple of suggestions are to put the hot drinks machine on the counter and let people help themselves, and to install a self-service carbonated drinks dispenser

The drinks menu is large and detailed so if you get stuck behind someone ordering a couple of cocktails then be prepared to wait as everything is made to order

There was lots of space to sunbath around either of the 3 pools. Free WiFi and lovely sea views from the balcony. We would definitely visit again!

All good. Out room was not cleaned one of the days but no big deal. Good amenities but disappointed that tobuse the warm indoor pools you had to pay even on all inclusive

But instead were able to book a free room for half an hour to shower and refresh which made sure we had a full last day and didn’t cost us anything! The bar and restaurant staff were all so lovely even when it was busy, staff on reception were mainly nice a couple people could have been retrained on customer service but nothing major

Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day

I see and hear people complain that this is not 5 star hotel and they are right, but for us it is a 5 star holiday experience and resort

Excellent hotel. Staff and rooms great. Food well above average for an AI. Drinks great. Overall loved it and amazing sunsets

The room is modern and very clean, the food was great, the staff was very friendly and we particularly would like to thank Fernando, the waiter in the international buffet ' World Cafe' for his professional manner, politness and incredible service! We would definitely go back there

Every thing about this hotel is of a very good standard ,it’s very peaceful,excellent location ,great pools ,food and staff are excellent,the rooms are spotless,beds and linen are high quality ,shower is superb ,and also the high pressure toilets ! Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms, stayed in preferred room. Great mini bar, breakfast lovely. Second visit to this hotel will definitely return. Great location for accessing both parts and close to the beach

We have visited this hotel before, but not for some years. Pool and grounds are good, loungers fine but basic

This was our second stay at the Princess, having previously visited just after Christmas 2024 and over New Year 2025. We returned as a family group and stayed in both a junior suite and a superior double room

Overall, we had a wonderful experience spending Easter week in Playa Blanca, helped by fantastic weather. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again its a really good 4 star hotel and really central location

The entire complex is spotless, and the cleanliness of both the rooms and shared areas is excellent. The bar staff deserve a special mention—they are friendly, attentive, and provide great service

The rooms have been recently renovated and are now very modern, with updated bathrooms and a fresh, contemporary feel. We noticed several improvements since our last visit

The 1st sea room was not the best with a palm tree & car park. Had to ask reception to move rooms as we had paid for the upgrade. Room was tired, lack of amenities, 1 bottle of water. The pool was decent and heated

It was the first time we stayed here i thought the hotel was a little run down time for a refit no kettle in the room and the first time i ever paid a deposit on a plastic pool glass thought that was a bit of a joke the area outside the hotel really good centre plenty of good bars and food probley wouldnt stay at the hotel again would recomend for young familys not couples

We had a nice basic room with Mountain View. The food was very good for us,they served a wide range of food items. The pool area was very nice and the spa good for colder days. The entertainment was enough for us

The location of the hotel is amazing it’s right in front of the ocean. The hotel itself is very big and has everything you need. We had all inclusive, the cocktails at the bar were free

The hotel also has its own spa, hairdresser, gym, sports bar and small shops, so you don’t even need to leave the hotel. We also went to a club and taxi prices were very low €6-8

Fine and clean hotel with great views, good food, and a pleasant staff. Ideal for a relaxing break. Our only negative - the sunbeds were wet one morning and remained so during the day. But all else was great.

The room was spotless and the staff did a fantastic job. However a big tree took much of the seaview in room 3112.

Beautiful room overlooking pool and sea, mini bar, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine and the biggest shower I’ve ever seen! Plenty of hanging space in wardrobes and a huge comfy bed! Pillows were a bit uncomfortable though and nowhere to store your case away was disappointing

The room itself was lovely and spacious, spotlessly clean with a lovely balcony which had a table and 2 chairs, and views over to Playa Blanca Port and the sea

Location is perfect…short walk to Playa Blanca shops and restaurants and a gorgeous little beach Playa Flamingo on your doorstep! Watching the waves of the sea whilst lying in your sun lounger by the pool is a real treat! Staff were all so lovely and helpful

The room was very clean, all staff were very friendly and helpful, and all parts of the property were kept very clean. The outdoor lounging spaces were very comfortable and the poolside service was excellent.

The Hotel is lovely, we had a swim up suite preferred club which was lovely and fulfilled our requirements of quiet and privacy . We were very happy with every aspect of the hotel and staff and will be returning .

Front of house staff are exceptional from the second you arrive at the property. Ocean view room just stunning and very clean. Several restaurants on site offering delicious options to suit everyone

The full stay pass for the Spa was well worth it as the outdoor pool although heated were a bit too cold for us. The staff was really nice and helpful throughout the hotel

The mattress was also a little too firm for us, although we realise this is a personal preference. Otherwise we would not change a thing, one of the best hotels we have stayed in so we will return at some point

Customer service was outstanding throughout our entire holiday! The spa was absolutely amazing — highly recommended. The staff were all lovely and provided top-notch service from start to finish

Oh, they have a small shop here but walking to the nearest supermarket (300 meters or so) will save you 50% or more. The pools (they have many) are clean and so is the park itself. Did I mention the very friendly staff?

Lucky to get on of the newly refurbished rooms on the beech front. Great location within the complex, next to breakfast (Great selection of hot and cold food). Plenty of pools non of which too busy

But, the service is outstanding and the people are very friendly. It is on the outskirts of Costa Teguise. Hence, a form of transport is highly recommended

They also rent out steps or bicycles (electric or human-powered) for much better prices compared to the city (5o eur for a day versus 15 for an hour)

The layout of the resort masks it's size and you feel there are only a handful of people there. Good location with plenty of other bars and eateries near by

I stayed at the resort for a couple of weeks in different rooms. The resort was teaming with athletes and had a great sporting vibe about it

(there is a certain bay on the territory, more like a paddling pool) To swim you need to go along the promenade along the sea to the beach

I loved the resort; it's perfect for spending a few days in Lanzarote. The grounds are huge, and your little house is in a square with its own pool. It has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom

Very similar to a large hostel with good bungalows (with a kitchenette, kettle, microwave) many children, many small pools on the territory There is a shop on site (prices are above average), a cafe where you can buy breakfast / dinner The disadvantage is that there is no access to the sea-ocean, as such

The room was very large and comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils to make your meals, the pools were very clean. The bed was comfortable but a little old and it sounded as soon as you moved

I wanted to spend one more day, so I renewed my hotel reservation. The overall feeling of the hotel environment was very good in the first three days, but on the fourth day the front desk was replaced by an older man

I enjoyed the lane swimming and the surrounding area is perfect for running. I also used the gym several times. Shops and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. A shout out to all the staff, you are amazing

The kids park could do with a little revamp, and the gritty sand is very unpleasant underfoot. This is an excellent place to take children on account of the large site, buffet and nearby beach

Some people have mentioned the saltiness of some of the food and my wife and I would agree with this, especially in the Oriental Restaurant. This apart, it is a lovely place to unwind in the sun

I'm currently sat on my comfortable bed in my 2 bedroom apartment at Los Zocos Impressive. The whole complex is very clean and the staff are friendly, helpful and polite

Definitely a four star experience. This is not against the hotel but a warm pool would make this a perfection

The only thing i could say i wasnt too happy with was the entertainment, the entertainment do work very hard, but, the activities need improving

We had a great time at the teguise beach - adults only. No rush for sun beds, a great diversity of guests and nothing was a problem for the hotel staff. If you want a relaxing time away then I would highly recommend

The room was nice, ours had an outdoor tub. Was surprised there were no robe & slippers. Little things in the room could use some fixing but nothing that reallly affected our use of the room

Everything was great, I have zero complaints at all. From the facilities to the food or staff service, everything was 10/10.

Where my room was I was at the far end of the hotel so you could not hear any noise. You have two different pools a heated pool or the cold pool

You get what you pay for there are all different types of board I was in inclusive plus and you get extras for what you pay. the welcome you get when you go to hotel makes to feel so welcome and apart of the hotel

Easy to get a sunbed in the pool area which was just for the adult only section and had lovely views out to sea

So we decided to stick with the main buffet. Excellent location by Marina Rubicon. Great for market days and love the walk along the cliffs and seafront. I would absolutely recommend Pilates class with Steffi

I worried about joining in because of joint issues but she really knows her stuff and I felt good after. I had a fabulous deep tissue massage with Steffi at the spa too. She relieved a number of my aches and pains

Whilst i'm not a vegetarian I couldn't see a veggie option when it was the seafood themed evening. The breakfast selection was great. I would stay here again but only on a B&B basis

A great breakfast area with excellent service and fantastic selection of food. Hot food is cooked to order from a menu. Its a very short walk to plenty of restaurants so lots of choice for dinner

Relaxing stay, lovely staff, good food. Enjoyed an 11 night stay at the Volcan. Staff are lovely, very helpful and attentive. The room could use some TLC in places but was still comfortable

I asked if I could possibly invite my brother and his wife for buffet lunch the following day, as they would be visiting me to check up on us. I was told I would have to pay €25 a head for lunch

I quired it again before checkout to see if anything could be done and I was told NO. I am disgusted by their actions, for their lack of customer care and basic empathy. We will never go back here again

At no point did she offer to take me aside to a separate room. I explained that my husband had to leave unexpectedly for family bad news at home. I explained how my brother was helping me out

Staff were the most helpful I've ever encountered and all the facilities were very very nice, clean and well kept. No pressure on sunbeds when we visited in mid November. Easy access to the beach and local town

Standard buffet has very little variety which puts pressure on to book the restaurants at the midnight deadline. We managed OK, but it's hassle that could be avoided

Many nights they had a live band & the Entertainment Coordinator was great at hyping up the crowd to dance & enjoy the vibes. There are three restaurants that require reservations so make those in advance if you can

The only small issue I had was the lack of explanation/clarity of the "reserve" option that has an exclusive access lounge and access to both swimming pools, instead of just the one

We had two rounds of drinks ( Cava and a low alcohol beer) and crisps : plain crisps sprinkled with their tasty house “paprika and lime” seasoning together with one latte coffee

The hotel, its facilities and its staff are exceptional. You will find cheaper hotels on the island which hold a 5 star rating but none come close to rivalling Hotel Fariones

The hotel is very nice and very clean, except for the pool terrace in the mornings, as it's always full of water. Unfortunately, the pool water is very cold, and I hardly got to swim during my entire vacation

Like others have said, glasses not collected from room, a small thing but along with no seat/desk and fridge door opening against the outer door, place feels like pennies are being watched more than the comfort / experience

We sadly only stayed for one night for my partners birthday, but we had a great time and would definitely come back

Lunch can be taken in the building by the pools and is entertainment itself when a team of young people demonstrate the art of cocktail or sangria making which is then shared with their audience

We stayed at the H10 Timanfaya Palace Hotel when we arrived we were upgraded to a superior room which was lovely but a little tired in some areas although it was very clean the location is excellent for us you can walk to the lighthouse or the other way into Playa Blanca both great walks if you’re fit

You can sit on your sunbed as early as you want but don't reserve them before 9

There is also a PRIVILEGE area where you can go to get afternoon coffee cakes premium drinks and soft drinks which is next to the pool tho it is very often short of cakes crisps etc as its not topped up often enough which you are paying for

The golf area has seen better days too and the pool is probably the coldest pool I've known so be Prepared. if I wasn't a PRIVILEGE guest I would not stay here to be honest its very average without the perks

Theres a few bars towards the lighthouse, but the main bars and shops are on the way to the Marina. Flamingo beach is a few minutes’ walk away and is full of golden sand

The staff very good my wife fell and injured her leg 2 weeks befor while at an other hotel spoke to main desk gave us a ground floor room with a power point outside room for charging buggy

Pool area good with plenty of sunbeds, but sadly the pool itself is unusable as the water temperature is unbearably cold, which is confirmed with no one actually in it! Food choices are very good in the Buffet restaurant, but again, sadly like the pool isn't warm enough! Hopefully the new owners can address the current issues and bring the hotel up to where it should be, as the location is excellent...

That's good, but the supply side could be improved.

The location was ideal for the bars etc just across the road. Yes, there was renovation work being carried out but that did not bother us as we went out every day. The most praise I must give though is for the staff

Just returned from THB yesterday, I was surprised at how good it was considering some reviews. The food was very good and plenty of it. We were upgraded to a superior room and it was also very good
