I booked a share room. One of the guys smells really bad. The bathroom and the shower were dirty. The bed was comfy.
I booked a boys room but there was no availability when arrived so I got in a mixed one. No big deal, the receptionist was very kind.
The inside of the hostel was clean and the staff was nice. You can only pay the deposit by card.
Very reasonable. Room and bathroom are clean. Staff is friendly.
Air conditioning is strong and the temperature is comfortable. Luggage storage is 3 euros. When it got crowded the wait for reception was long. It is possible to borrow a hairdryer with passport as deposit. Overall a decent stay with fair price.
The room was very spacious, well-lit, and clean. The bathroom was also clean, and everything was nicely presented.

Madrid, Plaza del Emperador Carlos V 8 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the location is excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. The only downside is that the price is on the higher side, but you’re paying for convenience and quality.
The hotel was in a good location, clean and comfortable. Considering the price it was a good value stay!
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I was worried when I booked it because it had good reviews, but it was considered a 2 star hotel, and the square foot room size on the booking sites was 129sq ft which is extremely small for a room with a queen bed. The online pictures didn’t match the room size noted, and it was New Year’s week, so prices all over Madrid were high, so we decided to take...
no kettle, no mineral water, no tooth bruch, no hot beverages. small pillows.
Great location near the train station, local buses, restaurants and free breakfast buffet. Cant ask for more!
The location is super convenient, really close to the train station, which makes shopping easy, and it's not far from the main attractions either. The environment is nice, and we had a great check-in experience! We booked this hotel three months in advance, and it definitely exceeded our expectations.

Quick check in, comfy beds, and 10 min from the airport. I stayed at the Ibis Styles a couple of days before, and by far the stuff at the Ibis Barajas is way better and much more capable. Happy with my stay and staff’s attitude and service.
A decent hotel for those who need to stay near the airport and have an early or late-night flight, as was my case. The room is quite cozy. The hotel breakfast is rather limited, but it is served from a very early time due to the proximity to the airport. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly.
The room was quite small and the amenities were basic, but it's very convenient due to its proximity to the airport.
Close to the airport, but there's no direct public transport. I'd still recommend taking a taxi to the airport, it's usually under 10 euros. They don't provide free bottled water, but there's a large supermarket right next door which is quite convenient.
We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport, as we had a 6 a.m. flight the next morning, and it’s five-minute drive away. Although they no longer offer an airport shuttle, taxis were already waiting outside around 3 a.m., we used Uber instead and was seamlessly convenient. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and were helpful and friendly. For a budget hotel, the room met the basic...
In a nut shell: Good Hotel Near the Airport. The hotel is in the Barajas area, not far from Madrid Airport. There’s a metro station about a 10-minute walk away, and it’s just one stop from the terminals, though you do need to walk about 10 minutes with your luggage to reach the metro. The hotel looks nice and is kept in good condition. Our room, like most IBIS rooms, wasn’t very big, but it was comfortable...

My stay in this hotel is very nice. The receptionist is very accommodating . I also left something in the lobby and they kept my belongings safely
Perfect location with metro and supermarkets
Right next to train station, 24 hour reception, nice location
All are perfect except there is no coffeeor tea in the room and also very small, bathroom inside tge room
The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the high-speed train station. You can easily walk to several major attractions. The main downside is that the rooms are quite small, but the price is slightly lower in comparison. It maintains the typical Ibis style of being clean and hygienic.
This Ibis hotel in Madrid offers good value for money. The rooms are compact but well-equipped and practical. The lobby on the ground floor always has complimentary lemon water, and there's a microwave in the restaurant. It's right next to a large Carrefour supermarket (not just a convenience store) and a metro station, with plenty of dining options nearby. The Reina Sofía Art Centre is just a 5-minute...

The tiolets inside rooms have no locks and not even a handle, they are held by springs in the locked position,
This was the first time Ibis hadn't had a hairdryer; I had to borrow one from the front desk. The walk to the hotel involves climbing a hill, which was a bit tiring pushing my suitcase. The subway station from the airport to the hotel is quite a distance.
The hotel is located in the center of Madrid, with a metro station nearby, making it convenient for getting around. There are plenty of shops and amenities nearby, including a Chinese restaurant. The room wasn't large, but the sheets and blankets were clean and comfortable.
The staff was nice and helpful, they checked me in 1 hour earlier. The place was quiet and clean but looked like a prison cell)) Good value for money although I didn’t like the smell of sewage in the room.
Great location, clean. Excellent value for money, basically a classic Ibis, no complaints whatsoever. I'd come back.
A Pleasant Stay with Warm Hospitality It’s always a pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it's a budget hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially want to highlight the young lady who assisted me during check-in—she was so kind and welcoming. She provided me with all the necessary information about breakfast locations, nearby laundry services, and more. That was very helpful...

This was my first solo trip in a while, and I chose this hotel specifically for a museum visit followed by a train journey – it was an excellent decision! The single room was very small, and at 170cm, I couldn't fully stretch out on the bed. However, it was clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. When an unexpected train accident occurred, I was able to check my schedule...
Very well situated hotel for easy access to Atocha. Pretty simple and small, I would not stay more than 2 nights unless you're on a really strict budget.
Clean room, Friendly staff, and super close to the metro station and atocha station, which is VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION. Have a few restaurant near the hotel also. The Atocha station have 35min+- bus to airport. Have luggage storage for 1 euro.
Will recommend Host was great
A short walk from the main train station. Very easy to find with big sign. Front staff is 24/7 and were helpful. If you check in online before arrival thru will also offer you free refreshments on the ground floor. Room was compact but did the job well. Recommended if you have early morning train trip.
Perfect location. Close to train / metro station and a few blocks from reina Sofía museum. Free coffee and drink corner is definitely a bonus.

Great location. Reasonable service re a budget hotel.
Very well-located hotel, very friendly and attentive staff, and excellent soundproofing! Breakfast was also good, with plenty of choice for everyone. I was pleasantly surprised; it deserves more than 2 stars! Excellent value for money.
Very close to the city center. The front desk lady is super nice. I like her very much. It is very suitable for staying for one or two days, except that the room is a bit small.
Spacious room, very clean, friendly staff, lots of breakfast options, good location in centre go out and about.
I must say it exceeded my expectations!!! The location is super good. The Atocha train station can be reached directly by subway, and the bus station can also be reached by one transfer. I had the spacious deluxe double room with balcony and full length bath tub. So relaxing. Location was nice, opposite the Botanical Gardens.
Everything's amazing about Mora. It was a fabulous experience. The hotel is located in downtown Madrid where every great spot is near you. Carlos is one of the most kindest man I've ever met. Thank you again for this wonderful journey. Surely gonna come back to Mora Hotel.
Conveniently located near atocha. The rooms have all you need - a hot water kettle would be appreciated - but are located along the main boulevard and are very noisy (there are double windows but that doesn’t cover and what if you like fresh air in such a small space….). Included breakfast is at the cafe next door but is minimal and any premium one is overpriced and bad. If possible just pay for breakfast...
The location is perfect. Close to Atocha station, opposite the Prado museum and botanic gardens. The staff are excellent. Don't bother getting the breakfast included there is a very good coffee shop just behind the hotel. The rooms are small but adequate. Would recommend.
Great hotel experience. Very clean and spacious. Staff is amazing. Loved our time in Madrid.
Unbelievable the hazard of their high bathtubs where you can trip and kill yourself. Roof of the bathroom full of mold too. Water leaking from bathtub to the floor. Water fawcet not well adjusted it moves and seems to fall. Location is the only thing valuable as well as the service of the front desk.

Clean, warm hotel with an on-site café and restaurant. Excellent value. Five minutes from the metro and in a lively neighborhood full of great places to eat.
The hotel has an excellent location, and the bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and attentive. The bed and pillows were good. However, the bathroom was poorly cleaned; the toilet didn't have the cleaning seal, and finding chewing gum stuck to one of the bathroom tiles made us wonder if the cleaning had been done properly or if it was just a towel change.
The location was good, the people were friendly. There is a carpark in premises underneath the hotel that is a little bit tricky to get in and out.
There was a problem with the air conditioner. But in general the hotel is very good close to transportation and shopping center
The problem started once I tried to call them for a parking place. The telephone number from both booking and google maps is correct, I called many times but no one answered. If you have a car, the parking will cost you 20€ more per night, if there is a space available. The room did not have any window, the mirror is broken on the right corner and the furnitures are old…next time I would pay more for...
Far from the metro station. It's shabby, as the entrance and reception are rather shabby, but it's not too noisy and the room, although basic, is clean, as is the bathroom. It could be recommended, as a budget option, if it were closer to the metro. Breakfast was good and inexpensive.

The hostel is very well organized, has a great atmosphere, they give also many tips for tourism and the pub crawl is amazing. There only improvement point is related to the breakfast where there are no options with proteins.
I was travelling for a few weeks and stayed in hostels. This hostel was the best of all. They had get togethers, so it was super easy to meet new people. It was super clean and I had great sleeps
Very good location Cozy space with breakfast Nice activities free of charge
Clean and hygienic, the room even smelled good. They also let me check in early, and there was a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. Overall, a very satisfying stay, and the location is great too!
I love the location, was perfect to walk around the city
This hostel is lovely! The staff are amazing and the location is so handy. I particularly like the tours and events they put on for travellers. Thanks so much for a lovely time.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the attractions. The room is small and the soundproofing is poor. The breakfast is average. If you stay for a long time and don't mind the trouble, it is recommended to book without breakfast.
The waiter is very enthusiastic and patient. Affordable hotel, worth considering! The hotel room is very unique. Except that the sound insulation in the room is not very good, everything else is good! ! ! !
Centrally located, 2 minutes away walking distance from La Puerta del Sol. Good option for budget travelers, very nice and friendly staff.
Overall was a pleasant experience. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is located conveniently near all the bars, restaurants and shopping areas. Definitely will return again!
The room is quite good, mainly because of the good location. Since it is a renovation of a century-old opera house, it definitely has a bit of an old-fashioned feel, but it has everything you need and has a balcony, which is actually quite good!

We were three and room was super small. Room and service are very low for the fee. least services such as a shared kitchen room including a microwave should be considered. but advantage of the place is 24 hour availability of staff, great location and availability of private rooms with private bathroom and shower. When I made the reservation, the hotel tried to swipe my card too many times, so my card was suspended. I booked two rooms, but they said I could only book one, and then they said there were no more rooms available. I couldn't cancel, so I booked the other room with ************.

The hotel is centrally located and very accessible. The room was clean and had hot water, but it was quite small. Also, it appears that one floor of an apartment building was renovated into a hotel, and since the floors above and below are occupied by local residents, the entrance didn't feel like a typical hotel entrance and was difficult to find. The amenities also seemed minimal.
I needed a place to stay for a short while, so I booked a hostel, and this was my first time staying in such a small room. Still, cleanliness and location are more important to me, so it wasn't bad in that regard. The view was really disappointing.
