Madrid, Calle del Poeta Joan Maragall, 43 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Rooms are quite small when compared to the price, but staff are super friendly. Breakfast is just definitely not worth the money at all. Hotel is pretty OK all around, food for business trips.
For example, my door cannot be closed without force (after gently closing it, it sounds like it is closed, but as long as I push it hard, it will not close)
It is a nice & clean hotel. Walking distance from the train station and Bernabeu stadium. Very good option to stay in after watching a late football match.
The breakfast was very rich and varied.
Breakfast: Very good, delicious, and plentiful. However, there were unexplained deductions
You can open the door without swiping your card) and the water in the pool is very slow, it may be blocked. The location is also good, there is Cuczo subway station nearby, and there is a 7×24 Carrefour nearby

The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was okay. And the food for breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is very interesting, it's in a alley with beautiful art and an amazing 3d art piece.
The whole place is very clean, and it's super close to the airport. There's a supermarket right next to the hotel, so shopping is really convenient. Lots of airline crews stay here too, which makes getting around easy
Very close to bus 203 for the train staion and the airport. Walking is not a problem for us so the location is pretty good. It took about 45 min to walk through El Retiro Park to Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía
Spacious, clean rooms, a convenient location, and a great breakfast that makes early mornings easier
The hotel is spacious and conveniently located near the Prado Museum and Retiro Park. There's also a small Carrefour supermarket right next door, and the breakfast is extensive.
The rooms by the road are very noisy. I recommend avoiding the odd numbers on the street side. The hotel has good location close to the Movistar arena, El Retiro and the Prado

Room is kept spotless and I enjoyed the view and the balcony There are loads of restaurants under the hotel and massage shop is also very professional! All good and beautiful! It snowed down for about half an hour on the day! Gracias!
Airport shuttle service is very punctual. The shuttle schedule is as advertised. Excellent bathroom facilities. Their in-house restaurant also serves great beer on tap and the ramen is quite nice as well.
Free shuttle bus from the airport. €5 per person to go back to the airport from the hotel with the earliest shuttle at 5am. Good enough to spend over night stay
Hotel was very good. The only point is the airport shuttle, it wasn't clear where it is so had to take taxi
The only negatives are that the check-in procedure is unreasonably long, and there were large tour groups that were making a lot of noise in the corridor, and were leaving all at once with loads of luggage occupying all available lifts
Also, very oddly there weren't any USB plugs in the room. The bar fridge wasn't working, but they promptly sent a technician to fix it

Madrid, Calle Gran Vía 84 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Spanish Steps. Most major attractions are within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast is plentiful and delicious
The location is fantastic, right across from the main square. The night views are also great!
I stayed here for 3 nights in a row and highly recommend it to others for a few reasons: 1. **Fantastic Location for Transport**: It's incredibly close to the metro
The hotel even boasts a rooftop pool, perfect for some stylish photos! The only slight difference I noticed was the elevator system; after swiping your room card and selecting your floor, the system tells you which specific elevator to wait for
Right downstairs is Plaza de España, featuring statues of Cervantes, Don Quixote, and Sancho Panza. **Great Amenities & Cleanliness**: The hotel is very well-maintained, clean, and spacious
It's also very close to the Royal Palace of Madrid, about a 10-minute walk. Within a 300-meter radius, you'll find plenty of restaurants, Chinese eateries, and a Dia supermarket

Madrid, Paseo De La Castellana, 259 B (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is located in a business district, which is convenient for work-related travel, though it is a bit removed from the city center
Excellent Hotel, very attentive and good location.
A real 5* experience just outside of the center. Due to its location, often booked by conference or other groups, which gives the usual tourist guest a bit of an overwhelming feeling
Dining on the 30th floor with its amazing view is a must! Rooms are luxurious with all amenities present. I enjoyed the bathroom setup and overall atmosphere of my room
The reception is understaffed to my opinion, expect to queue and wait your turn. Nothing about the service though, the whole team is very friendly and accommodating
Not super reachable by public transport but nearest metro/train station Chamartín is with a 15 minutes walking distance. Will return for sure when visiting Madrid!

An escape to fancy with luxurious atmosphere, impeccable service, delicate flavors, and perfect drinks. Fine entrees and selection. Stunning scallops. Relaxing. Gorgeous details. Worth the splurge. Memorable meal.
We had a great stay in this fabulous hotel. Great location and fabulous service
The hotel's location, facilities, rooms, and amenities are all perfect
Great location and breakfast was decent. However, the staff's service was really poor, and their attitude was terrible. Their English skills were also quite basic. They seemed to pick on those they perceived as weaker
The service level is generally good, although a few staff members fall short (some servers aren't as considerate, for example, their attitude when clearing plates at breakfast isn't very friendly, and their English isn't great)
Room itself and location were fantastic. Spotless, tidy, well equipped. Very walkable to all main attractions

Location: Near Metro going to airport and train station for regional trains but it is still at least 30mins from city centre. A lot of construction going outside the hotel so it looks a bit dirty
What really stands out is the excellent customer service. I highly recommend staying here
Straight out of the train station with direct access to all transport. Can access the city easily and there are shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself has restaurants and access to hot drinks
The hotel was clean and the staff cleaned my room every day. I was satisfied.
This hotel boasts a beautiful environment and is conveniently located with easy access to transportation. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are quite modern
Two minute walk to Chamartin train and subway stations. The breakfast is ok. Quiet room, cleanliness ok. Convenient if you require to catch an early train.

Madrid, Calle Antonio López, 65 (3 km from centre) 🧭 Map
To our pleasant surprise, we were immediately assigned our rooms (two, in fact), which was a huge help for us to rest. The hotel is well-located, relatively close to the city center (Plaza Mayor)
Convenient location and excellent service.
The hotel is in an excellent location. Lots of neighbourhood restaurants and cafes. Lidl is opposite. Busstop to town just outside. There's a big park close by. No kettle in the room though. Only drawback for me
When I checked out, I accidentally left some luggage behind, and the staff were incredibly helpful, holding onto it for me until I could return from another city a few days later to collect it
Bus number 23 stops right in front of the hotel, with a fare of €1. An Uber or taxi ride typically costs between €7 and €10, depending on the time of day. Overall, an excellent experience
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Only spent one night here but we were made to feel very welcome. The room was great for 4 adults and with a high standard of cleanliness

Considering the high price, the rooms are spacious! Clean! There's even a bathtub so you can take a bath. Considering you're paying for peace of mind, this hotel offers good value for money, including its location
The tourist centers of Atocha and Sola are a quick taxi ride away, and the Santiago Bernabeu is just a few minutes' walk away, so it's in a great location
The breakfast is awesome! The location is quite far from the city center, but there have bus stations and subway stations,  so it’s convenient.
Great location, great lobby and cafe / terrace, lots of restaurants around.
The subway station is right next to it, so you can travel to the Royal Palace and Reina Sofia Museum with just one train ride (you need to purchase a special card at the ticket gate)
Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room

Straight forward hotel Good for the location We only stayed few hours prior to our early morning train 10 minutes walk to Atocha aprox In the vicinity of the hotel few shops and restaurants
I’ve traveled to Madrid three times, and this is my go-to hotel. It’s super close to the train station. I always book the junior suite — the room is big and comfortable, especially the bathroom
I really like the large hot tub. The staff are always friendly, and the AC works great, unlike some hotels in Malaga where the AC is a joke
There aren't many dining or entertainment options nearby, and even Retiro Park is quite a walk. Its sole advantage is its proximity to the train station, allowing you to walk there comfortably with your luggage
After collecting my bags, I arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, yet maintains a clean and simple aesthetic
It's within walking distance of the train station. Due to needing an extra bed, the nightly rate was around 1000+. Retiro Park is 3 km away, and an Uber costs about 7-8 Euros

Facilities: Beautiful and new; I loved the hotel's futuristic/space-themed design, and the bedding was very comfortable. Environment: Great location, convenient transportation. I really liked the pure white decor
It's conveniently located right by a subway station, making transport a breeze
It ended up still being impossible to shower safely, so they brought a shower wheelchair which unfortunately couldn't fit into the (very narrow) shower area. The staff were very helpful and warm
Hotel Puerta América in Madrid is a five-star hotel 🏨 known for its designer aesthetic, with each floor boasting a unique style. The service is excellent; I was able to check in early
Hotel was interestingly designed with very helpful reception staff. They observed me showing up with crutches and offered a room with a walk-in shower
The only downside is that some of the designs can affect functionality for example the bathtub took a long time to fill up

It was such a lovely touch and made the celebration feel genuinely special. The service throughout was warm, attentive and professional, and the Club Lounge was a real highlight
The staff weee quite helpful, the food was exceptional. My kid, took part in the cooking class, they had great fun. We got a cocktail, where the barman showed us how to make it. Overall my experience was exceptional
Although the hotel is a bit old-fashioned, it's clean, tidy, and has a warm, festive Christmas atmosphere. The front desk and lobby staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly
The floor attendant was exceptional; if I missed the cleaning time, she'd thoughtfully leave her cart by my door so I could grab water and supplies myself
The hotel went above and beyond by arranging a thoughtful surprise in the room: a bottle of cava, a cake and chocolates, all beautifully presented
This was a memorable stay and a fantastic example of how small, thoughtful gestures can make a big difference. We wouldn’t hesitate to return

We stayed here on the last night of our trip because our apartment that we had rented for the week was just pretty lousy and wanted to just have a comfortable night close to the airport on our last night, and this ended up being absolutely perfect
We had a suite, and it was really spacious — perfect for families, as our daughter had her own separate room. There’s a minibar, great room service, and a lovely bathroom
Rooms were modern and clean, and bed was comfortable! Free shuttle to and from the airport which made it very convenient.
That was really important to because I was feeling really anxious going into it coming from our previous day which was not very good
A fantastic hotel! We were traveling with a lot of luggage and planned a side trip to Granada, and the hotel kindly offered to store our bags at no extra charge — an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture
We walked into our room and just let out a sigh because it was so nice

Staff is always greeting you with so much warmth. Cheers to the amazing holiday time to Everyone 🎉

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the staff, service and location were to the utmost satisfaction. Our room looked onto the Gran Via. The interior of the room was so comfortable, and sparkling clean
Nice, clean and SIMPLE hotel rooms, so don't expect detail, elegance, luxury or "cosy". Even the better rooms are just rooms, bed, desk, chair, lights
I would give 10/10 to this hotel i stayed 6 nights clean , nice smell , excellent house keeping service, excellent staff, excellent location just few steps to gran via and lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping , metro and bus station infront of the hotel , royal palace withen walking distance , park infront of the hotel with daily activities like DJ and outdoor cinema excellent facilities gym, sauna...
The hotel is good but not sure is it really 5 stars. Great location, nice breakfast. No smart TV, can’t use multi media. Balcony is connected with next room
Perfect locations, really pleasant staff and facilities. Beautiful park nearby with view
Everything was great, I have just one small observation, and I hope you will accept it from me with an open mind: the corridors of the floors are dark, and the colors of the walls are so dark that it is frightening at night

Super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast with lots of choices, and the location is perfect — everything’s within walking distance. The only disappointment was the SPA
It would be much nicer if the price was just a bit higher and included the spa, so guests wouldn’t have that awkward surprise. After all, the name does say “Hotel Wellington Hotel & SPA,” right?
The hotel name and even ******* advertise it as a “Hotel & SPA,” but it turns out you have to pay extra to use it
They were cleaning the carpet along the steps, so had to be weary of the steps when walking. Also, found some hair on our shower wall which was disconcerting
We been at the Wellington Hotel for the Le Max Spa, and everything went quite well
The hotel felt really luxurious, it felt like I was at the Plaza.

At the recommendation of QATAR Business Class Cabin crew, I decided to give this hotel a go during my recent transit in Madrid. The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes (by car) from Madrid International airport
We had a wonderful experience here. The hotel was gorgeous, clean and impeccable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and close to some really good restaurants
The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which makes it great for short stays or layovers. The area is quiet, so you can get a good rest without much noise
I've seen bed bugs before in other hotels that were nasty and awful, so I have had to deal with them, unfortunately. Overall, this hotel was fantastic, and I would return again if I ever visit Madrid once more

Fine for overnight to catch flight next morning. Breakfast ok. Rooms are good size but after being in room for three hours someone else was given room and key! Not cool.
Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, very comfortable cozy rooms with excellent climate control amenities. Breakfast was great with very fresh products and plenty of choice
**Functional Transit Hotel**: Its greatest value lies in its convenience for catching flights. Don't set your expectations too high for cutting-edge facilities or a resort-like experience
Its main draw is the complimentary airport shuttle service, catering primarily to travelers needing a short stay near the airport
