We had a great stay in this fabulous hotel. Great location and fabulous service

The hotel's location, facilities, rooms, and amenities are all perfect. The service level is generally good, although a few staff members fall short (some servers aren't as considerate, for example, their attitude when clearing plates at breakfast isn't very friendly, and their English isn't great). Otherwise, an overall score of 4.8 or higher would be no problem.

Great location and breakfast was decent. However, the staff's service was really poor, and their attitude was terrible. Their English skills were also quite basic. They seemed to pick on those they perceived as weaker. It was quite amusing when their attitude completely changed and softened once they realized they couldn't argue with us in English.

Room itself and location were fantastic. Spotless, tidy, well equipped. Very walkable to all main attractions. Only thing was that the reception and concierge weren’t the most friendly / empathetic to our concerns about finding alternative routes when our trains got cancelled and we were trying to ask them for help with it.

The location is convenient and the room is decent, but the service was absolutely terrible – the worst we've encountered in Spain. The front desk staff avoided eye contact and had a very arrogant attitude. It wasn't until we voiced our complaints in English that their demeanor shifted, offering those fake European smiles, which was quite amusing in itself.

The room decor was high quality, I especially loved the wallpaper and tiles. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was excellent. It was just a few minutes' walk from the Prado Museum, which meant I could go to the free evening sessions every day to see my favorite artworks.

The service was great, and the staff were all very enthusiastic. The view from the higher floors is excellent. I just hope they can upgrade the hairdryer.

They say traveling in Europe can be a real hassle, but this place really prioritizes safety! I didn't have to worry about anything getting lost. Plus, you don't even need a European adapter; your domestic chargers work fine! The breakfast selection was also excellent. My stay was super comfortable, and I had a great time!

A real 5* experience just outside of the center. Due to its location, often booked by conference or other groups, which gives the usual tourist guest a bit of an overwhelming feeling. Came here for the brunch. The staff weee quite helpful, the food was exceptional. My kid, took part in the cooking class, they had great fun. We got a cocktail, where the barman showed us how to make it. Overall my experience was exceptional

Nice, clean and SIMPLE hotel rooms, so don't expect detail, elegance, luxury or "cosy". Even the better rooms are just rooms, bed, desk, chair, lights. No rug or carpet. Nice bathroom! Everything was great, I have just one small observation, and I hope you will accept it from me with an open mind: the corridors of the floors are dark, and the colors of the walls are so dark that it is frightening at night.

They were cleaning the carpet along the steps, so had to be weary of the steps when walking. Also, found some hair on our shower wall which was disconcerting. Otherwise, the staff were very welcoming and there was a focos vibe about the hotel.

Mixed experience. Hotel was interestingly designed with very helpful reception staff. They observed me showing up with crutches and offered a room with a walk-in shower. Wonderful hotel! Service was excellent. Bedding was amazing. The unique designs of each floor was interesting and quirky. The only downside is that some of the designs can affect functionality for example the bathtub took a long time to fill up.

Hotel Puerta América in Madrid is a five-star hotel 🏨 known for its designer aesthetic, with each floor boasting a unique style. The service is excellent; I was able to check in early. It's conveniently located right by a subway station, making transport a breeze.

It's a Beautiful hotel. Located at perfect location. Every place is near by at walking distance. I hardly used any uber or taxi. Food is good. They have indoor clean pool as well. Best bathroom of a hotel I've stayed un Europe. Beds are big and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and the hotel in general is a high standard 5 star hotel. Excellent old world hotel that continues to earn its five stars. It's a beautiful place and well maintained it's got all the amenities and service that you'd expect from a five star hotel. Unfortunately at check out, the staff was unable to manage the billing on my invoice to make submitting of my business expense easy. True story: I was travelling in a group and all our bags had been put inside a van. On the way -- and that too 2 hours later -- I realised that my backpack was still in the hotel lobby. The tourist guide on the bus said there was little chance of getting it back. We took a chance and found that the hotel staff had kept the bag in a safe spot. Thanks for that. It’s a good place for family to stay a bit far from city centre but if you use commute trains it only takes 15 minutes. Would love to stay again in the future.

The location of the hotel is OK, but the room is very average, not very big, more than 9,000 a night, not even including breakfast, not worth it. Next time I come to Madrid, I will choose the JW Marriott opposite, just across the street.

This was a great place to stay! In the heart of the museum triangle and walking distance to the Literary District and Plaza Mayor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly (you can even borrow a plug converter when you forget yours). Will be staying there again the next time we visit Madrid.

The room was very noisy i can hear everything outside the room, i requested i big taxi from the hotel to pick me up to the airport and it wasn't there the day of the flight, ordered the bell boy to take my luggage down and didn't arrive so i took them down by myself.

Many problems , first the room I was put initially was the bathroom full of insects, the rugs and sofa dirty, the second one they said was an upgrade witch I know it wasn’t , we did not like the service terrible staff the same , will never go back.

Regular stay at the Bless The hotel is nice, it's just not worth the price they are asking for, too expensive for the service and the amenities of the hotel.
