The hotel is very central located. Not cheap for solo room. my room had no view (no sunlight) but the alleys of the building. No central heating in the room but there was an air conditioner. Stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed (although no coffee in room). Location was superb, just across from the palace. Shuttle service disappointing and expensive

The hotel was okay but I didn’t like the room. It was like a basement and you couldn’t see anything outside. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. You can take the number 88 bus to a big shopping centre. Not really an airport hotel because it’s not located at the airport. You might want to take the hotel shuttle bus for convenience and cost saving. The reception staff were not friendly compared...

I arrived late on my first day in Madrid and only stayed for a short while. It's far from the city center, and it's a bit out of the way for parking, so the parking is complicated. It's not in the main building, but in a separate building next door, and it's underground, which is scary and annoying. And they don't charge a separate parking fee. We had a really good experience with this place. The personnel was nice and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, while the location was great for us, situated pretty close to metro stations. The room was decent, suitable for a business layover. The hotel only offers breakfast; for lunch and dinner, you need to order from outside. You'll also need to buy bottled water from the vending machine downstairs.

Perfectly located, room spacious and comfortable, the only thing to keep in mind is the air conditioner is controlled by the hotel, not by the guest, it was very uncomfortable to sleep in a warm room. The hotel is rather old, but its advantage lies in its proximity to the subway station. There are no kettles or similar amenities in the rooms; you have to ask the front desk for them.

My room was damp, the smell was horrible, it even gave me allergies and they moved me to a smaller and worse room.

This is a good option for a budget traveler. As long as you don’t get the room with one window facing a wall (if you do, simply ask to switch, upgraded rooms are also inexpensive) then with new light in the room from a balcony that is facing the park or the city you will be fine. The bathroom drain smelled terrible, and the bedding had a strong, cheap laundry detergent odor. Combined, it was impossible to breathe without opening the window. Choose carefully.

The location is extremely advantageous, with a supermarket next door and several highly-rated restaurants nearby. It is only two or three hundred meters from the station, and the Royal Palace of Madrid is a 20-minute walk away.

I will not stay at this hotel again. I stayed one night, which was plenty. The main issue with this hotel is that the walls are extremely thin. I could hear all of my neighbors, even though they were speaking in regular conversational voices. Additionally, the door handles are very loose, resulting in me feeling like my belongings were not that safe inside my room.

Perfect location, very clean. Comfortable beds. But the walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything from the rooms and hallways.

During the day you could hear the construction work and at night they had a party and I went down to complain and they offered me some headphones very rudely. The breakfast had little variation, but everything else was fine.
