This hostel is located near Puerta del Sol, within walking distance. It's a highly recommended, large chain youth hostel with breakfast available for an additional charge.

The staff is the best asset of this hotel. The location is fantastic, in the real heart of the citi, close to Plaza del Sol. Shopping centers and recreational at walking distance. Wonderful communications with other parts of the city by metro and train. I love the architecture of the building and specialy the tesalations of the collective areas

Compare to Toc Seville, this was such a downgrade. The staff are extremely rude and impatient. You have to pay for luggage storage and there is no waiting area.

I had a fantastic stay at Toc Hostel Madrid! The location is unbeatable-just a short walk from Puerta del Sol.

It’s a very nice location with almost all attractions in walking distance. The only drawback I can say is that no certain for each bed so less privacy. Anyway, I do enjoy the stay in Madrid and if I go back to Madrid somehow I’d love to stay here again.

The location is perfect for a short trip to Madrid. It's a 2-minute walk to Plaza Major. Check-in was easy. The apartment with a double bed and two large pull-out couches was spacious and a little worn, but overall it was OK for us.

GREAT location! I loved it. We could walk anywhere. We got the private room and it was perfect Bigger than the average size hotel room. The people at the front desk was very friendy and helpful. The person at the coffee was very nice as well. I was suprise that we could not hear any noise from the basement where most of the young kids hang out. I will def. recommend it.

So staff was nice, trying to help me everytime I request it, points for that :) The room: I stayed on 8 bed female room (208), I request the bottom (which they gave) but the problem is that the balcony door was just in front of the bed and that door has a big window that cant be covered because the blinds were broken, so if you don't mind about little bit of light from the street coming to you in...

Mola Hostel is walking distance from Plaza Mayor and Sol Metro station. Good location. I stayed in a 8 bed female dorm. I was surprised to see that the beds are big. And it is very comfortable. I had a good sleep. The beds are separated from the toilet and bath but it is not on a common area. It is good so that when we fixed our things we do not disturb those who are sleeping. The service is good, the staff are friendly. Theres a breakfast buffet for 5 euro, which is very good value. The rooms are kept clean as are the bathroom facilities. The major downfall are the beds lack curtains so there is no privacy between you and other guests in the room. This was apparant when my friend and I were stared at by one of the men staying in the room for a lenghty period of time at...

The staffs were super friendly and tried their best to solve the problem. Although the bed made noise when people from the upper bed try to get up or down, the stay is quite satisfying

Good value for the price, well located. Beds are old style regular bunk beds with no curtains, but got individual power outlets and lamps. Also provide towels included in the price. Could have some couches for more comfort and improving socializing in the common areas, instead of only small tables.

This hostel is unbeatable for the location; it is right next to Puerta del Sol and everything is within walking distance. I stayed in the 8-bed mixed dorm. The room was clean, and I liked that we had our own bathroom inside the room. However, the sink is also in the sleeping area, so it can be noisy if people use it early in the morning. The kitchen is basic and mainly has a microwave, so do not expect...

Super good location, easy to go the main attractions

The bed frame abit flimsy 😅 i slept at top bunk feel like swaying , so if you are big size, suggest you pick bottom bunk… the hostel look abit old…

The location was amazing, super close to reach by bus if you come from the airport. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had shampoo and soap. There's an elevator, so I didn't have to carry my 23 kg bag. The included breakfast looked very good＞ buffet style, bread, fruits, cakes, cereal, cheese and coffee. WiFi was strong and I used it to work, since I work online

It was great, staffs were nice, although I’ve waited about 10minutes to check in, but staffs are extremely friendly and supportive, 24 hours reception, and you have everything you need in this hostel!

Great staff, best hotel experience in Spain for me so far. We had the suite in the top floor, getting up to it is a trek up narrow stairs. But it's worth it. A large L shaped balance with chairs with beautiful views. Suite is clean and large, bed is comfortable, looks all new and renovated. Staffed 24 hrs a day for security and convenience.

The room was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing. It had a hairdryer but no shower gel or slippers, which is unusual for most European hotels. The front desk staff were very helpful and explained everything clearly. They even gave me a chocolate and a thank-you note when I left; very sweet.

The location was idealistic close to metro, Restaurant’s the main city attractions are easily walkable. Staff provide a map and information around the best way to walk and see the attractions.would stay again.just remember there is no lift but staff will help you carry your bags

Excellent hostel. I stayed in the female dorm. The mattress was comfortable, the bed linen was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a fridge.

The people I met here were all very nice, and the location is very convenient.

Excellent location, professional and very helpful staff

The service, hospitality, and friendliness of the staff were all excellent. Privacy was also maintained to a minimum, and the storage shelf under the bed was convenient. We were able to use the kitchen for breakfast, and they even provided us with bread.

The location was good and we could walk to various places. Each bed had a curtain so we could use it with peace of mind.

It was a very pleasant trip. The staff was very patient. The 24-hour front desk could provide timely help and service. The environment of the 6-person girls' dormitory was very clean and tidy, and the blackout curtain was also very good. There was no need to worry about affecting others.

There is no quilt, only a blanket, and there are a lot of hair on it, long and short... The location is good. If you want to stay, it is recommended to bring your own sheets and quilts🥱🥱🥱

The hotel is in good location only a few minutes walk to sol metro.

The room was large and in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. There were cafes nearby. The only downside was the poor soundproofing. The balcony also had a great view, allowing for people to watch.

Booked last minute to stay for a night as I made a mistake on my initial bookings at other hotels. Room & toilet are clean and staff are friendly. Lift level. They allowed me to leave my lugage for a few hours while i wait for check in for my other hotel. Appreciate the gesture.

Advantages: Close to the train station and subway, close to Puerta del Sol, with the Bear and Strawberry Tree sculpture next to it, and not far from the Royal Palace of Madrid. Disadvantage: It was converted from an apartment into two buildings. I booked a three-bed room with a bathroom and a hot water kettle, but it only had an inner window (opening to the patio). I want to start my review by praising the magnificent service provided by Fabio. I work in customer service and was amazed by his attitude and his genuine, kind charisma. Nothing was too much to ask, and I have nothing but words of gratitude for him. Regarding the accommodation, everything was very clean and pleasant, with clear rules for a comfortable stay. I had no cause to complain. Everything was fine. It's centrally located, which is convenient. It has nice views. There are a lounge and terrace available for all guests to use. The windows in the rooms were made from a very strong glass material, meaning no sound from outside was audible inside. This was especially useful when going to sleep whilst the Spanish nightlife persisted outside.

We keep coming back when in Madrid. The hostel is right in the middle of the city with a big terrace overlooking old town Madrid, priceless. The rooms are good and everyone from the team is always making sure we are enjoying our stay by giving us great recommendations on restaurants, bars, shows, gyms, places to visit, etc. Management is always on the premises so one gets a sense of one-on-one service...

We were in a room of 4 with a nice and clean ensuite shower and toilet. Very helpful and friendly staff who are available from 8am to midnight. Nice and relaxed atmosphere in a central location. Because of this it can be a bit noisy when you're trying to sleep.

If you're only planning on staying overnight, it's convenient for public transport and sightseeing. But there are no other advantages. There's no noise control, so some people might not be able to sleep, and there were cockroaches. Not a good place.

Hostal Abaaly was an absolute gem! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. Location is close to the main tourist area. Close to restaurants, pubs, shops even a convenience store is next to it. The facility is well maintained, daily housekeeping. Our level has enough toilets/showers for visitors to use. No air conditioning but fan was provided, chilly at night so not much complaints from us as we always go out during the day. No other common areas such as kitchen or lounge...

Service was excellent, however the room was in a balcony area and I couldn’t sleep the whole night. They were under construction accross the street, which is the Mercado de San Miguel and that didn’t let us sleep.

They comply with what is promised in the description. It is a hostel which has an old main structure, but a modern hallway, rooms and bathrooms. The bathroom is shared but there are 3 on each floor, which means that there are enough per floor. It is clean, from sheets to bathrooms. Yes I recommend it if you are looking for these features!

Nothing wrong with the hostel, except for, as usual, the noise (banging doors, reckless guests). My room was in the worst location for that matter, I get that. I was unlucky. Hostels.... But my room (private) had no window! It felt claustrophobic.

The receptionist or staff is not friendly and accomodating.

I was in a shared female dorm. Nice bed and location. A towel was provided but be prepared for a cold water shower. No real kitchen to speak of. Just a small iced over fridge and microwave. It’s in a nice location and easy to walk to all the hot spots.

Very good hotel in a convenient spot in Barcelona. Friendly staff and decent breakfast included. Nearby shops also great to buy any snacks you need.

We arrived 3 hours early with all of our luggage and they lets us check in EARLY! Cesar was working the front desk and saved the day, he also recommend some banging local spots! The location was super central to the main square there is so many walkable restaurants, bars, and clubs. The room was great and had a window that opened up to the sounds of the streets. Loved it!!

What to say about Bergantin? Well, you feel so welcomed , so safe, and you are close to everything, as well it is so nice and cozy. It is true that it can be hard to sleep due to the noise from outside, but if you mind that, then do not choose any hotel in Centre of Madrid.
