I booked a share room. One of the guys smells really bad. The bathroom and the shower were dirty. The bed was comfy.

I booked a boys room but there was no availability when arrived so I got in a mixed one. No big deal, the receptionist was very kind.

The inside of the hostel was clean and the staff was nice. You can only pay the deposit by card.

The rooms have all you need - a hot water kettle would be appreciated - but are located along the main boulevard and are very noisy (there are double windows but that doesn’t cover and what if you like fresh air in such a small space….). Included breakfast is at the cafe next door but is minimal and any premium one is overpriced and bad. If possible just pay for breakfast...

The location is perfect. Close to Atocha station, opposite the Prado museum and botanic gardens. The staff are excellent. Don't bother getting the breakfast included there is a very good coffee shop just behind the hotel. The rooms are small but adequate. Would recommend.

Unbelievable the hazard of their high bathtubs where you can trip and kill yourself. Roof of the bathroom full of mold too. Water leaking from bathtub to the floor. The hotel has an excellent location, and the bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and attentive. The bed and pillows were good. However, the bathroom was poorly cleaned; the toilet didn't have the cleaning seal, and finding chewing gum stuck to one of the bathroom tiles made us wonder if the cleaning had been done properly or if it was just a towel change.

Far from the metro station. It's shabby, as the entrance and reception are rather shabby, but it's not too noisy and the room, although basic, is clean, as is the bathroom. It could be recommended, as a budget option, if it were closer to the metro. Breakfast was good and inexpensive.

The hostel is very well organized, has a great atmosphere, they give also many tips for tourism and the pub crawl is amazing. There only improvement point is related to the breakfast where there are no options with proteins.

Room and service are very low for the fee. least services such as a shared kitchen room including a microwave should be considered. but advantage of the place is 24 hour availability of staff, great location and availability of private rooms with private bathroom and shower. The hotel is centrally located and very accessible. The room was clean and had hot water, but it was quite small. Also, it appears that one floor of an apartment building was renovated into a hotel, and since the floors above and below are occupied by local residents, the entrance didn't feel like a typical hotel entrance and was difficult to find. The amenities also seemed minimal.

From check in at 10.30pm ( 24 hour check in ) everything was great I challenge anyone to find a quieter cleaner better value stay in central Madrid. Great place to stay! Clean, centrally located, very close to the Metro, simple and very pleasnt, comfortable room and bed. The refrigerator was a nice detail as was the wifi. My room overlooked the patio, so was quiet. The staff is amazingly gracious and helpful!! I stayed here my last nights after a month in Spain and it was the perfect end to a wonderful trip.

It's not bad. I stayed there for three nights. It's close to the attractions and convenient for travel. It's an apartment-style building. The only problem is that sending luggage is too expensive, 5 Euros a day for a suitcase.

Im giving 4 stars because of the service, location and speed of replies. The helpdesk in the evening was short of word but by no means unfriendly. The room we got was in a different building. Sadly we got no explanation on how heating works so it was pretty cold. The room itself is an old apartment.
